Our luxury condominium sleeps up to 8 guests in a true ski in/ ski out location. The three bedroom, two bathroom unit has a spacious open living/ dining area and private hot tub. We are situated in Happy Valley, close to the base lodge with its dining and entertainment options, adventure area, outdoor skating, mega snow coaster tube park and cross country ski trails. Access to the village is easy and only a short free gondola ride away. Step out of the door and onto the snow. At the end of the day, ski right back to the front door!

Property Description

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on the main floor of The Timbers and provides you a luxurious and convenient place to stay for your Big White vacation. Features include a spacious living and dining area, Master bedroom with King bed and full ensuite bathroom with steam shower, second bedroom with twin beds and direct access to second bathroom, third bedroom with twin beds, and a queen sofa bed in the lounge. Access to the private covered deck and hot tub is from the living area. The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located off the foyer.

The spacious living area has large windows which bring the warm sunshine into the room. The luxury designed interior is open plan with high quality furnishings, gas fireplace, Bose stereo and DVD/CD, XBox , Playstaion 2, 42" HD TV with cable, comfy sofa and 2 chairs to relax on after a great day on the slopes.

Our home is located within The Timbers in Happy Valley, a perfect location for access to all resort amenities. We are close to the Happy Valley Base Lodge and Adventure Area, outdoor skating area, mega snow coaster tube park and cross country ski trails. A 5 minute ride up the free Gondola will take you to the Big White village centre, lifts, restaurants, shopping and Kids Centre. Ski back to the condo at the end of the day over the Skiers Bridge or down Gondola Way.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking garage.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 10 to 20 nights receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets mid way thru the stay. Internet Availability & Usage Internet service is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Skit Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people. Additional persons without owner consent will result in immediate eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

We will stay here again. Close to everything, ski in-ski out, real walking distance to gondola, skate ring and kids area. Kitchen is very well equipped. Hot tub is clean. Everything is well maintained.

Convenient location. The living room and dining area were spacious for our party of 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Our family had a wonderful time there. My two grand kids loved the Games Room. We could watch fireworks from the living room. However, there were some hiccups during our stay --

(1) When we first checked in, the temperature of the hot tub were below 100 degree and we had to find the fuse box to reset the trip switch as there were no power for the wall sockets of two bedrooms

(2) Hot water from the hot tub above our unit were dumped onto our deck on the first evening and eventually our deck became a sheet of ice. Wendy of Vacation Services was helpful and brought in a bucket of deicing salt the next afternoon. Apparently the hot tub above our unit was having problem and the same thing happened two more times

(3) The entry code for the Games Room did not work, but we managed to get the correct code from someone inside the Games Room.

Overall speaking, we had a great family time!

Nice location close to Happy Valley. Kids loved the games room in the building. We did get some noise from our neighbors above and adjacent. Everybody was good to shut it down before 11pm. Unfortunately, no convenient parking for guests. Visitors have to park in the public lot in Happy Valley.

Reasonable access to the lifts, but you do have to take the gondola to get up the hill initially. That means skis and snowboards on, then off, then on again. Kitchen was reasonably well-equipped but space was very tight in the actual work area. Might be difficult if you want to make a serious meal for your family. All in, not bad value for your dollar.
