Your reservation will be confirmed (and your dates X'd out on our calendar) immediately after the completion of the secure online credit card payment of the deposit (or, inside of 45 days, the full amount).
Please note that we do not ask for a damage deposit via the Allura site, however we do require guests to provoide a credit card damage deposit on arrival, at the front desk prior to giving access to the suite. The card holder must be the same as the booking name and be present to sign in with that card. We are not able to use a card when the card holder is not there to sign in.

As you exit the elevator on the second floor, turn left and go to the end of the corridor, and there we are, a quiet spot with no noisy foor traffic past the front door...once inside the apartment on the left along the hallway is a long bench seat to get off the gear, with plenty of hooks above and baskets beside for storing your outer gear, and room under the bench for all your boots. To the left at the end of the entryway is the laundry and the first bathroom. Further on is the master bedroom and ensuite. Straight ahead from the entryway is the living area, with an open plan kitchen incorporating a deep long overhanging benchwith stools, overlooking the living/dining area behind, with a door out to a huge balcony, and a large laid out living area with TV and sofa bed. Opposite the kitchen/dining area on the left is the second bedroom with bunks. The living room layout is spacious enough to accomodate the sectional sofa bed and a desk area comfortably. The kitchen was completely renovated in mid 2012 and has brand new stainless steel oven/cooktop, microwave rangehood, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. All the cupboards are new sleek dark brown wenge cabinetry.
We have provided good quality appliances, glassware, crockery, cutlery, servingware, cookware and utensils to ensure you have a pleasant stay and feel at home.
We ask that you be courteous to future guests by putting things back where you found them, and if you see something is missing or broken, please notify us right away via email so we can sort it out.

The living area is open plan and consists of a large comfortable sectional sofa bed, sleeping 2. Our linen is stored ready for use in a stylish trunk on castors. There is a large flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace, and to the left of this is a convenient and stylish hotel style desk with stunning lamp. This room is surrounded by windows with crisp white venetian blinds, overlooking the balcony, and has views of rainbow and blackcomb mountain. It is flooded with natural light during the day, and at night take advantage of the beautiful lamps for ambient lighting.
The dining area consists of a rectangular dining table with 6 chairs, located in a spacious nook leading out to the balcony. It is offset by a stunning hanging pendant with dimmer and console table with large mirror behind featuring a beautiful lamp to allow you to control the lighting and help make your dining experiences feel special. The kitchen bench overhangs the dining area and spans 1.8 x 2.5 metres allowing for 4 stools comfortably fitted along this to use as a breakfast bar, or somewhere to spread the paper, or simply somewhere to sit the kids to help whilst you prepare dinner.

|Hot Tub||No glassware is allowed to be taken to the spa room, however a drinking fountain and plastic cups are on site. We provide white towels in our bathroom cabinet to take to the hot tub, and ask that you remember to return them to the room and hang on the hooks behind the bathroom door.|
|Iron and Ironing Board||Our Unit has an Iron inside the laundry Cupboard. Please use a towel folded on the floor if you need to press a garment.|
|Secure Ski and Bike Storage||We have been able to store 5 pairs of ski's in our locker. If you have more ski's that the lockers hold may we suggest the concierge service at the base of the Carleton Lodge at the base of Whistler Mountain. Overnight storage of Ski's or Snowboards is $5 and Lockers can be rented for Daytime storage.|
|Stereo||A Sony wifi stereo system will play music from your iTunes library on your own device through our wi fi account wirelessly.|

Whistler Town Plaza comprises the Eagle Lodge, Deer lodge and Bear Lodge and is located on the village stroll, adjacent to the free outdoor ice skating rink, a stones throw to the grocery and liquor stores, near the village Gate boulevard bus stop, and is at the heart of shops, dining, and any service you could possibly need during your stay. Make sure you check out the fantastic "El Furniture Restaurant sensation" accross the village stroll...with every dish $4.95, why eat dinner in?? It is approximtely a 5 minute walk to the base of the mountain where the impressive gondola system provides access to both Blackcomb and Whistler. The kids ski school meets here every morning about 8.45am, allowing you to grab a coffee nearby after you drop them off or just head off to enjoy the snow yourself. If you don't want to ski, enjoy the fantastic shopping and beautiful walks in the immediate area, or catch a bus to Meadow Park sports centre. .

|Wheelchairs||Whistler Town Plaza, Eagle Lodge can accommodate wheelchair use and wheelchair access from the car park, and the village stroll into the common areas of the apartment.|

|Groups Renting Multiple Properties||We don't allow large groups beyond our sleeping capacity to stay or use our property for any purpose including all types of gatherings. Children may exceed the stated number of guests but must not be sleeping on the floor.|
|Pets||No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.|
|Subleased Tenants||Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.|
|Young Adult Only Groups 17-24||Young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted. Groups found to be in breach of this policy will be evicted with loss of money paid and any costs associated with eviction taken out of damage deposit.|
Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Arrival Days||Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance of payment. Door entry code will be provided at time of check in.|
|Cancellations Made by Guests||All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.|
|Delayed Arrivals||Please let us know if the reception staff may need to meet you after hours due to a late arrival. No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. |Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses|
|Late Reservation Payments||Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.|
|Privacy||The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guest Stay Policies
|Check-In Time||4:00 pm. If an earlier check in is desired, please email us in advance, then check with reception upon arrival to see if the room is available. Luggage can be stored in a secure locked room at Reception in the lobby of Deer Lodge.|
|Check-Out Time||10:00 am Rooms often need to be cleaned immediately for arriving guests so please ensure you have checked out by the requested time. Luggage can be stored at Whistler Reception till your departure, and you can use the bathrooms in the Hot Tub area to freshen up prior to departure. If a late check out is preferred, it must be requested via email, and if available, a time will be given.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests will be required to give a pre-authorized credit card charge for a damage deposit. Excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from the damage deposit.. Our cleaners expect to thoroughly clean in between guests, however we ask that basic consideration be used when staying in our home, as you would in your own home. Stack the dishwasher with dirty dishes and glasses and put on as you leave so they can unstack in time for the next guests.|
|Excessive Noise||Not tolerated, May result in eviction from property with no refund. If you are experiencing noise issues from another guest, please contact reception for assistance.|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||If you believe you have inadvertantly left something behind, please call the cleaner on the number provided in your check in package so it can be looked for and placed aside during the clean. Otherwise email us and we will see what we can do to recover it and return to you.|
|Garbage Removal||Garbage needs to be taken to the parkade to the rubbish removal area and disposed of according to the instructions printed there. This includes when you are checking out for the final time - it is NOT the cleaners job to remove the rubbish. Excessive rubbish left inside the apartment may incur a charge against the damage deposit. Whistler Town Plaza undertakes a detailed recycling program so please help us keep Whistler clean.|
|Housekeeping||Provided before arrival and after departure. Mid stay cleans provided (at no charge) for longer term stays. Please check specifics with us when you book and advise preference for morning or afternoon clean. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||If you have any issue with the internet, please advise us ASAP and we will endeavour to rectify for your stay. Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and may be charged.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to any guests whilst on our property, or in any location in Whistler Resort. If you think our apartment is in some way posing a danger to any guest, please email us and we will investigate.|
|Locking Door||Check the door is pulled shut. Keep your door code separately from the property address. Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure. Any loss to property is the responsibility of the guest in residence. Any loss will be deducted from the damage deposit. Loss exceeding the damage deposit shall be taken further. We will not reimburse you for any loss to your property as a result of theft.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||6 (children and infants may exceed the maximum guests)|
|Missing Items||Please advise us via email, or our housekeeper on the contact number provided if you believe the apartment is not as represented in the photos provided. Any items broken must be reported so we can maintain the quality of the property we offer. Any deliberate theft or removal of unit 236 property will result in a charge against the damage deposit. Any loss exceeding the deposit will be dealt with via the appropriate authorities, and Allura direct will be notified.|
|Noise Restrictions||No loud noise after 10pm. The Whistler Municipal Police will respond to complaints made by other guests, You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests. In serious circumstances, we may be required to evict with loss of rent paid.|
|Parking & Ticketing||Parking is provided underground and charged directly through Whistler Reception Service in the lobby of the Deer Lodge. The cost is approximately $14 plus tax per day. Outside the library is approximately $15 for 4 hours. The marketplace has a free 2 hour limit. The day lot opposite is free for day time stay only. Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. Do not leave any valuables in your car. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.|
|Property Damage||A $500 damage deposit will be pre authorised on your credit card by Whistler Reception Services at time of check in. By completing check-in, you accept financial responsibility for property damage or loss incurred by the renters or guests of the renters, and agree to reimburse us for the expenses incurred.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||We are zoned for nightly, short term, and longer term rentals.|
|Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage||Bikes, Skis and Snowboards must be stowed in the secure lock up area provided. Please email us if there is an issue with this so we can sort out a solution. These items MUST NOT be brought inside the apartment. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card. Overnight storage is available at the base of the gondola through the Carleton Lodge for $5 for Ski's or Boards.|
|Terms of Eviction||Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!|

We are a family of 5 from Australia, who have been coming to Whistler for a long time, before children since 1993, and for the past 7 years with the kids. We just love it so much and there is always something to do here, Bounce at Function Junction, Ice Skating at the free Outdoor ice rink, Indoor Rock Climbing at the climbing centre, catch an Ice Hockey game, here at Meadow Park or in Vancouver, Dog sledding, Snow Tubing on Blackcomb Mountain at twilight, or just plain sliding down snow hills, even chilling out is fantastic. We really encourage young families to feel welcome in our place, and of course those families like us who have more than 2 kids and who dont want to pay for 3 bedrooms!! We have set this apartment up with all the creature comforts we hope to find when we travel, and hope you find these make your stay here as pleasant as it is for us, We look forward to being your hosts.
