Our one bedroom corner unit is located on the 4rd floor on the quiet side of the building backing onto beautiful trees with a view of the pool, park and mountains.  Easily accomodates 4 adults and includes a full kitchen, fireplace, jetted tub and 2 sun decks.  Large, bright unit with high ceilings and lots of windows.  Fully stocked kitchen for your convenience.  Centrally located and walking distance to ski lifts, village shops, grocery store and restaurants.  Building has underground parking, pool, laundry, exercise facility, sauna and secured storage for bikes and skis.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance of payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking on RESERVE NOW. Our site takes live reservations 24/7 therefore we operate on a first come/first serve basis
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. Refunds are not provided for arrival delays. 3rd party travel insurance is recommended.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Instructions will be emailed upon receipt of balance of payment. Access codes are emailed atleast 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When a booking is made online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to follow all policies adn pay for any damages and/or missing items.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due date will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can rebook dates if they are still available; deposits will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Guest Stay Policies

BBQ Not Permitted Alpenglow building does not permit barbeques.
Bike Storage Bikes must not be taken into elevators or apartments or stored on balcony. Locked bike storage is available in parking garage. Bikes may be secured to racks in the cage but you must provide your own locking device.
Check-In Time 4:00pm. An earlier check-in time may be possible fi there are no bookings the night before. Please check with owners 1-2 days before arrival.
Check-Out Time 10:00am Strict Check-out time. An additional $50 charge if cleaners arrive and room is not vacated.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests will be charged for additional cleaning costs for excessive garbage, bottles/recycling or if housekeeping arrives and guest has not checked out at 10:00am.
Excessive Noise The Alpenglow is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Disturbing neighboring guests in prohibited. Guests will also be evicted by the strata security company.
Garbage Removal Please ensure all garbage is removed when you check out. Remove all garbage to the garbage room in the parking garage. Do not put it in hallway.
Housekeeping Cleaning service will clean upon departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense. Guests staying over 30 days will be required to pay for one mid-stay cleaning service.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on the property, in the unit or at any location in Whistler Resort
Locking Door Please keep the doors and windows locked while out of the unit. You are responsible for ensuring our property is locked when you check out.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 service. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 persons. Excess occupants will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize the cost of any missing items on their credit card
Noise Restrictions Alpenglow building noise restriction by-law after 10:00pm
Parking & Ticketing Pay Parking, A parking fee of $15 per day is charged for use of the secure parking garage. Pay machine
Property Damage Guests authorize up to a $500 CAD charge on the credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to noise complaints, common or private property damage, excess cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property,pets inside the property, missing access key cards, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in their property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is legally zoned for short term rental accomodation use.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common oor private property damage, disturbing the peace, excess of 4 overnight occupants without our permisssion. You will be evicted for excessive noise, property damage or disturbing the peace or more than 4 people sleeping in the unit.

Guarantees Policies

My Web Site Guarantee Property Damage - We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Reservation Guarantee I guarantee that I will honor all rates posted on my web site at the time that your reservatin request is submitted. Not a big deal but we did have to ask housekeeping for kitchen towels and facecloths that were not provided upon check in. The kitchen knives were dull and one of the pots came apart when washing it. Even though it is clearly stated that there was to be no smoking, we picked up and discarded several cigarette butts that were left on the balcony. We were also horrified by the condition of the garbage room and lack of organization for recycling. :) The apartment, even though a bit dated, was clean and very private. For a 2 night stay it worked out fine for my husband and me although a 10:00 a.m. check out is a bit early and not what we are used to compared to other accommodation rentals we have made in the past, especially with a check in as late as 4:00 p.m. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and gave some good suggestions for restaurants. We had a fantastic meal and enjoyable evening at the Dublin Gate Pub...terrific live band! As well, the skiing was top notch.

Good location. Everything we needed. Friendly desk person. Comfortable room. There isn't a steam room as noted in one of the emails that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet (the blender notably). I would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Hi there - very good location if you have kids - close to playground, close to supermarket and tons of good takeout places around. The place is pretty small with not a massive living area, but we coped fine with mum/dad and 2 small kids. Gotta say though the sofa bed was not very comfortable having thought that the "brand new lazyboy sofabed might be really nice, but I am a 110kg / 230 pound guy so maybe not built for me.

Overall enjoyed the place though, was easy and really good for the price. Would recommend

This is the second Christmas we have spent in this condo and we love it. The place feels so homey and the location is great. Lots of things to eat and do right around the property, but also just a short walk into the main part of the village and to the gondola.

We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to be in a quiet clean place but close to all you could possibly need or want in Whistler.

Great One Bedroom Rental

We stayed for 6 nights in this great one bedroom. Bedroom has a private balcony, and there is another balcony overlooking the pool area. Easy walk to Olympic square, which is also where the Ironman Canada finish was. Easy to walk to many restaurants and the lifts. Great coffee shop and food just downstairs.

The rental was a great value compared to hotel bookings at the same time. The kitchen could use another pan for the stovetop, but everything else was great.

a couple of things are lacking. A full size ironing board is a necessity, the table top is totally inadequate. A larger fan and or ceiling fans are also a necessity, all but the bedroom were hot especially when cooking. Another chest of drawers in the master closet would be very welcome addition. Storage for clothing was minimal.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Whistler

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay in suite 4** for 9 nights in February 2015. We would highly recommend the apartment to other guests. We’re already thinking about a return trip to Whistler next season and we’ll definitely try to book this place if it’s available!

The one bedroom apartment has a decent size living area and galley kitchen with adequate cookware. We prepared breakfast in the apartment each morning and cooked a couple of evening meals there too. Everything in the apartment was clean and in good working order. The apartment is nicely decorated and we felt very much at home there.

The location was very convenient for us. It’s at the bottom end of the Village Stroll’, which means it is close to everything but away from the noise. The IGA supermarket is just across the road, and there are also many food and ski related stores within metres of the building. You could walk to the gondolas (perhaps 10 minutes) but we chose to catch the free number 4 shuttle that has a bus stop about 1 or 2 minutes from the buildings front door. The shuttle runs very frequently with typical wait times less than 5 minutes.

The building has a sauna, steam room, pool, and hot tub. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing sore muscles after each ski day.

One thing to note is that this particular apartment is not managed by the company who occupy the main reception desk in Alpenglow and therefore reception staff will be of limited assistance.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It looks out over a park and has a lovely view. It's very close to the supermarket and we cooked most meals. The walk to the lift takes 10-15 mins but the free bus is only 2 minutes walk and drops at the bottom of the lift. We spent 8 days sleeping on the sofa bed and found it comfortable. apartment is relatively spacious and has a lovely sitting area. Pool, spa and laundry were all good.

We really enjoyed staying at this property for 5 nights over Christmas. It is very comfortable, clean and feels like home.. Location is excellent. Everything you could possibly need or want is within a few minute walk. Even a leisurely stroll to the main gondola is only about 10 minutes. We would definitely book this unit again. My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in the summer, it was a great apartment for us. Clean, comfy, spacious and well located for everything in Whistler. It's on a quiet street so we slept without problem! There's a supermarket in the square across the street so it was easy to get food in - we cooked most nights in the apartment, the kitchen was well equipped and the cooking facilities were good. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the mornings and eat breakfast too. Would recommend highly.

My new wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, during December 2013, all they way from the UK. The condo was perfect for our needs: warm, comfortable and well-located. With the exception of some of the kitchenware, mainly the cutlery and utensils, all of the fixtures, furniture and fittings was of good quality, in good condition and comfortable.

The apartment is very well located for Whistler Village and sits above the best burger joint in the west! A year later and we are still salivating at the thought of those burgers! To get to the slopes is an easy 10 minute walk; to get to all the shops and restaurants in the village, even easier than that.

We would definitely recommend this apartment and the resort in general. The staff at the Alpenglow were friendly and helpful and the owners of the condo were also very friendly and helpful prior to our arrival. Whistler is the most amazing resort. We were a bit unlucky with the snow that year, but we were still able to enjoy two weeks packed full of our passion for snowboarding.

The mattress cover sheet was missing when we arrived but the owners managed to have it replaced after I requested it. The unit is outdated and could probably use a remodel of some sort. The appliances are old, fridge is noisy at nights. There are no Washer and dryer in the unit. It could be nice to have W & D for multi day stay. The door combination lock was changed on us a day before our departure. It could have been bad if we were there after the front desk was closed as I didn't have my mobile phone with me and no other contact information... But the owners managed to sort it out for us soon.
