AREA
The townhouse is located in Whistler Village North at the Glacier's Reach. It is within an easy 5-10 minute walk to both Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas, the village, grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife and all amenities.

TOWNHOUSE
There are 2 large bedrooms on separate floors, two full bathrooms and there is a hide-a-bed in the living room. The unit will accommodate up to 6 people.

The two decks, one on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd floor offer views of Blackcomb mountain and Rainbow mountain. The second floor deck has patio furniture tables and chairs while the 3rd floor deck has chairs. 1 free underground parking spot is included with your rental!

*Our unit is one of the best layouts in Glaciers Reach. Many other rentals are on the ground floor, get very little natural light and have unknown renters above. This townhouse has a private entrance and small storage area on the ground floor and the bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas are on the 2nd and 3rd floor so it gets natural light and is private.

LIVING AREA
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils and there is a natural gas fireplace in the living room as well as an LCD TV.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, comfortable bedding and lots of closet space. There is a double hide-a-bed in the living room.

AMENITIES
The townhouse has free wireless internet, cable TV, a DVD player, dishwasher and a washer and dryer. The building has a common outdoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub.

While being close to the Village, the townhouse still offers the quietness and seclusion expected during your vacation to Whistler.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Your first warning will be your final warning prior to eviction.
