After a long day of resort activites relax in the luxurious living room.  Featuring all new furnishings:  relax in the comfortable leather queen sized sofa sleeper or unwind in a luxury leather recliner by the fire.  There is a 46" LCD Flatscreen 3D "Smart TV" and high definition cable, a DVD Player and selection of movies  and a IPOD Dock Stereo.  Just off the livingroom is the covered patio deck with BBQ and patio seating for four. 

Dining Area

The dining room accomodates  six at a modern table with equisite chandelier and comfortable leather chairs.  There is also a quartzstone breakfast bar with two barstools.

NorthStar #10 is perfectly situated in a well managed complex directly across the street from Village North Marketplace.  All the conveniences of the Village are at your doorstep, and yet it's a quiet sanctuary at the end of a day of activities. In just a short 2 minute stroll,  you will find yourself at the north end of the village, with the IGA Grocery Store, BC Liquor Store, Starbucks and so much more. If you are wanting to visit the Mountain jump on a short free shuttle ride to the lifts at Whistler or Blackcomb base or enjoy the beautiful 10 minute walk along the Valley Trail or through the Village. The bus right outside the complex runs every ten minutes, for your convenience. Rest assured, once you park your vehicle, it won't be needed again until you leave for home.

Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.
Non-Smokers Only No smoking inside - Smoking is permitted on the patio only.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Wheelchairs Property cannot accommodate wheelchair use and wheelchair access.
Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 Young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Park out front, then retreive keys for parking area in the townhome. Keys are located on a key hook in the entry foyer.
Cancellations Made by Guests There will be a 10% cancellations fee on all cancellations. If we can fill your reservation there will not be any other cost except the 10% cancellation fee, but if we can not fill your reservation you will lose your 25% deposit.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to arrival..
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Bike Storage Not permitted within the townhome, must be stored withing the secured bike storage lock up within the secured parkade.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm
Check-Out Time 10:00 am
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Strictly enforced strata bylaws. You will be fined and evicted without refund
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability We are excluded from any liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while on transit to or while on resort property.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit. On check out: leave all keys on the key rack and ensure you leave the access key for the pool/hot tub or a $100 replacement fee will be charged. After you depart the access code will be changed.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided 14 days prior to arrival and are posted in the townhome.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum of 6 people - Strictly enforced
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions No noise that affects others after 10PM. You will be evicted and fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests. There are no refunds as a result of an eviction.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Property Damage Guest is responsible for property damage, beyond normal wear & tear. Guest authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. We do not ask for a damage deposit. We simply ask that you treat our home as if it were your own.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Pleasantly Surprised!

My fiance and 2 children were pleasantly surprised on how nice the place was. Everything was what we had hoped for. The store was directly across the street, the parking space in the parking garage was super close, kitchen amenities were available, the jacuzzi and pool were close by. Except every time we went to the pool, someone would take a towel of ours so I felt bad we shorted him 2 towels.

We had a real good time there. I was unsure how for away the resort was from the village, but it's really close =) We watched Netflix movies downstairs and found dvd movies in the closet. Unfortunately we couldn't seem to find a way to play the dvd's. The only dvd player that we saw was upstairs via Wii console but we didn't have the password to it.

Overall we would love to come back and stay there next year. We had a blast!!!

We love staying in this complex when we come up to Whistler, it has the best location and the best pool. This unit was beautifully decorated and very well stocked (a fan for each bedroom, plenty of dishes etc, etc,etc). The owner was very accommodating.

Great place with great views!

This was our 3rd stay at North Star but 1st in this home. It was clean, nicely decorated and kitchen had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Our 17 year old daughter spent 4 days with us and loved having her own space with a king bed in her room with TV and even a Wii. The 2 bathrooms were nice if you have more than 2 people saying there as well.

The views of the ski hills are incredible from the deck, kitchen, living room and both bedrooms. The owner was first class to work with, very responsive with questions and help. Would definitely go back to this place because of the owners alone.

The complex is in a great location to the village. The marketplace and liquor store are literally just across the street (bring your own bags so you don't have to pay for theirs), with Starbucks right next to that, it was beyond convenient to cook for 2 weeks. It was a very busy 2 weeks while we were there, the hot tub is always at full capacity from 7-10pm. We found if we went around dinner time it was the least busy.

We go to Whistler 4-5 times a year and have stayed at a number of places, this one ranks at the top!

Fantastic location close to shopping center, grocery store, and village. Located across the street from the main village so the unit is extremely quiet. Easy access to the mountain, either 10 min walk or (easier) a quick hop into the bus out front that will drop you off slope side. Well equipped, huge hot tub in the complex, and very comfortable. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in Whistler 6 times and this home is outstanding for its comfort and stylish finish. So delightful to escape the usual knotty pine and ski themed nick-knacks. Lovely touches like bathroom toiletries, all amenities and high end kitchen equipment. Slightly noisy due to its proximity to the road but we slept so well in the comfy beds that we learnt to ignore it. A great vacation stay - highly recommended

Would recommend to others and stay again! Great space, updated, perfect location. Quick bus to the lifts (easier than walking in your gear). Across the street from grocery and beer stores. Very easy walk to town- we parked our car in the garage (included with condo) and walked everywhere the entire time!

We really enjoyed staying in this well kept modern condo. The owner was responsive and helpful arranging a mid holiday clean for us as we were there for 2 weeks. We loved the modern, clean d├ęcor, the cosy fire place, the spacious and well kitted out kitchen. Our teenagers loved the up-to-date TV, the reliable internet, the pool and the hottub. The view up Blackcomb Mountain was terrific. The size of this condo is perfect for 4 with plenty of storage for a long holiday and for all the skis/boards/boots/coats etc. Having always stayed in the Upper Village before we found this to be the perfect village location, especially with teenagers. The ski bus was regular and quick and it wasn't too far to walk to/from the lifts either. Snow ploughs a bit loud early in the morning, but they do give you warning of overnight snowfall so you can get out for the first lifts!
