Welcome to our JUST FULLY RENOVATED lovely 2 bedroom vacation home in the wonderful Station Mont-Tremblant, situated in the Plateau sur la Montagne project, best development on the mountain. Our bright vacation home is situated right next to the large pool and its cabana and the bike / hiking path in summer or the ski-in ski-out trail within 10 feet of the property.  You will benefit from all the luxurious comforts of your house, flat screen TVs, free high speed wi-fi internet and fireplace for the cooler months or relax by our 2 paved stone patios equipped with patio furniture and gas BBQ. You will benefit from heated ceramic floors in the kitchen and main bathroom, bamboo wood floors in all the rooms as well as brand new granite countertops in the kitchen and main bathroom.  We have a storage unit / locker big enough for 3 bikes or 6 golf bags in summer or a family load of skates, skis and snowboards in winter.  The pond is right behind our unit as well as the 60 ft waterfall is a short walk and both are lovely.  In winter, the pond is a large maintained ice rink complete with hockey nets!  Discounted lift tickets (30%-40% off regular price) are available.  Enjoy all of the activities in the Mont-Tremblant region!

Bienvenue à notre belle NOUVELLEMENT RÉNOVÉE résidence de 2 chambres à la Station Mont-Tremblant, située dans le domaine “Plateau sur la Montagne”, un des plus beaux projets du Mont-Tremblant.  Cette unité de condo est localisée directement devant la grande piscine, les pistes de vélo et de randonnée pédestre ou à moins de 10 pieds de la piste de ski (ski-in / ski-out). Vous profiterez du confort de votre maison avec une cuisine complète, foyer, télés à écran plat, internet wi-fi haute vitesse gratuit ainsi que 2 patios en pierre équipés d’un ameublement de jardin et d'un BBQ au gaz.  Vous profiterez de planchers chauffants dans la cuisine et la salle de bain des maîtres en plus de planchers en bois de bambou dans toutes les pièces ainsi que de nouveaux comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain des maîtres.  Rangement sécuritaire assez grand pour 3 vélos, 6 sacs de golf en été ou l’équipement complet de ski, planche à neige et patins d’une famille.  Un joli étang en arrière de notre unité ainsi que la chute de 60 pieds sur le projet agrémente le domaine.  En hiver, l’étang se transforme en une grande patinoire.  Billets de remontée à 30 % - 40 % de rabais disponibles.  Profitez allégrement de votre séjour et de toutes les activités de Mont-Tremblant!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Guest Identification Documents We reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm. As an advantage of renting directly from the owners, if the condo is not used the day of check-in, check-in may be advanced to earlier in the day. Please contact owners for details.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. As an advantage of renting directly from the owners, if the condo is not used the night of check-out, check-out may be delayed to later in the day. Please contact owners for details.
Parking & Ticketing Reserved parking provived for 1 vehicle. Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Bike Storage We offer locked storage space large enough for 3 bikes or 6 golf bags.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage We offer locked storage large enough for a full set of skis and snowboards for the whole family / guests.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Please respect the neighbors! Excessive noise is prohibited.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Obviously, our vacation home will be provided with clean bed, bath and kitchen linens including a complete set of plush and comfortable towels for 6 guests. Towels may not be used for the pool or the beach. Guests should bring their own pool / beach towels.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. Please bring artificial logs if you plan to use the fireplace. Remember to open the fireplace vent prior to use and close after use.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Liability Guests are liable for all damages caused to the property or if items are missing upon check-out. Guests authorize a credit card charge for such costs.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. Exceeding the maximum sleeping capacity will result in immediate stay cancellation.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Property Damage Please contact owners to report property damage.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Reservation Guarantee In the event of force majeur (fire, flood, etc.) or property damage rending the unit unavailable, I will make reasonable efforts to relocate you to a comparable property at no additional expense to you or at our discretion provide a full reimbursement without other compensation.
