be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest
made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be

| Complaints Concerning Property |
Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
| Excessive Noise |
This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. When using the hot tub after 11 pm, extra care must be taken to ensure other guests are not disturbed. Each incident will result in a $200 fine to the guest. |
| Garbage Removal |
Instructions for garbage bag removal will be provided. Excessive garbage in the suite will result in additional costs to the guest |
| Housekeeping |
The home is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. Departure instructions regarding recycling and garbage will be provided with the booking package |
| Liability |
We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler. |
| Maintenance Emergencies |
Upon booking, our guests will be provided with a 24 hour emergency maintenance contact. |

| Property Damage |
Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs to the property over the course of the rental. Damage deposit will be held until the property inspection report is received; guests are responsible for full payment of all damages. Please contact us immediately upon arrival if you note existing damage or have any questions regarding the policy. |
