We regret to inform you that our condo has strict "No Pets", "No Smoking", and suitability policies.  Violation of these policies will result in loss of damage deposit.  Thank you for your understanding.

Suitable For:
Adults - Min Age to Stay: 25 Sorry, we will not accept groups of guests under 25 years of age.
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Subleased Tenants Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.
Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 Young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Payments non refundable. Refund only for dates replaced at replacement rate minus 5%.
Delayed Arrivals No refund on late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Upon confirmed balance of payment. Later for last minute reservations.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due date will result in automatic cancellation without refund of deposit. You may rebook if space is available and no deposit will be charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs All excessive cleaning costs will be passed onward to the Guest. Please follow the instructions in the Policy binder located on site to avoid excessive cleaning costs. Guests are responsible for costs related to loss of use that result from excessive cleaning requirements.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. When using the hot tub, extra care must be taken to ensure other guests are not disturbed. Each noise incident that results in a security call-out will result in a $200 fine to the guest.
Garbage Removal Instructions for garbage bag removal will be provided. Excessive garbage in the suite will result in additional costs to the guest
Hot Tub Due to noise restrictions within the complex, the hot tub is NOT to be used after 11 pm.
Housekeeping The home is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. Departure instructions regarding recycling and garbage will be provided with the booking package
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.
Maintenance Emergencies Upon booking, our guests will be provided with a 24 hour emergency maintenance contact.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 persons; exceeding this number without written permission from the owner is a violation of the rental policy and may result in eviction and/or forfeiture of part or all of the damage deposit
Noise Restrictions Montebello is a family-oriented, quiet development. Please ensure your enjoyment of the property does not result in disturbance to others. Costs related to security call-outs will be passed onto the Guest. Excessive noise and disturbance may result in immediate eviction from the property.
Property Damage Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs to the property over the course of the rental. Damage deposit will be held until the property inspection report is received; guests are responsible for full payment of all damages plus a $100 administration fee. If property damage is incurred or excessive cleaning is required, loss of use costs may also be applied. Please contact us immediately upon arrival if you note existing damage or have any questions regarding the policy.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Property is zoned for short term rentals.
Terms of Eviction Please respect our Home and Neighbors. Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, pets on the property, disturbing the peace; excess of 10 overnight occupants without permission - all are grounds for eviction.

Perfect Whistler townhouse!

This Montebello townhouse was perfect for our extended family vacation. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic as it was under a 5 minute walk to the village but also very quiet. Our group had 3 adults and 4 children who all fit comfortably. It is also close to nice hiking and biking trails. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Whistler Condo Experience

My kids and I have stayed in this condo twice now, once with my parents, and once with another family of three. It's large enough to accommodate everyone very comfortably. All the expected Whistler amenities are part of the condo: lovely gas fireplace, large hot tub, complete home theatre system, deck, and plenty of green space out back for kids to kick the ball around. It's easy walking distance to the village (even with kids!), which is key, summer or winter. Both of our stays have been spring/summer visits, but we'll be back this winter. We have absolutely loved our time and the accommodations at this condo.

Fabulous Weekend

My wife and daughter and I stayed for a fabulous weekend. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Montebello itself perfectly situated - far enough away from party-around-the-clock Whistler Village, yet close enough for an easy 10 minute walk. Another 5 minutes puts you at the ski lift. The condo we stayed in was beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home - if you live in a modern, perfectly equipped condo. Whistler still offers the best ski experience in north america, and this condo offers the best value in Whistler. We'll go again.
