The house is just a short 5 minute walk into Sun Peaks village. The Mt Morrisey lift system (3 minutes) allows ski in/ski out and the house backs onto Sun Peaks Golf Course for summer visitors. |Blue Bird Market||We were really impressed with this food market. Small, but very well stocked. Its located on the ground floor of the Delta Residences.|
|Sun Peaks Grocery||We have also used www.sunpeaksgrocery.com to order and get groceries delivered right to the door. A good option if you want the house stocked before you get there.|
|Dog Sledding||This costs around CAD$200 for an hour but it is well worth it. Great to meet the dogs and an exhilerating experience sledding through the forest. Book at the Day Lodge.|
|Masa's Bar & Grill||Always good for lunch.|
|Mountain High Pizza||Excellent pizza and they also deliver right to your door.|
|Power Hounds||Definitely our favourite this season. Great food and service and live music on a Friday night.|
|Steakhouse at Sun Peaks Lodge||Obviously the steaks are great, but why not try the ribs - delicious!|

Great location in Sun Peaks. Layout is perfect with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Was quite comfortable and roomy for 5 adults. Beds were very comfortable and nicely appointed. Living room had ample and comfortable seating. Big dining room table for meals and family games. Hottub apres skiing was perfect. We had a wonderful time and had all of our expectations met. Decent condo close to Morrissey Express

Our second time at Sun Peaks, first at this condo. Definitely enjoyed ourselves! A couple days before we arrived I emailed the owner about whether or not we needed to bring laundry supplies and I have yet to get an answer! The condo was pretty convenient to ski lift and looked out the back at a well-travelled trail.
Pluses: Hot tub was a delight Unit heated up quickly Heated floors adjusted up and down as needed Attached garage a happy bonus
Less than pluses: Master bedroom baseboard heat had particularly loud clanks when adjusting its temp so we were jolted awake every time it came on. Thick layer of dust on top of fridge discovered when we arrived and tried to put items on it. Couldnt get hairdryer in master bath to work even after resetting and waiting to restart gfci. Lamp in bunk bedroom not functioning/bulb out. Bulb out in entryway above mirror--no way to replace w/o ladder. Supply of wash cloths and hand towels and tissues could have been more robust. Rear slider had one of its locks broken off and sitting above the fireplace. Coffee maker had yucky buildup inside and out. The master bed linens/pillows had an "unwashed hair" smell that was hard to sleep with.
None of the negatives were absolute deal breakers, just seemed to be a lack of supply checking and/or missed cleaning opportunities.
Last time we stayed nearby in the Crystal Forest and had a wonderful time as well. We may or may not stay at this location next time, I'd like to see a bit more thoroughness in the cleaning. We were comfortable for the most part and loved the skiing and village experience!View Full Review

The closet door in bunk bed bedroom is so stiff I hurt my finger trying to open it....it needs attention. No oven mitts in the kitchen which is a challenge when you are cooking. A few chipped plates/cups. Check in package states there are two locks on the sliding door...we spent considerable time looking for the second lock so we wouldn't damage the door trying to open it and the second lock is non-existent. Otherwise very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.View Full Review

Had a fabulous stay here for a week in January. Location is great just a short stroll in to the village and an even shorter walk to the morrisey express lift. Home is kept very nicely and the hot tub was very relaxing after some long days on the slopes. Had fun completing the Star Wars puzzle also! Would recommend for 2 couples or a family. Upon arrival on the Sunday night we were very pleased with the overall look and initial cleanliness. When we awoke on the Sunday morning we were dismayed for two reasons. When I went to make the master bed I discovered that the underside of the duvet cover had many semen stains on it. This as you can imagine was a very unpleasant discovery after having spent the night in the bed. Thankfully the presence of the washer and dryer came to our rescue.
We also found that many of the plates, cutlery, mugs, all three frying pans and the two cookie sheets had a considerable amount of food debris on them. This seems to be a common occurrence in other rental properties we have rented and I am commenting on it as I think this is an unnecessary negative mark. The amount of kitchen paraphernalia was extensive and appreciated as we ate in most evenings. We also appreciated the BBQ.

Fantastic accommodation in a wonderful location! It's a lovely townhouse, very clean, and everything you need in the kitchen is provided.
Hot tub was wonderful and the owner/manager was super quick to respond.

This nice quiet town house was perfect.

We went with friends and 2 young children in the worst snow conditions of 2015. However this town house suited our every need. A well equipped all round. It was a 15 minute walk from the village, however we like walking and we got to find the playground and a couple of nice trails to back on after a beer. For the kids there were 2 wagons provided in the garage which they loved to ride in. Very clean too! We'll be back.
