Welcome to 13 McGillivray Creek! Just click to reserve this fabulous English family owned Townhouse, with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 3 bathrooms and private hot tub(winter only), in popular McGillivrary Creek.  The house is just a short 5 minute walk into Sun Peaks village. The Mt Morrisey lift system (3 minutes) allows ski in/ski out and the house backs onto Sun Peaks Golf Course for summer visitors.  Beautifully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, with WiFi internet, new TV/DVD, CD player and iPod docking system.  Washer/dryer. Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Please respect your neighbours at all times. No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We cannot be held responsible for any injury to you or your guests, or damage/loss of your personal belonging whilst staying at our property. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.

Groceries

Blue Bird Market We were really impressed with this food market. Small, but very well stocked. Its located on the ground floor of the Delta Residences.
Sun Peaks Grocery We have also used www.sunpeaksgrocery.com to order and get groceries delivered right to the door. A good option if you want the house stocked before you get there.

Other Activities

Dog Sledding This costs around CAD$200 for an hour but it is well worth it. Great to meet the dogs and an exhilerating experience sledding through the forest. Book at the Day Lodge.

Restaurants

Masa's Bar & Grill Always good for lunch.
Mountain High Pizza Excellent pizza and they also deliver right to your door.
Power Hounds Definitely our favourite this season. Great food and service and live music on a Friday night.
Steakhouse at Sun Peaks Lodge Obviously the steaks are great, but why not try the ribs - delicious!
