Our unit is located on the 3rd floor on the quiet side of the building backing onto beautiful trees with a view of the pool/hot tub. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
| Excessive Noise | The Alpenglow is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Guests will also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. |
| Garbage Removal | Please ensure all garbage is removed when you check out. Remove all garbage to the garbage room located in the parking garage. |
| Housekeeping | Cleaning service will clean upon departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense. Guests staying over 30 days will be required to pay for one mid-stay cleaning service. |
| Internet Availability & Usage | Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages. |
