Our unit is located on the 3rd floor on the quiet side of the building backing onto beautiful trees with a view of the pool/hot tub.  Easily accomodates 4 adults and includes a full kitchen, fireplace, jetted tub and sun deck.  Large, bright unit with high ceilings and lots of windows.  Fully stocked kitchen for your convenience.  Centrally located and walking distance to ski lifts, village shops, grocery store and restaurants.  Building has underground parking, laundry, exercise facility, sauna and secured storage for bikes and skiis.

We are near a large grocery store, close to the library and coffee shops galore. Work out in the gym or swim laps in the pool. Relax after a day on the mountain with the hot-tub, sauna, steam room or fireplace.

The member of the party who is making the reservation must be atleast 25 years of age with a valid credit card and will be held responsible for the rest of the group. We reserve the right to ask for ID when you check to ensure that the age requirement has been met. Any reservation made under false pretences will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, and the party will not be permitted to check in and/or the party will be be required to vacate the property. All additional charges and payment will be the responsibility of the client should they need to move to another property.
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking in unit or property including deck. If smoking occurs in the unit, an additional $250 cleaning/aerating fee will be charged to your credit card.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Guests may make reservations on any day of the week.
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance of payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, If booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now. Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7days/week, therefore, we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. Refunds are not provided for arrival delays. 3rd party travel insurance is recommended.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Instructions will be e-mailed upon receipt of balance of payment. Access codes are emailed with your receipt for payment at least 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When a booking is made online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to follow all policies and pay for any damages and/or missing items.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can rebook dates if they are still available; deposits will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Bikes must not be taken into elevators or apartments or stored on the balcony. Locked bike storage is available in the parking garage. Bikes may be secured to racks installed in the cage but you will need to provide your own locking equipment.
Check-In Time 4:00pm. An earlier check-in time may be possible if there are no bookings the night before. Please check with us 1-2 days before your arrival date.
Check-Out Time 10:00am. An additional $50 charge will occur if cleaners arrive and room is not vacated.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise The Alpenglow is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Guests will also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company.
Garbage Removal Please ensure all garbage is removed when you check out. Remove all garbage to the garbage room located in the parking garage.
Housekeeping Cleaning service will clean upon departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense. Guests staying over 30 days will be required to pay for one mid-stay cleaning service.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on the property, in the unit or at any location in Whistler Resort
Locking Door Please keep the doors and windows locked while out of the unit. You are responsible for ensuring our property is secure when you check out.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour service. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 persons. Excess occupants will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize the cost of any missing items on their credit card.
Noise Restrictions Noise restriction building by-law after 10:00 pm
Parking & Ticketing Pay parking. A parking fee of $15 per day is charged for use of the secured parking garage.
Property Damage Guests authorize up to a $500 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property, missing garage keys, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in their property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is legally zoned for short term rental accomodation use.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace, excess of 4 overnight occupants without our permission. You will be evicted for excessive noise, property damage or disturbing the peace or more than 4 people sleeping in the unit.

Guarantees Policies

My Web Site Guarantee I guarantee that I will honor all rates posted on my web site at the time that your reservation request is submitted. If an amenity changes after you have confirmed your booking with payment, I wil notify you in advance and give you an opportunity to cancel with a full refund..
Reservation Guarantee Property Damage - We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommeded to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products

Excellent Condo

This was the perfect condo for my husband and I. It had a really comfy bed and it was on the quiet side of the building so that was really nice. A lot of condos are on the village side and are very noisy at night. The AC worked wonderful and was super cold (which was nice since it was in the high 80's). The jetted tub was a huge plus! After being on the mountain all day it was nice to come back to.

The entire condo was very clean and felt like our home away from home. I would definitely stay here next time we visit Whistler. Chris and Shelley were very accommodating and available to any questions we had. If you are looking for a really nice, clean and quiet stay, this is your place!

Exactly as described and pictured. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything I needed (just like being at home)- the bed was sooooo comfy and jet tub much appreciated!. The village was very busy during my stay and I very much appreciated the quiet balcony overlooking one of the few green spaces in the village.

The owners were very accommodating and prompt at providing all needed instructions well in advance of my arrival. I would definitely return!! Thanx Shelley and Chris!

Whistler Paradise

This property is a hidden gem in Whistler and we absolutely loved our stay. The fireplace is perfect in winter, kitchen is well equipped and the spa bath is just everything after a long day on the slopes! The location is great, great food options down stairs and very close to supermarkets and the village.

The property is also much larger than shown in the photos and Shelley and Chris were very helpful and in consistent contact throughout the booking process and our stay. We can't wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay in this spacious apartment. It is located in Whistler Village, close to everything, shops, bars, restaurants,... The place was clean and cosy. I would have appreciated to be able to check-in before 4 pm but it wasn´t a big deal. Thanks Shelley and Chris Olafson to let me rent your place! I loved it!

I was unclear as to who was responsible for providing some kitchen items i.e. dish soap, paper towels, extra garbage bags... I really appreciated that the pool/ hot tub hours were enforced at night so the noise was limited. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the location.

Great little condo, perfect for a longer stay. We spent 15 nights! Its in walking distance to everywhere in the village. The IGA is minutes away, 7/11 is across the street and the best burger joint in Canada is right down stairs!! Would go back and stay again for sure:) Also the Jacuzzi tub in room was very nice, super jets! The only suggestion would be to update the bed....but then again i'm spoiled with my bed at home.

Great condo in an excellent location. Steps into the village and quiet at night. The condo is very comfortable and well maintained. We didn't manage to hit the hot tub, next time! Recommend Elements cafe, next door for breakfast.
