Property Description

This 2 bedroom town house has 2 private entrances at ground level.  The unit is all one level with no stair cases.  Conveniently the front door is close to the swimming pool, communal hot tub and exercise room. The back door goes to the private hot tub, valley trail and tennis club.

Upon entering the front door boot and sports storage is on the left.  Ahead is an open concept living room (queen sz sofa pullout), dining, kitchen area.  Passing by the kitchen you enter a hall which accesses the bathroom, 2nd bedroom (queen sz bed), master bedroom (two twin beds which can be converted to a king bed on advance notice upon booking) with ensuite. Once in the master bedroom you can access the hot tub through the back door.

The large flat screen tv's and Bluetooth speaker will keep you up to date and entertained, the free wireless internet can keep you in touch with friends and family, while the gas fireplace will keep you warm..

No need to take the car to the village or lifts as there is a free shuttle that runs approximately every 10 min.  If you desire, the walk to ski lifts and clubs is about 10-12 min.

Our unit is on the ground floor and just one level.  No stairs to climb with luggage , equipment and supplies. Easy in and out.


After a glorious day on the slopes or trail relax in your private hot tub, while bragging on your ipad (complimentary hi speed wireless) about the wonderful day you had.  The large lcd flat screen tv has a pvr attached so you can see the recorded program you missed while out and about.  Connect your tunes to the blue tooth speaker while you relax in the glow of the gas fireplace.

Our town home is located in the Glacier's Reach complex ideally situated on the corner of Northlands Blvd and Lorimer Road.  Stroll to the Marketplace shopping center within a minute or 2 to pickup supplies.  A pleasant 5 min walk from here will take you into mid village where most of the clubs and restaurants are located. Another 5 minutes more your at the lifts for Whistler or Blackcomb.

One reallly does not need a vehicle here as all major areas are within walking distance or you can use the free shuttle service and regular transit service.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Strata security monitors noise complaints. Excessive noise especially after 11 pm will not be tolerated and may result in occupants & guests eviction. Fines will be levied and/or eviction without a refund will take place.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet availability is complimentary. Their is no guarantee that it will be 100% available.
Liability The owners are excluded from liability for personal or their guests bodily harm while they are on our property or any location at Whistler Resort
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 persons. Excess occupancy will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur. We are not responsible for any damage or theft to guest vehicles while parked in the secured underground or anywhere on the complex.

Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is booked in the property regardless if damage is caused by guest's visitor. By accepting our Guest Stay Contract, you agree to pay fo all damages.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Frequently Asked Questions


What is available for ski and board storage at the mountain base. There are a few options for ski/board storage at the base of the mountain most of which are located in the basement level of the Carlton Lodge located at the foot of Whistler Gondola and near the Excalbur Gondola. Ski and Board only storage (no poles) is about $5 per overnight. Locker storage which I believe can hold ski’s boots but no poles is from $6 to $12 for 20 hours depending on locker size. If you rent ski equipment most rental places allow free overnight storage. I have personally used the $10 machine wax service at the ski repair shop for overnight or longer storage and get a wax job included. All these options are located in the bottom floor of the Carlton Lodge – the building located directly in front of the Whistler Mountain Gondola and beneath the Longhorn Saloon & Grill. Lastly and most economical is the very convenient free shuttle bus service. The pickup point is right across the street from the Glacier’s Reach complex and the drop off point is at the main bus loop only a stones throw from the Excalibur Gondola and few more steps to the Whistler Gondola. I usually use the shuttle at least going to the mountain even if I’m not carrying ski equipment but I do the reverse direction if I’m tired or with equipment.

We could not fault our stay in this lovely apartment. Everything was here that we needed, to enjoy our stay for 3 days. Parking the car was a breeze. But being so close to the village and markets we just walked everywhere anyway.

Great location and value. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and having the washer & dryer (with soap provided), came in handy for towels etc... We really enjoyed being close to the village for dining access and shopping needs.

The owner is very friendly and easy to contact, and was prompt with all replies back. The parking is tight, I had a Honda Pilot and just squeezed in. That worked out as we stayed parked for the duration since we were so close to everything anyhow.

This was our family's first White Christmas and Denny's accommodation enabled 5 adults to be together without being in each other's way. The location was great as we could walk everywhere. The supermarket is over the road.

The apartment had everything we could need, especially the kitchen. It was the best equiped kitchen I had ever stayed in and enabled us to cook Christmas lunch! Hot tub was fantastic after a day in the snow.

Denny was a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating with our 100 questions! Whilst Whistler is magical the accommodation was the icing on the cake! Thank-you Denny for sharing your home with us!

I've stayed at several Glacier's Reach units over the last 10-12 years or so, and we always have a great time. This unit was great as Denny is very organized and it has everything you need. The one minor thing was the Bluetooth speaker wouldn't work. Everything else was great though. I made the mistake of showing up a bit too early, but with a quick call to Denny he was able to let us in remotely. This location is awesome as it's right on the edge of the village. It's just a short walk away, but much quieter than staying in the middle of the stroll. It's also a quick walk to Lost Lake, which is a great place to hang out and mountain bike. This unit is also steps away from the pool, which out two year old daughter loved. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really liked the location of the property. It worked very well for access to the ski bus and the village for supplies or just visiting. The home was well equipped and everything we found a need for was there. Nice to have the washer and dryer to run towels through etc... The underground parking is very tight but didn't pose a problem for us as once we got parked we were so close to everything that we walked everywhere.

Recent stay in Whistler could not have gone better. The location gave easy, immediate access to the village. The suite was well equipped and the hot tub backs onto a small walkway and is very private. Denny was very helpful and was easily accessible via email if we had questions. Great place to stay for anyone who wants to experience all Whistler has to offer

The unit was clean and ready for our arrival. The unit mainly met our needs however lacks dressers and the furniture is a little dated. The location was ideal as easy access to the shuttle bus and across the street from the marketplace. The hot tub was excellent as was the common hot tub just out front of the unit. The location was away from foot traffic allowing us to sleep undisturbed. We really liked the location and would have liked a little more space to unpack our things. I would recommend Denny's unit.

The service you rpovedied, directions and 'tips' were second to none. Your description of the home was very precise and we were not disappointed. Your extra efforts/touches were greatly appreciated! We had a breakfast and a dinner at the racquet club as you had kindly suggested and were pleasantly surprised with the venue, food and service! Property was spacious and clean. Private hot tub made the whole experience worthwhile. Location was just across the street from the village, with private secure parking stall and wi-fi. Everything was accessible and provided for (kitchen and bathroom supplies etc.). The owner Denny also made sure everything was going ok with a personal phone call upon arrival. He was very welcoming and helpful. All in all would definitely consider booking again!!!

If you're looking to find a clean, comfortable place to stay with all the amenities and is close to the village, then look no further than Denny Lum's condo at Glacier's Reach. The location is literally minutes away from the village, supermarket, liquor store, etc...everything you need within walking distance. The bus stop for the free Whistler shuttle is only a block away, perfect if you don't want to lug your equipment all the way to the lifts. Contrary to what others may have experienced at Glacier's Reach, there were no issues with noise at all during our stay. The condo itself has all the amenities you need, so no need to worry about having to bring your own. The private hot tub was one of the highlights of our stay, as there is nothing better after a long day of skiing. The owner, Denny, genuinely cared about making sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. He greeted us by phone when we arrived to make sure that everything was OK, and made himself personally available should there be any problems. Will definitely be back here again! Thanks Denny!

Our stay was excellent! The accommodations are nice, cosy and most importantly clean. There is an outdoor pool with a hot tub plus there is your own private hot tub on the back patio! Nothing better then relaxing in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes! The village is across the street and there's a liquor store, grocery store and a few restaurants only a minute walk away...very convenient! The ski lifts are about a 15 minute walk away but it is way easier to use the free shuttle that stops right outside. This shuttle will take you right to the mountain base and runs all day. We will definitely be back!
