Location

Arrowhead Point, located in Whistler's Benchlands, is one of the highest complexes in the resort, at the top of Painted Cliff Road, approximately at the elevation of the 6th support pole for the Wizard Express chair lift. You can "ski-in" to the complex off the ski run "Home Run". It's a very easy walk back to the point where you step into your skis and then ski down to the lift, where you can choose between Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains. You can walk out to the ski run in approximately 5 minutes or less (easy walk)

The free Village shuttle bus is right outside our complex. You can hop on the shuttle for the 5 minute ride down to the Village for fabulous shopping, nightlife, or lifts if you do not want to walk a couple minutes to the hill from our property. You can also walk down the side of the slopes to the village which is which takes approx. a 5 minute walk down the mountain.

Adults - Min Age to Stay: 26 All guests must be 26 years of age to reserve and stay in our property. We reserves the right to refuse accommodation upon arrival to guests who have booked over the Internet, phone, or through a third party and do not meet the minimum age requirements as stated above. Children are welcome providing a parent or guardian of the children are 26 or older are also staying in the property. We do not accept ski camps.
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property and or eviction
Seniors We welcome seniors.
Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We accept travel reseller bookings but do not offer referral fees.
Young Adult Groups 17-24 With Accompanying Age-Eligible Adult(s) We welcome young adults age 17-24 only when accompanied by adults who meet our minimum age requirement.
Not Suitable For:
Celebrations & Special Events Absolutely no parties or special events can be hosted in the property and premises.
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less $175 transaction fee, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refunds values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Eviction will occur if guests create excessive noise. Quite time is 11 pm - 8 am. Fines for infractions will apply.
Housekeeping Provided at no charge before arrival and after departure and for stays longer then 7 nights. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at the guest's expense.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

1.The description of the property lists "1 King (can be split into singles). There is no King bed! A more accurate description would be "2 Singles (can be combined to make a King)." 2.The pillows in this unit need to be replaced. They are horrible!

Great place I would stay again

This is one of the nicest condominiums I have stayed at. It's modern and updated. The heated floors are a wonderful amenity. Also the ability to heat the front room and dry your ski gear and clothes is really smart. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The hot tub was great as well.

It is close to the Wizard chair which is also nice. Usually we stay in the village or within easy walking distance, this was a bit farther, but the bus comes around fairly quickly and it's not a huge deal. I would love to stay in this property again.

Absolutely flawless accommodation, if you could have your own home on the Blackcomb mountain, you'd want this one! Couldn't look to fault anything - comfy, cosy, well appointed, so many kitchen details thought of, towels galore, great mountainside feel, contemporary and welcoming.

Bus service is exceptional every few minutes down to Upper or Whistler Village and a the slopes are really just a few steps away by the Coast Hotel. One of the best ski holiday locations ever!! Can't wait to return

What a lovely place for such an affordable price! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. After whitewater rafting, day-long bike trips, and long hikes, it was so rewarding to have the hottub available and home-like atmosphere.

We have had a couple years of stress with my health and have planned this trip for a year in half. We had another place reserved but things fell through. I am so glad. This place was so relaxing, comfortable and felt like home. We brought my in-laws they were so delighted by the place, location and amenities.

We thought this was a great unit that was very well equipped and a very tastefully done recent renovation. We had a Whistler local round one lunchtime who knows Arrowhead well and he said it was the best unit he'd seen there by far. Everything including the booking and the key pick up was easy and we had no need to call for help on any matter. Many thanks to the owners for doing such a great job!

We had a wonderful time staying in this Chalet. It was so clean warm and cozy, it was difficult packing up and going home. The hot tub was an incredible feature and having the bbq made dinners so easy to whip up after a long day on the slopes. The bed was extremely comfortable. All the amenities were new and clean. We loved the way it was decorated - very inspiring. The only problem we had was with the laundry machine - when we tried to wash the towels the front loader was stuck on "pause". Otherwise, I will plan far in advance on future whistler trips to stay in this chalet!

The property was very comfortable and clean and was in a great location for a skiing vacation. Unfortunately the mountains were not blessed with snow during our stay and therefore we could not ski in. The walk from the property to the slopes is just 5 minutes and the bus stop is conveniently located at the Coast Hotel, just a 2 minute walk up the hill. The only negative for the property would be that the hot tub is uncovered and lacks privacy. I would recommend this property and would definately return in the future.

Location easy to access by free shuttle every 7-12 minutes from anywhere in the village black comb or whistler. Walk across the road and ski down to the lifts, can ski in but trail is not easily negotiated unless you are a comfortable skier on narrow, sometimes steep and bumpy terrain (not a problem though as its easy enough to walk in from across the road). Plenty of room, quality appliances and so nice to find the essentials for dishwasher and washing machine detergent supplied. BBQ and hot tub were a great combination on the deck after long days skiing.. We would recommend this apartment to families or two couples as a perfect place to stay at Whistler Blackcomb, and would choose to stay here again ourselves.

Perfect relaxing retreat!

Wow, what can I say.. This place was beautiful. My partner and I stayed here for a week on a ski holiday. It's the second time we have been to whistler and this place topped the last one. I was pleasantly surprised when I first walked in. The size was perfect for my partner and I. The decor made it feel like a real winter holiday with the tree forest wallpaper, fireplace and deer decor. The bathrooms were very luxe. Lovely open shower! A big plus was the heated floors! Nothing like coming back after a day on the slopes and having warm floors to come back to. House was well stocked with fresh towel, and kitchen equipment for making basic meals. And oh yes I can't forget the hot tub. My favourite! Thank you so much for some amazing memories. I would certainly love to stay with you again.
