 Property Description

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with amazing ski in/ ski out location. The heated entrance room can hold your outdoor boots and coats.  The main living area is open concept with living room, dining room, eating bar and kitchen. This maximizes the space and lets you enjoy the view regardless of your activity. 

The living room boasts rock fireplace, couch and comfortable chair. A large window faces south for great light. Quality TV/DVD and VCR for your down time. The dining room seats 6 at a solid wood table. From there, enjoy the fireplace and mountain view.  The well designed kitchen offers a eating bar for 3, full stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and many small electric appliances.

Brightly lit master bedroom via the large window with a queen size bed, 2 end tables, dresser, stereo and double closet.  Access is through the hall, or by opening the double sliding doors into the living room - allowing you to expand the space.

A beautiful tiled bathroom is easy to access between the two bedrooms. The shower and toilet have a pocket door and can be locked off from the vanity area.

The second room has a combo bunk bed - double on bottom and single on top, with a closet, dresser and TV/DVD.

Well stocked kitchen provides all the tools needed for a great meal after the day on the hill. Quality pots and pans, new dishes/ silverware for 8,  microwave, oven and stove are full size and a dishwasher to free your time. Dish detergent, hand soap, coffee filters, paper towels, napkins and some basic dry goods provided.  Good lighting, tile backsplash and clean cooking area will make it easy to whip up meals.

Open concept  room faces south for maximum light exposure.  Beautiful stone fireplace with cozy furniture, warm lighting and gorgeous decor will relax you!  Recline on the couch and view the mountain ski runs thru the large living room window.

Dining room easily seats 6 with 3 additional seats at the eating bar.  Solid wood furniture in the open concept floor plan lets you enjoy the fireplace and view of the mountain. Eating bar beside kitchen gives you a chance to sit and chat with the cook!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non-refundable.Reservations paid in full can be refunded if we can replace your booking. There is a 15% cancellation fee applied to any refunds. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise .Excessive noise which disturbs others in the building is prohibited and will result in eviction with no rental refund.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on the resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7 people
Property Damage Guests will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!
