Your ideal Mountain home is located in Snow Creek Village, Sun Peaks, BC. Blue Moon Lodge is a 1200 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath home on two levels with ground level drive up entry and private garage. It sleeps 6 and is pefect for a family or two couples.  This very special mountain retreat is bright, spacious and nicely decorated with all the comforts of home.


Blue Moon Lodge is located in Snow Creek Village in Sun Peaks. Locals and seasoned visitors of Sun Peaks will agree that Snow Creek Village is the BEST location for your mountain vacation. The ski in and ski out is optimal gliding right to and from the Gentle Giant run which is easy for all levels and abilities. Snow Creek Village is the most convienient place to be and just a 2 minute walk to all that the Sun Peaks Village has to offer. Our 3 level mountain townhome is right next to a park, playground, soccer field, picnic area, tennis courts and pool. You can even ski to and from the Sun Peaks Village for dinner, tubing or an apres ski beverage. Enjoy classy, comfortable, clean and convienient accommodation at our mountain home. Property Description

Ground floor entry includes tiled hall with hooks, storage bench and access to private garage. The second floor includes tiled kitchen, dining area and full bathroom plus plush carpeted living area. There are two balconies with mountain views one off dining area with BBQ another off living area with hot tub. The third level has two large bedrooms one master with king bed and the other with a queen bed plus a twin over twin bunk. There is also a full bathroom with jaccuzi tub.

Seating for 6 at the solid wood table and great views of Sundance and Mt Tod. Seating for two more at the breakfast bar. Access to the patio with BBQ and chair and table for 2. Classic chandellier, great tree and retro art.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Booking & Arrival Deadline Must book and pay full balance at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations Made by Guests Must be made 45 days prior to the date of booking
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals no refunds for missed nights

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Not tollerated and will result in fine and or termination of rental. Please respect the neighbours.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. The transfer station is located past the village. Turn right on Industrial Way. Check with guest services for hours.
Housekeeping Provided after your stay. For long term stays weekly cleaning can be arranged upon request.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort. Please use caution when walking in the parking area of our property in ski boots on ice.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Sun Peaks Property Services, Bobbi Butcher, phone # is on our door.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 persons but the unit is most suitable for 6 persons and ideal for 4-5 adults max.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Will be taken off your damage deposit. If the damage exceeds $500 the renter must assume responsibility for the cost of damage.

Resort Information Provided in check-in and arrival instructions email, upon balance payment.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please store in the Garage only. Do not bring your gear in the unit. Please contact us. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for smoking, excessive noise, pets, under age renters, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace, or an excess of 8 overnight occupants. You will not receive a refund. Our unit is checked on daily by our management company. Hot tub maintenance also checks on the hot tub daily, as per our service contract.

Mark and Chera Rasmussen have owned a home at Sun Peaks since 2006 and have been vacationing there since 2001. They are Realtors based out of North Vancouver and have 3 young children.
