This is an incredible location for your family and friends to spend your winter vacation.  Located on the Hummingbird run this is one of the premiere ski in/ski out properties at Big White.  This unit has a spectacular unobstructed view of Monashee mountains from the Living Room, Master bedroom and both decks. Enjoy the warmth and coziness of our two fireplaces. There is plenty of parking with a private two car garage and extra parking in front of garage. Private hot tub provides one of the best views on the mountain.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise at any time during stay.
Forgotten Items by Guest We will attempt to return forgotten items to our guests upon notification. Shipping and handling costs will be at the guests expense.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area located in the lower parked.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability The owners are excluded from liability for personal or bodily injury in our property, while in transit to our property, or while on resort property. The owners are also excluded from liability for lost, damaged or stolen guest items outside of our property.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. No Hot Tub use between 10pm and 8am. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Up to $1000 fee will be charged to guest's credit card in case of damage or loss. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants' behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Skis, Poles and Snowboards are to remain in the garage storage area only! Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

About Us

Our family at Big White 2014 Our family at Big White 2014

We are from Coronach, a small town in southern Saskatchewan.  Our first trip to Big White was in 2001 before we had children, we were very impressed with how family oriented the resort was. We thought that this would be a great place to bring our family for a winter vacation. The great snow, mild temperatures and plenty of things for the kids to do including skating on the outdoor rink, sliding in the tube park and all the events that the Guest services group puts on through out the week keep us coming back. 4th Annual Guys Ski Trip to Legends

Just back from our annual 5 night guys ski trip at Legends. The chalet was ideal for our group. We had lots of room and the unit came with all of the amenities we needed to make for a great ski get away. The big screen TV with surround sound in the living room was perfect for the Super Bowl Game that happened to be on this past weekend. Ski in/out was very convenient.

We also lucked out on almost perfect skiing conditions every day. The 46cm dump the previous weekend sure helped a lot. Really liked the boot and glove warmer/drier. Nice to have warm dry boots and gloves to put on every morning.

I would highly recommend Legends for a small group or a family.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival! We had 6 kids and 4 adults and there was plenty of room for everybody! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Lots of towels for the hot tub. The kids were able to play down stairs while the adults could enjoy the upstairs. The views are absolutely amazing, waking up in the master bedroom and looking out the window was such a treat! Easy ski in/ski out.

Owners always got back to us immediately if we had any questions. I would not hesitate to come back again or recommend this property to family or friends! I sure hope we can visit again next year. Thank you so much !

Lovely large condo

Location was great, condo was well stocked with ample linens, kitchen supplies, etc. We appreciated having the condo entrance at ground level and parking for 3 vehicles. The only problem we had was with the sofa bed in the den, It has an air bladder for a mattress, and it leaked air overnight, making it very uncomfortable. The owner has told us he will be replacing it.

This was a perfect venue for two families with 4 kids total. The entire place was very well equipped and the large tv in the den downstairs was great for giving the kids and adult their separate space apr├Ęs ski. Ski in was perfect. Ski out - Give yourself more time getting to the village for morning ski school with the kids as you won't want to walk up with all your gear. Instead ski down to plaza chair and upload to the village.

Great location just off the easy run that connects the village (ski school) to the Plaza Chairlift. Beautiful 2 story condo with open views, south facing. Quality furnishings and a very well appointed kitchen for a group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids). One bedroom with queen size bed on top floor, master bedroom and bunkbeds bedroom with open den (sofabed) on lower floor. Used all of the amenities with no issues (grill, sofa bed, ski boots warmer, gloves warmer and hot tub). We would certainly rent again.
