Welcome to our home away from home. Spectacular views of Blackcomb Mountain and the new Peak to Peak gondola await from this recently upgraded 1 bedroom condo located in The Marquise. It has a great ski-in ski-out location in winter and in summer you are a short walk to Lost Lake for swimming and picnics. The complex has excellent facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, high-speed internet) and is great value for money. Newly renovated with spectacular ameneties. You won't be disappointed! The property has a great location within yards of the ski slopes on Blackcomb and within a few minutes walk of Chateau Whistler and all the facilities of Blackcomb Base. Whistler Village is a 10 minute walk away, or you can take the free shuttle which stops right outside the front of the building

Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.
Seniors We welcome seniors.
Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We accept travel reseller bookings but do not offer referral fees.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.
No Smoking Inside - Smoking Outside Permitted This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 Young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given. Late check-in okay
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided via email upon final payment of reservation. Please ensure you do not leave home without this as you will need it once you arrive in Whistler
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of first deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
BBQ Not Permitted No barbecues permitted on the property.
Bike Storage Building has a basic secure bike room. We do not recommend expensive mountain bikes to be left in this bike room. As the building strata prohibits bikes being stored in the condo's we suggest utilizing the Whistler Blackcomb on mountain bike valet.

Check-Out Time 10:00 am
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise allowed after 10pm in this building. Strictly enforced
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more.
Internet Availability & Usage High speed plug-in internet provided by the phone company. We are not responsible if they have and equipment failure or an interuption in service.
Liability Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Property managers live in Whistler. On call anytime for major emergencies.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 people
Missing Items Guest authorizes a charge to their credit card on file for any missing items.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage inured by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Equipment is not permitted in the rooms. You must use the ski locker provided.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!
