Our modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (sleeps 6-8) is located in the heart of the Sun Peaks village offering an incredible ski-in/ski-out experience providing all of the private amenities you’d expect in your home away from home.

We’re located in the Fireside Lodge which boasts a restaurant, café, arcade w/pool table, ski & bike lockers, laundry facilities, secured underground parking, and a 10-person hot tub. 

We’re also just across the street from the village sports, recreation and aquatic centre which has a year-round heated outdoor pool, hot tub, kid’s pool, and the Mascon Hangout for families (Xbox, Wii, Ski movies, etc).

This is the perfect getaway condo while enjoying this world-class, four-season resort.

 Property Description


The unit includes all of the things you'd need in your kitchen:  New appliances including self cleaning range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven.  Automatic coffee maker with filters, toaster, electric pot to heat water.  We supply coffee and tea packets to get you started.  Salt, pepper, sugar and spices are provided.  Pots and pans, cooking supplies, kitchen and steak knives provided.  Plates, cups, drinking and wine glasses and silverware provided.  Dish and dishwasher soap in cabinet under sink along with recycle and garbage plastic bags.

Living Area

Our super comfortable living room features a new 46" flat-screen TV that sits above our gas fireplace along with a sofa couch, easy chair and access to our mountain view deck. We also offer Internet connection and a DVD player for your entertainment.

Dining Area

Adjoined to the living room and accessed from the open kitchen, our dining room comfortably can sit a full family for any meal.

Our condo is located right in the heart of the village!  Park once and then the village is yours with ski in/out privileges, numerous restaurant and pub options, shops, spas and so much more.  Our building, the Fireside Lodge, features an amazing restaurant with live music on weekends, a cafe, ski & equipment rentals and an arcade.  On the other side of the building and across the parkway is the Sun Peaks Sports Centre where you can swim, play racquet sports or take advantage of the family centre.

Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.
Seniors We welcome seniors.
Travel Reseller Bookings - Referral Fee offered We welcome travel reseller bookings and offer a referral fee. Please contact us for details.
Young Adult Groups 17-24 With Accompanying Age-Eligible Adult(s) We welcome young adults age 17-24 only when accompanied by adults who meet our minimum age requirement.
Not Suitable For:
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests We will refund your money if we can replace your booking. Refunds are at the re-booked rate and based on the number of nights re-booked. All cancellation refunds are subject to a cancellation fee of 4%.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. Delayed arrivals will not receive refunds for unused nights.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information All instructions and information will be sent by email upon confirmation and receipt of payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in cancellation.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guests also agree to not use Owner or Contact personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Owners and their Contact.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4:00pm. This time may be flexible if we don't have back to back bookings.
Check-Out Time 10:00am (Our door has a key-code that will be deactivated shortly after your check-out time)
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Any Excessive noise will be grounds for eviction with no refund.
Housekeeping Housekeeping is included before your stay. Property management is close by if there are any special requests. It is expected that you leave the condo clean and tidy so housekeepers can fairly manage the cleaning after your departure. If deemed the condo is not able to be cleaned in a reasonable time frame we will need to bring in additional staff to clean which will result in a extra $75 housekeeping fee.
Liability We are excluded from liability from personal bodily injury in our cabin, by use of the hot tub, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete list of emergency contacts will be provided upon arrival.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Sleeps 6 comfortably. Will accommodate 8 if you choose to use the sofa-bed.
Property Damage Any property damage will result in loss of damage deposit. Any obvious damage should be reported to us upon arrival or during your stay.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Condo on the Mountain is 100% owned by a group of friends and people just like you.  Our group mostly live in BC and we wanted to have a condo close by to offer ski lovers a place to enjoy the winter season or for those outdoor types who love to bike, hike or golf...something for the summer.  We also own two other properties: One in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and the other in Palm Springs, California.  You can learn more about our condos by visiting our website
