Property Description

Easy access to our property with a keyless entry into hall way with ample storage for all your skiwear and skis/ boards in the winter and bikes in the summer.  Not having to worry about the security of those items in a general lockup is a bonus. A flight of newly carpeted stairs takes you to the living area and kitchen with a lovely large deck off to the side. A hallway leads you to the main bathroom and insuite laundry. The master bedroom is off the living room and the second bedroom with en-suite is located at the top of the stairway. There is a second deck of this bedroom where you can sit and enjoy the late afternoon sun.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment. Payment is required for reservation confirmation
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information E-mailed when balance of payment is paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes Please contact us if you need to lengthen or shorten your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate. Changes are not guaranteed, and refunds may be treated in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Guest Stay Policies

Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur. We are not responsible for any damage to guest's vehicle while parked in the secured underground parking or anywhere on the complex grounds.
Internet Availability & Usage High speed wireless internet is available. Instructions on how to access the wireless internet will be provided via email and is also available in the apartment. We are not liable if for technical reasons beyond our control the internet is not available.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. Garbage bins and recycling bins are in the underground parking garage clearly marked.
Bike Storage Bikes may be stored in the entrance hall.
Check-In Time 4pm day of arrival. Early check-in may be available from time-to-time.
Check-Out Time 10am. You will be charged $35 if our cleaners arrive and you are still in the suite. The suite must be left in reasonable condition after your stay, with any dirty dishes washed in dishwasher. Late check out may be available from time to time.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise No noise policy in effect after the hours of 11pm. This is a family complex; please respect other guests staying in the complex. All units have a number displayed in the unit for guest to call regarding after hours noise complaints. If a noise complaint is lodged against you, we will also be notified. If there are any fines etc resulting from the complaint you will be responsible for them and you may be evicted without refund.
Housekeeping Profesional house keeping is included in the nightly rates. The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies For maintenance queries please call the numbers provided via email or posted in the apartment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 Persons. Excess Occupancy is cause for eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. Any complaints will result in eviction.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by guests or guest of guests. Guest will be required to pay in full for any damages or excessive cleaning charges incurred. By agreeing to these terms the owner is authorized to charge for any damages the guest, or guests of guests cause.
Rental Accommodation Zoning My property is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accommodation use.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage all skis and snowboards may be stored in the entrance hallway.
Terms of Eviction Any complaints will result in eviction by security service. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.(Municipal Bylaw Department can charge up to $500 for noise bylaw infractions
Amenity Terms of Use The Hot Tub requires regular maintenance for the enjoyment and health or all guests, therefore access MUST be granted to representatives of Poolside Spa Services for purposes of maintaining the Hot Tub.

Guarantees Policies

Two bathrooms and a private hot tub were nice to have. Internet and TV worked fine. Clean, new looking kitchen. The only minor complaint is the lighting was not great, but not bad. Short walk to the bus stop and to Marketplace make this a convenient place to stay.

This unit was clean & odor-free. So close to the Village & a short drive to Meadow Park Sports Centre, where we spent a huge chunk of time. The hot tub on the private deck was perfect after a long day. Great communication with the owners. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful place to stay in whistler. Rooms were super comfy and the place was fairly spacious. It is just a quick walk to the village and we went there almost everyday. The hot tub was wonderful and we used it every night. No complaints here.

It was our first time to whistler and we couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay. This condo was perfect in size, location and had the best hot tub! I'm a germ freak with a baby girl, and was so impressed with the cleanliness of both the condo and the hot tub (the cleaning man came while we were there!). I will definitely come back and stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed in the Glaciers Reach development, and this was our favorite place. Well-appointed (including a brand-new hot tub!), close to the marketplace and still within walking distance of the Gondolas. Ian and his wife were very responsive when we had questions along the way. I would definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable, spacious 2 bdrm condo. Best part was the deck with BBQ and Hot Tub. Owners were very accessible via email for questions and concerns leading up to the time of our stay. Also right across the street from shopping which is convenient for people with out a car.
