Nestled between 3 Mountains and a surrounding Creek, Snow Creek Village with its unique European Flair will make your vacation a memorable experience.

Both our "Salmon" and "Golf" Guest Rooms just got upgraded with high-end Serta mattresses and lets you relax and sleep comfortably in Designer Duvets. For your convenience, both bedrooms feature IPod docking stations. The unique decor with memorable pieces collected from all over the world create a distinctive taste of its own, adorned with user-friendly amenities.  Property Description

Kokopelli's Retreat, newly renovated with earthy colours to create a warmer touch. Our Townhouse is an end-unit which gives you even more privacy and the ski-i/out trail is just a few steps away!

A spacious entrance area and one flight of stairs gets you to the first floor where our kitchen, dining and living area are located at.

Both our guest rooms - the "Salmon" Room and "Golf" Room - located on the top floor - have been updated and some artwork is outlining the uniqueness of each room. Washer & dryer are also located on this floor.

The "Golf" room overlooks a forest area and offers some view of the main mountain and the view from the "Salmon" Room's overlooks Snow Creek Village and a green belt.

We offer an open "concept" from our spacious kitchen, to the dining and the living area where you can unwind and relax around the cozy fireplace.

Our property has two bathrooms, with shower/and jetted tubs (upstairs).

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Will not be tolerated. May result in eviction
Forgotten Items by Guest Left-behind Items: Any items left behind in the unit after your departure will require a $30.00 "Advance" Fee before they get send out. This Fee only covers the effort in collecting the item and the expense for taking it into Kamloops and have it shipped out. Shipping Charges apply above the $30.00 Fee. Unless your left-behind item is valuable, it may not be worth the cost, therefore please make your to not leave anything behind. Triple-Check!
Garbage Removal Tuesdays, Fridays and on Departure Days - After 9:00am
Housekeeping Unit will be guest-ready upon arrival with clean sheets and towels. Clean will be done after renter's departure.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or others.

Great Location

One of the best ski in ski out locations (other than the village hotels). Very easy to take a lunch time break at the condo with a quick dip in the hot tub. Condo has all the amenities needed for a one week stay (except a blender). Dealing with andrea at check in/out was very easy. Any problems we had were dealt with immediately. Over all cleanliness was excellent except for the duvets/blankets on the beds needed to be washed, which andrea immediately took care of. Bath tub jets needed a scrub before use and the bbq hadn't been cleaned from the last people. This was our second time in this condo unit and we will be back!!

Awesome condo and service. Andrea is extremely helpful to your needs. Condo situated with perfect ski in and out. Amenities inside condo are good. Great storage in garage for ski equipment. Driveway parking for truck. Hot tub little on the small side for more than 3 people, restricted due to size of balcony.

The condos at Snow Creek Village, particularly Kokopelli's Retreat, are well suited to the needs of two couples on a ski vacation. We've stayed in that unit on two ski holidays and have found it well equipped for preparing meals, enjoying the hot tub after a day of skiing and relaxing. It has excellent proximity to the mountain for ski in, ski out and is a short walk to the center of the village. Of all of the condo areas at Sun Peaks, Snow Creek is the best for ski in, ski out which is very important to us. Also, being so close to the center of the village where most restaurants, the grocery store and other stores are located, you don't need a car to get around.

Kokopelli's - a Home away from Home!

This was our 6th annual ski trip to Sun Peaks, and our 3rd time staying in the Snow Creek units. Kokopelli's was the nicest furnished with kitchen equipment, dishes and utensils, and rooms beautifully decorated with artwork. The photos and amenities listed are spot on with no issues. We used the hot tub every day(6), the washer/dryer(3) and the bbq once. The 3 minute walk to the village and the 30 second walk to the trail to ski to the lifts, rounds out the best place to stay. We will be back~~~

Far enough from any noise and close enough to walk to the village. Everything worked. If you don't want to put your car in the garage you can have a big ski closet. We spent 3 weeks there and would go back tomorrow. If it snows during the day you can ski right to the front door if the snow plough stays away.
