Our beautiful, well-appointed 1 bedroom unit is located in one of the most ideal locations in Whistler.  A perfect place for family and friends to relax after a long day on the slopes.


A great 3rd floor unit..carefully cared for by the owners. Enjoy picturesque mountain views from your private balcony. No vehicle required at our unit. You are steps away from shopping, restaurants and everything Whistler has to offer. It is an easy walk into the heart of Whistler village, and access to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The complex is located close to the grocery and liquor store, as well as many of the activity providers, retail outlets and the many restaurants and bars Whistler is famous for.

Cancellations Made by Guests 30 day notice is required. First night rate is NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival then the balance will be refunded only if a replacement booking is made.
Delayed Arrivals Non-refundable. Sorry, we are not responsible for circumstances that may cause you to be delayed arriving the unit.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Payment is due according to the schedule set forth in the rates and payment section. If payment can't be made on the due dates, please contact us immediately. If payment arrangement can't be made then cancellation of reservation will be put through and NO refund will be issued.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Secured bike storage available. Guest required to bring their own lock to secure in bike cage.
Check-In Time Check-in time is 4pm. Early check-ins may be possible. Please contact Mountain Hideaways to arrange. Based on availability.
Check-Out Time Check-out time is 10am. Late check-outs may be possible. Please contact Mountain Hideaways to arrange. Based on availability.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction.
Housekeeping No charge for housekeeping. Mid-stay cleans for stays of 7 nights or more.
Liability No liability is implied or offered in our unit. We will not be held or take responsibility for any injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our home or anywhere in Whistler resort.

Property Damage Responsibility of guest. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guests' credit card
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction 24 hr. Security Company is on duty. Excessive noise or disturbance WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Excessive noise may or will result in your eviction of our home and NO money will be refunded. If we receive a fine because of any disturbance caused, this cost will be passed onto the guest directly via a charge onto their credit card.

Cozy little place along the Village Stroll

Overall our stay was awesome! A great location midway between the IGA (grocery store) and the gondolas - the two places that we visited most LOL. The only negative, ski/snowboard storage. We were only two people with two snowboards and one pair of skis which BARELY fit in the available locker. If we had been three or four there is no way it would have been big enough. Also, don't take my Owner/Manager Responsiveness rating with too much weight. We had such a great stay that we never had a reason to contact anyone, so I have no idea what it would have been like if you needed to contact anyone. Anyway, I tried to leave that blank but the system wouldn't let me. DOH!

Very good location with the unit facing Blackcomb, not the village. Short walk to the lifts. Comfortable for two people. The carpets in the hallway and elevator need to be replaced since they were stained and old. The unit was very clean and the front desk very helpful whenever we had questions about the village. Loved that the small hot tub was downstairs and in doors.

Good unit with nice touches.

Unit was well organized and appreciated the extra dresser and shelves in the bedroom for sorting/storing clothes and gear. The cozy window nook was also nice to have. Wireless internet was reliable and easy to set up.

Only challenge was that electronic door key expired twice during our stay, well before check out time, and required updating at the front desk. Reception folks were quick to correct but offered no explanation or apology.
