Wake up to powder views of the ski slopes each morning through your bedroom window. This luxury condo has 1 king size and 1 queen size bedroom plus a large den, and is located on the slopes for the ultimate ski in/ski out experience. Step out the door right onto the slopes and head for one of 5 ski runs or the Telus park nearby. From the front deck, overlook the picturesque village below, which is only a short shuttle ride or 5 minutes walk away. Experience the delights of the many restaurants, delis, bakeries, pubs and bars available.

The condo is designed for comfort and relaxation with high end finishing throughout, and extensive use of granite, rich timbers, slate and stone. After a day on the champagne powder, soak in the private hot tub overlooking the ski slopes, enjoy the warmth of a steam shower or get cozy in front of the stone fireplace.

Property Description

Luxury condo sleeps 6 comfortably in 1 king size and 1 queen size bedroom, plus a spacious den with double sofabed.  It has a large open plan dining and living area with granite top computer desk, comfortable lounges, TV, cozy fireplace, and rich timber fittings.   The fully equipped island kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including a family fridge/freezer, large oven and dishwasher, microwave and garbage compactor, granite counter tops and warm wooden floors and cupboard fronts, and a beautifully encased wine fridge.   Warm your feet on the heated slate tile floors in the entry foyer and both bathrooms.

The condo also features private hot tub on the deck, panoramic views both up and downhill, in-suite washer and dryer, secure storage for your skis and snowboards just outside the condo door, and heated parking under the building.

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise This is a family oriented, quiet development. Normal conversation is permitted, screaming and swearing are not. Excessive noise will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rental and deposit payments.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. Additional persons will result in eviction.
Property Damage Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, rude public behavior, missing items,theft. Guest agrees to pay for all common or private property damage caused by the Guest themself, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

We absolutely loved the condo. This was our fifth annual trip to Big White but our first time in this condo.The location is great and the condo is perfect for two couples or a family. The pictures did not give us a true appreciation for the condo or it's size. We had lots of room and spent most of our down time just enjoying the space. The people who manage and clean were very friendly and helpful. We loved it so much that we booked in again for next year.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations. The photos online do not do it justice - once we opened the door, we loved the place. It is very large and roomy and well decorated. Great location with fantastic ski in/ski out plus a shuttle if you are not wanting to ski to the village centre. Heated floors were great, as was the steam shower and private hot tub. Easy storage of ski gear and large entry foyer very convenient for donning ski clothes, gloves, coats etc. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at the Aspens. I knew from the photos online that the condo was beautiful and spacious enough for me and my family, but once we opened the door and saw how gorgeous the place is we were amazed! Timber-wood floors, views of the Monashee Mountains and not to mention you can watch people skiing from the hot tub!

The place was spotless, had all the necessities in the kitchen and the steam shower was great. Bob, from Maintenance was there as soon as we checked in and showed us a few things and made sure the hot tub was clean and ready for us to use.

We are locals from Kelowna and some of us living here from Australia and all couldn't stop raving about the value of this condo, we already want to book for next year! Cheers,

Condo with best ski-in ski-out access imaginable.

Aspens 3** is perfect for the experienced skier with direct access to the mountain either via the Bullet or Ridge chairs. Walk out the door - ten steps to the ski locker and another few to the snow - all on the same level as the condo. Very well equipped kitchen with a table that can seat eight, washer and drier in the apartment. Hot tub with views to the night ski runs. Aspens II is very quiet, promising a good night's sleep and an early start direct to the slopes. If you are a beginner or have children in ski school you may prefer a location closer to the Village centre. Very good value and highly recommended.

We had a great time staying in these accommodations. Excellent morning views, and nice to come home to a hot tub after a fabulous day of skiing at Big White mountain. Love the heated floors!!! Just one recommendation, bring in a Barbee.

This rental was top notch even better than the photos show on the site. The whole rental experience was excellent, the owner was prompt to respond to all inquiries and requests. Great in/out ski access, backing onto the Highway 33 run, 2 decks one backing the slopes (with hot tub) the other facing the Village with views of the mountains. Modern amenities and very clean, all you could want in a vacation rental, our teenagers didn't want to leave. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We loved this unit! Spacious, and cozy. We used to own a unit at Treetops, and thought we had the best ski-in-ski-out, but this unit is much better. We will go back again for sure.
