Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refunds values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.|

The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1500 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.|

I can't say enough nice things about this entire experience. The condo was even more beautiful than the photos. The short walk into the Village was great. The booking, check-in, and services provided by Whistler were outstanding! I own two companies involved in travel and destination management. Whistler and the properties that are offered are all 5 Star and customer service is surpassed by none. I highly recommend this has a destination for winter or summer. Beautiful place to stay for a ski getaway in whistler. The quality and condition of the home was more than satisfactory, really enjoyed our stay here. The only issue is the underground parking lots are small; We drove a dodge caravan and it took us awhile to park the car at the end of each night, it barely fit there was only a few cm gap on each end.View Full Review

This was a lovely condo with many great amenities - a fabulous kitchen and a beautiful view of the mountains. It was well kept and clearly a nice property. Parking was as billed - a little tight since we had three cars along. The decks were nice but the outdoor seating was limited. The decks also were over a main highway with a new condo being built across the street.
That noise will abate but was a little bit annoying during our stay. The walk to the village was very manageable - 8 or 10 minutes to the east end entrance to the village and another 12 to 15 minutes walking through it to the west end - and we all did that at least twice a day.
The only issue that surprised us a bit was that the unit is four levels (garage, first (one bedroom and secondary living), second (kitchen and primary living), and third (with three of the four bedrooms up approximately 50 steps). As "seniors" we grabbed the first floor bedroom and left the younger generations to negotiate all the steps. Bottom-line - a great place.View Full Review

Stayed in this vacation home for nearly a week over Crankworx (August 2015), we spend a lot of time in whistler, summer and winter and are very familiar with it. Home location is great, easy to find, and an easy walk or bike into the village in approximately 10 minutes. There is also a bus stop outside although we never waited for one.
Home is finished very nicely with high end fixtures and some personal touches-unlike some rental homes. Home is in great condition but does show some very small signs of a rental home-small nicks and chips here and there. We had a slight issue with the coffee machine on first day and were helped out very promptly with some great in resort service. I have left 4 stars for cleanliness as range, BBQ and hot tub all could have been cleaner in my opinion, otherwise this would have been a 5 star as well.
Some slight issues that are not complaints but owners may not be aware of, dishwasher is not installed plumb(level) and as such drawers roll out when loading (frustrating), set screw missing from master ensuite hand shower hook, one of the knobs on BBQ is faulty, the towels could also be nicer for this level of vacation home. None of these items effected our stay though and would highly recommend this vacation home.
Home is located over 4 floors including the garage so maybe not great for your grandmother, 2 single garages were to small for a mid size truck but lots of visitor parking in main parkade, leaving garages for bike storage.
Overall we were very happy with this vacation home, and the in resort service/check in procedure we received. I would not hesitate to book a return trip here, or recommend to others.View Full Review

The only issue we had was the two men who showed up unannounced to check the fireplace (chimney sweepers). At the time of the visit there was only one of us there (my wife Traci) and they insisted that she let them in and it wasn't their fault that no one called to let us know they were scheduled. When my wife said she wasn't comfortable letting them in, and by the way she was talking to them through the door, they said that they had the code and were coming in. So.......she let them in and one man stayed outside and one man went in so since they didn't stay together she was even more uncomfortable because she felt like she should stay with them and wasn't able to since they didn't stay together. One man jumped from one balcony to the next to get to the front porch and one came up the steps. The one that jumped over the balcony really scared my wife since she felt like it wasn't how a professional would come to the door. As I said, she let them in because they told her they were coming in whether she opened the door or not since they had the code. No company card was shown at the time of the visit. I would recommend this property and we had a wonderful stay but the unprofessional way these men acted, with a woman there alone, was irresponsible and thoughtless.View Full Review

Lovely comfortable condo with all the mod cons. Only downside was we couldn't get our vehicles into the garage as they were minivans, wasn't a problem though as there was plenty of visitor parking in the other private garage. Parking permit also a godsend! Would definitely stay at this property again.?View Full Review

This is a fantastic property. We recently stayed with two families and five children. Because of the three floor set up, each family could have their space. Fitzsimmons Fantastic Fit and Finish

Our group of five has been vacationing together for over 30 years. We are BC-based and have a long-standing and thorough knowledge of Whistler/Blackcomb. Fitz #2 is the best in which we've stayed. Our requirements are straightforward - 5 separate beds, BBQ, well-equipped kitchen, lots of space to spread out and quiet. Our needs were exceeded in all categories. The unit has ample space and would have easily accommodated double our number. Groceries, liquor and other provisions are a short walk away. Access to trails is out the front door. Parking is ample with 2 single garages connected to the unit with overflow parking in the adjacent parkade. The garages attached to the unit are quite tight, so larger SUVs and trucks will need to park in the overflow. All in all, Fitz #2 is fine accommodation and we would stay there again.View Full Review

This place was great and seamless!! I have a few rental properties myself in the states. I made a small list of a few things that need attention that maybe other guest just don't point out. Little things like a plug not working or a lose door handle. Pros: The Fitzsimmons #2 was the perfect home for our group! Top notch appliances, modern, spacious, beautiful! Lots of parking for our three vehicles. Private hot tub, grill and Wolf oven were fabulous for our group. We had dinner at the home almost every night. We requested extra towels and the landlord to fix the private hot tub (wasn't heating up) and they were very quick to assist. Although it was located just outside of Whistler village, it was a great location, and bonus that we had a free parking spot right in the village. Cons: Espresso machine didn't work and there wasn't a coffee maker. Garage spots are TINY - can't close the garage door on an SUV. Overall: I would give this home a 9 out of 10. It was an incredible home and value fort he quality. I would definitely stay here again.
