This unit is perfect for a family or for a get away without the kids. The living room, dining room, and kitchen area is open concept with spacious 9' ceilings. The family will have great fun with the Wii game displayed on a LCD TV in the living room. The master bedroom features a King bed and ensuite bath and a LCD TV/DVD. The 2nd bedroom which is also connected to the main bath of the chalet, has double/double bunk beds and a LCD TV/DVD and Play Station 3. There is also a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. You will not get a better sleep on the mountain with our Sheraton Hotel mattresses. A steam shower finished in slate and glass is included in the 2nd bath. The private hot tub and barbecue occupy the deck. An attached and heated 1 car garage also comes with this beautiful chalet!

Our unit is walking distance to Happy Valley where you can enjoy ice climbing, skating, Mega Snow Coaster (tube ride), snowshoeing, snowmobile rentals, horse drawn sleigh rides, dog sled tours, and nordic ski trails, . For apres ski, you will find live music nightly in the Moose lounge and a very nice restaurant( Kettle Valley steakhouse and wine bar). If you wish to go to the village, you are only a 5 minute gondola ride to the village centre. This location offers the best of Happy Valley and the best of the village. If you have kids and they like free bingo and wii competitions in the evening, then this is also at Happy Valley. Of course the ski in / ski out is fantastic! Although we have a garage, a car is not required with our location, unlike many other resorts areas on the mountain.

|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbours.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.|

|Terms of Eviction||The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.|

|How close am I to the village?||It is about a a 2 minute walk to the Gondola, then a 5 minute ride. There are rarely if ever any line ups. The gondola will get you to the village faster than most of the complexes which are technically "in the village". The kids love an evening trip to the village candy store!|
|Within the Spy Glass complex, why is this unit superior to many of the others for rent?||All units at SpyGlass have the same lay out. However, our main differences are: 1) The best mattresses available to ensure a good night sleep. 2) Hot tub and BBQ 3) Main Floor entry with attached garage 4) Highest end furniture 5) High end electronics ( wii/surround sound( Ipod compatible etc...)|
We are a family of 4 who have our best vacations at Big White. We love the location of our unit because it is main level and it feels like a standalone chalet as opposed to a "hotel". At lunch we take our skis off, rest them against the wood railing by the hot tub and walk in. No elevators, stairs, or walking long distances through hall ways in uncomfortable boots. We are happy to share this special place with you!
