Our kitchen is beautifully equipped with heated floor &modern appliances.For those who love to cook,there is everything you're likely to find in your own home.

Living Area

At the front of the chalet , the living area has a comfortable 3-seater sofa & wicker armchair. A coffee table & gas fire place make this area very cosy.  A 26" smart television, Apple TV & DVD player are situated on the timber mantle above the fire place.

In the hallway ,off the living area , is a closet with a large washing machine, clothes dryer , ironing board  & iron.

Dining Area

Dining  room has a lovely timber table with 6 chairs. The dining area overlooks  accessto the Hummingbird ski run. The door from dining room leads on to the balcony with hot tub.

 Beautiful Bear's Paw #10 on  Kettleview Rd is ideally situated for access to all resort amenities & fun.It is a 7 minute walk to the Village Centre, restaurants, shopping & Kid's Centre. Alternatively, the FREE daily Big White Mountain Shuttle picks up & drops off close to the chalet @ 7 past & 37 past the hour. The shuttle gives you access to the entire mountain.

Our property is  SKI IN / SKI OUT  with easy groomed access, directly opposite the front entrance, to Hummingbird Run, the Ridge Express Lifts & the Plaza Village Chair.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights re-booked & re-booked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delayed Arrivals There are no refunds for late or delayed arrivals.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in cancellation without a refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Please respect your neighbours between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests may be fined on the spot by security if in violation of noise rules after 10 pm.
Garbage Removal Guests must take all garbage with them. There is a $25.00 charge for any garbage left on the premises. There is a garbage recycling depot ay Big White.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping is available on request at your expense.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment.

Property Damage We collect a $500 property damage deposit prior to arrival. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace; excess of 8 overnight occupants. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace. You will not receive a refund!

We really enjoyed our stay at your home away from home. The grand kids had a great time skiing, use of the hot tub, the bunk beds, making use of the games, etc. They wanted to stay longer but school was calling. They would like to go back again next year. Only minor deficiencies in the kitchen which were resolved. Great place to stay but the temperature in the hot tub was not warm enough. Owners advised of my findings.

Fantastic stay!!! We had loads of fun both in and outside. The townhouse was top notch, ski in-out, hot tub etc., and we couldn't ask for better weather and snow. Just to mention that the owner (Kerry) went out of her way and provided for our 1 and 3 year old a beautiful Christmas tree, can't thank her enough for that. I will definitely recommend this property to all of my friends.

Excellent location. (Almost) ski in and ski out. Perfect location from the village. Far enough to avoid the crowd and the noise. Close enough that you can walk to the village in under 5 minutes. Good layout, specially for a couple of families staying in the house. Nice view from the hot tub. Would definitely come back and stay at the property.

This is my third attempt to send a review. I'm emailing on behalf of my husband who has been emailing with the owner about a gift basket. She has cancelled a security deposit cheque of 500.00 and to this date we have not seen any money back. When we first got to the unit we were impressed. Then as we got upstairs no Christmas set up. We had no ice trays in freezer we had to go out that night to buy ice. Towels were left on dryer for next occupants. Threat of being charged 200.00 if the unit was not vacant right at 10:00 o'clock. Second bathroom not stocked with shampoo and soap. Having someone come in without any notice to check the hot tub was a bit disturbing.

That is my input, I believe my husband listed more to the owner. I am very angry she stopped payment to the security deposit. The owner left a gift basket which was very nice, we believed the basket was part of the gift perhaps a note could have been left explaining to leave the basket, as such was to not touch the towels on the dryer.
