Welcome to our home away from home. To us, our suite feels like a “ski-cabin in the woods”.  Our apartment looks out to the forest on the edge of the ski runs on Blackcomb Mountain, it is a quiet retreat away from commotion of the Village. We have focused on making it comfortable with pillow top mattresses, overstuffed chairs, heated bathroom floors, and we have appointed it well so you can relax after a vigorous day on the Mountains. And our new high efficiency fireplace will keep you warm no matter how cold it gets outside.  We have the largest hot-tub in Whistler so you can relax after a day on the slopes.  To add to the luxury, we have a heated swimming pool that is open year-round for your enjoyment.  Our internet access is private and secure, not shared, so you can have confidence in safe wireless service in the suite.

If you want action, the Village is a short 15 minute walk, or take the convenient free shuttle located across the street for shopping, dinner, or night life.  And the well equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare any meal if you want a break from Whistler’s many fine restaurants.  Located on the edge of the Cruiser Run on Blackcomb Mountain we have stunningly easy access to and from the slopes.  You can leave the building and be at the Wizard Express Chair in less than a minute and ski home right to the ski locker entrance. We have possibly one of the best locations in the entire resort!

All owners must agree to's Terms of Service Agreement, which outlines minimum mandatory standards, terms of account termination, and the formal guest complaints process.
All customer complaints against owners are tracked and kept on record. Owners with more than 2 complaints spanning a subscription period are automatically terminated. Owner accounts are now immediately terminated under a subset of zero tolerance clauses in the Terms of Service Agreement. Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We gratefully accept & invite travel re-seller, tour operator and 3rd party bookings. We do not pay a commission on the posted rate. Please invoice the Guest directly and independently to include your fee.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking
Delayed Arrivals no refunds given. Late check-in okay
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided via email upon final payment of reservation. Please ensure you do not leave home without this as you will need it once you arrive in Whistler
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Guests must read, understand and agree to all the policies listed here.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of first deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged

Bike Storage Bike are not permitted inside the rooms. Bike room may not be suitable for expensive mountain bikes. Please ask us for on mountain storage solutions.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs A $100 cleaning charge will be applied should we feel that cleaning upon your departure is excessive beyond normal use.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise allowed after 10pm in this building. Strictly enforced
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more.
Maintenance Emergencies Property managers live in Whistler. For a serious emergency such as a water leak call anytime 24 hours a day. For less serious issues, we are open 9 am to 11 pm 7 days a week.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Six people maximum.
Noise Restrictions Noise restrictions in effect after 10pm in this building. Zero tolerance for partying and loud music. Security will be called should this occur.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage inured by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur

We have skied in Whistler for almost 40 years and are confident that you will have a fabulous holiday in our vacation home. We have owned the unit for many years and spend dozens of nights there every year. We feel like our apartment is a cabin the woods: private, warm, serene, and comfortable. And we have made special efforts to ensure the that suite is very livable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the living space is warm and comfortable and is enhanced with local art, the beds have high quality pillow top mattresses, and of course the ski-in ski-out location is among the best in the entire resort.
