This SKI-IN/SKI-OUT (weather, snow plow permitting) FOUR bedroom THREE bath condo is in Slalom Creek, the most prestigious development on the mountain and my condo has amazing VIEWS of the MOUNTAIN. The condo is beautifully appointed with hardwood floors, fireplace, private hot tub, steam shower, heated floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and heated indoor garage.
I rent my condo out as a 3 BEDROOM or 4 BEDROOM so if you require less rooms, please inquire about special pricing.
Red Mountain is better than ever. There is a new fixed-quad chair on Grey Mountain, opening up and additional 997 acres previously only accessible via snowcat. Experts gain with double-back drops, and intermediates win a slew of color-me-blue glades and trails on the 2,919 foot vertical. For cat-skiing fans, Red has added 150 in-bound acres of snowcat-serviced intermediate and advanced glades on White Wolf Ridge.

The town of Rossland is a quaint historic village with several excellent restaurants.

Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, various kitchen utensils and most everything one would need for your holiday stay.
The living area is equipped with a fireplace, large screen TV with cable and DVD player, and leather furniture. This room has wonderful views of the mountain and has access to the patio and private hot tub.
The dining area has a large wood dining table that seats up to 8. In addition, there are two additional seats on the kitchen island.

Location & Map
My condo in Slalom Creek is located right at the BASE OF THE MOUNTAIN. There are restaurants that are walking distance from the condo or take a short drive into the town of Rossland for the grocery store or additional dining options.
Red is only a ten minutes drive north of the Canada/US Border, a 2.5 hour drive from Spokane International Airport (Washington state) and 3.5 hour drive from Kelowna International Airport. Red is easily accessible from major airports from both Canada and the United States. The regional airports of Trail– a 20 minute drive, and Castlegar –a 30 minute drive also serve the mountain.

Suitability & Eligibility Policies
|Adults - Min Age to Stay: 25||Renter must be a minimum of 25 years old. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in. All persons under 25 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.|
|Long Term Renters (Monthly)||Please inquire on long term rental rates.|
|Non-Smokers Only||No smoking of any kind is permitted in the condo at any time. Smoking in the condo will result in damage deposit charge.|
|Not Suitable For:|
|Pets||NO PETS are permitted in the condo at any time. Having pets in the condo will result in damage deposit charge.|
|Young Adult Only Groups 17-24||All persons under 25 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.|
Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||First 25% deposit is non-refundable (which is due at time of booking). Balance payment is due 45 days in advance of reservation. This is refundable (minus transaction fees) ONLY if we replace your booking with an equal or longer stay during your booking period. These refunds will be issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.|
|Delayed Arrivals||No refunds. We will not be responsible for late arrivals of any kind including and not limited to storms or road conditions.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Guests will be emailed arrival and check-in information following receipt of your final balance of payment.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses|
|Late Reservation Payments||Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.|
|Privacy||The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. |Reservation Changes||Please contact us if you need to lengthen or change the dates of your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate you. Changes are not guaranteed.|
Guest Stay Policies
|Check-In Time||4:00pm PST or after. No early check-in unless agreed upon prior to arrival.|
|Check-Out Time||10:00am PST or earlier. No later check-out unless agreed upon prior to arrival.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.|
|Excessive Noise||This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. If a charge is incurred, guest will be responsible for said charge.|
|Housekeeping||Housekeeping is included before arrival and after departure. No daily housekeeping is included in rental rate. Additional housekeeping may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire prior to arrival.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||We have wireless internet through cable in our unit during the winter/ski season only. Please no streaming movies or music as I do not have an unlimited plan and you will be responsible for excessive fees.|
|Liability||My condo is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not resposible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.|

|Missing Items||Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.|
|Property Damage||Guests authorize a credit card charge for any property damage. Housekeeping checks the unit carefully before and after each guest's stay. If guest is responsible for property damage, guest agrees to pay all owner damages within seven days. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please report to owner immediately at 858-759-6939 or firstname.lastname@example.org.|
|Parking & Ticketing||There is a complimentary heated parking garage with a designated parking space.|
|Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage||There is a storage locker on the first floor of the building - our locker is 208C. There is a combination padlock in the condo for your convenience. Upon check out please ensure padlock with combination tag is left of the kitchen counter. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.|
|Terms of Eviction||Evictions for excessive noise, property damage, and disturbing the peace. One warning, forfeit all payments-no refunds.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Garbage Removal||Please remove garbage to the disposal room which is located in the parking garage right next to the garage exit.|
|Locking Door||Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure. In addition, guests are required to leave ALL KEYS on the kitchen counter upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning|
We live in southern California and love going to Red Mountain in the winter for the amazing skiing and the summer for the fabulous hiking in the mountains. The historic village of Rossland is quaint with nice restaurants and lots of charm.
