Location & Map


This is one of Whistler's most desired locations! Central, yet quite location. Just steps to the Village and a short 7 minute walk to the lifts! Alternatively, you can take the free shuttle that operates until 3 am daily and be whisked in minutes down to the Whistler & Blackcomb Gondola bases. The shuttle operates on a 5-15 minute frequency. The stop is at the front of the complex by the IGA Market. See the free shuttle schedule & route at: Restaurants, Olympic Plaza, grocery store, pharmacy, video and liquor stores are just across the street. We visited Whistler many times and stayed in just about every area. This was our first choice of areas to purchase in.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense
Reservation Changes If availability permits & in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Getting the Check-in Info

How do I get the check-in info? An information package will be emailed to you after we receive your final payment and security deposit.
What if I leave my package at home by mistake? Call Allura Direct and after confirming your reservation they will provide the door code to the townhouse.

Checking In

How do I check-in? This is the easy part! Simply follow the detailed instructions provided in the information package. The entry access code is provided in the package. Proceed directly to the townhouse and start enjoying your vacation.
Can I check-in early? Only if pre- approved! We have guests leaving early at times and can arrange for early cleaning so please ask and we will try to accommodate your request if possible.
Do I have to pay more for an early check-in? No

Checking Out

Can I check-out late? Only if pre-approved! We have other guests arriving and cleaning scheduled so please check with us in advance and we will try to accommodate your request if possible.
What is the check out-time? 11:00 a.m. unless pre-approved in advance. This is strictly enforced.
How do I check out? Follow the instructions in your information package which are also posted on the back of the exit door. Please lock the door and we will have your security deposit in the mail to you in a few days.

About Internet access

Do I need my own computer Yes-we provide the account, but you have to bring your own computer.


What if something goes wrong? We have 24 hour emergency support. Contact information is provided with final payment and is also located in the guest welcome book and posted on the kitchen wall.
What if the property is not cleaned when we get there? Our cleaner is very reliable! If you show up and the townhouse has not been cleaned she lives 5 minutes away and has a 24 hour pager. The pager number is provided in the guest information package and is also posted on the kitchen wall and in the guest welcome book.

Resort Information

How do I get resort information? We will provide your guest information package not less than 30 days prior to arrival. For short notice bookings we can fax or e-mail the information to you. We also have resort information in the guest welcome book in the townhouse. The web site is also an excellent source for information and reservations.

Guest Services

Where can I get discount lift tickets? The web site is the BEST place to get your discount lift tickets and rental equipment. This is also an excellent place to book tours.
Where can I get good equipment rentals? Order them online on You get a 20% discount, FREE overnight storage, preferred customer service, and advance pick-up---avoid the lineups!
What about transportation? You can book this at a discount through web site and enjoy the bus ride up to Whistler from Vancouver. You do not need a car at our location so this is a good option.
How can I get info about ski school? How do I book? AlluraDirect has a Level IV certified ski instructor on staff to personally assist you with reservations. Please contact her directly for assistance!

Hot Tub

Where is the hot tub? Your private hot tub is located on the back patio. The key to the locked cover is located on the wall to your left as you exit the bedroom to the hot tub.
What if I have a problem with the hot tub? Posted on the wall by the hot tub you will find the phone number for our hot tub maintenance. The guest welcome binder also has a few suggestions for you to try. If too much water gets splashed out of the tub the heater will shut off. If this is the problem we have supplied a bucket located in the second bedroom closet for you to add additional water.
What time is the hot tub open until? 11:00 p.m. This is strictly enforced by security and will result in a $100 Canadian fine per violation.

Mark and April currently live in Bend, Oregon. Mark is a pilot with American Airlines and also flys F-16's for the Air Force Reserves. April works as a civilian employee for the US Forest Service. During one of our visits to Whistler we fell in love with the skiing and everything else Whistler has to offer. I've just returned from a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marck and April's property. Their home is very clean and comfortable, and just as described. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were also able to have seven friends over for dinner using all the equipment provided. The townhouse was lovely and warm. Comfortable beds. Convenient washer and dryer. Excellent location with nothing more than ten minutes walk away. Perfect underground parking. Responsive property owners with a welcome telephone call and excellent communications. I would not hesitate to return in the future, nor to recommend this property to future visitors to Whistler.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at the property. It had everything we needed, and the hot tub and fireplace were really nice bonuses. The owners were very kind and responsive, a pleasure to work with. My only constructive criticism would be that in general it's a bit outdated. It could use a fresh take on things like the decor, furniture, and electronics, but that's not to say that the existing stuff is in bad condition or functions poorly. I would definitely stay there again and thought it was a great value!

April and Mark's home was great for our 12 night stay for our family of 5 (parents, 21, 19 and 16yo). It was just as described in their listing, was very well equipped for eating in some nights and the hot tub was a very big hit. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward.

The proximity to Marketplace and the IGA was really helpful as was the bus stop just outside Marketplace where we caught the free shuttle to Skier's Plaza (and the gondolas to Whistler and Blackcomb mountains). We didn't have a car and didn't need one. We walked the scenic Village Stroll through Whistler Village and Village North most nights which gave easy access to all restaurants/pubs with 5-10mins walk. Highly recommended!

We can't say enough good things about this condo and the owners. Having stayed in the unit just seven months prior, we were surprised to arrive and find a new dining room set, updated washer and dryer, freshly cleaned drapes and everything exceptionally clean and well-stocked. The location, free underground parking, private hot tub and the overall value make this a great choice. And the Meeks are so responsive and helpful. They even had a very nice cabernet and chocolates to welcome us on arrival. We'll be back for sure!

Another Perfect Stay at the Meek's Whistler Condo

Whistler is an amazing get away!! My family has been staying at this GREAT condo every year for over 10 years, and each time I open the front door it's like going home. Comfortable and inviting with an easy layout, no matter if you are in the living room watching TV, sitting by the fire, in the kitchen, or playing a board game at the dining room table, you don't miss anything.

With the private hot tub off the back patio, and the BBQ grill on the front patio, if we weren't in such an awe inspiring place, we'd just stay in! The master bedroom is cozy with a private bath. The property is in the perfect spot, drive up, park in the underground parking, and never need your car again because you are within an easy walk to the village and slopes. When the pond freezes over, it looks like a winter wonderland. The grocery store is just around the corner, so stocking up is easy.

Great condo, great location. This our second stay at this property and we plan to come again. Mark and April are wonderful to deal with. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The hot tub had been replaced with a newer model since our last stay and was in great shape.

We like the Stoney Creek development. It's very close to groceries, the bus, etc., but quieter than staying in the middle of the village. We've stayed in other units at Stoney Creek but we like this one because it faces into the courtyard and lagoon, which is great on a sunny afternoon.

All in all an excellent combination of comfort, cleanliness and value.

Great value lodging in Whistler!

We were already familiar with the immediate area having stayed in a nearby property a few years ago so we knew where we wanted to be for our 8 night skiing trip. It's in a quiet area but within 10 minutes walk of supermarket, liquor store and , loads of restaurants so park your cark in the underground garage and leave it until the the end of your stay. We had no problems parking our Jeep Cherokee in the allocated parking space, plenty of room!

Mark and April were very responsive to emails both before and after booking and were very quick to solve a few issues for us once we arrived. The arrival instructions were excellent and the unit was clean although a little worn in areas but given the price and location it's excellent value for money.

As others have said it's about 10-12 minutes to the gondolas in ski boot and although the ski bus stop is just across the road (bus number 4) the wait time varied between 5-15 minutes forthe 5 minute ride and then you have a couple minutes walk up and down steps from the transit stop next to the gondola so don't really save much time, just leg work!

Unit is very well equipped although apart from breakfast we ate out each night but there are enough pots n pans to cook full meals quite adequately and some staples supplied in the cupboards was welcome.

Rooms have individual heating controls and beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We were a group of 4 adults and apart from when my daughter and friend joined us for a couple of nights there was plenty of space however space was a little limited when 6 adults occupied the unit but knew this would be the case before booking. They said the sofabed was fine to sleep on The hot tub was very welcome after a hard day skiing and fitted 4 comfortably and washer/dryer was very useful for a midweek ski sock wash!

Would happily stay here again if we return to Whistler - Thanks Mark & April!

First time at Whistler and we found this location perfect and practical for our family with a 13 and 11 year old. Very conveniently located near the village and especially to the grocery/wine store. Although it was about a 12 walk to the gondolas, we preferred the free bus and it was really easy to go back and forth. We would recommend keeping the skis at the Ski Valet across from the gondola as the fee is nominal(and appears to be fluid) purely for convenience.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for and was quiet. The kitchen was very well equipment and we enjoyed the hot tub. There is some very minor wear and tear but this didn't detract from all the other benefits. Highly recommended.

Good condo that is very handy. We really enjoyed the location - you could walk anywhere in Whistler Village within about 10 minutes. Starbucks, grocery store, several restaurants and liquor store are literally just across the street.

We checked in at a very busy time and the cleaning crew had missed a few items, but overall this is very well maintained and has everything you want in a condo. I have no complaints about the value received, and the owners were very responsive and organized. Really the only negative we had is this is a first floor condo, and during the entirety of our stay we had a very active family with young kids above us, and they were always running around. We would have enjoyed not being able to hear that throughout our stay.

Lovely Unit, Fun Whilstler

This is a lovely and modern unit. It ideally sleeps four (as we were), though I believe there is a sleeper couch for two more guests. Everything is new and modern, even down to comfortable beds and linen. Our interaction with the owners was very pleasant and professional.

The unit is not in the centre of the village but that makes for a nice ten minute walk to the centre of everything. It is across the road from restaurants, a supermarket, coffee shops and a host of others. All in all, we had a great stay.

Meek's Townhouse Rental = Excellent

Very convenient - did not take shuttle - easier to walk in sneakers (carrying boots and helmet) 5 minutes to the gondola. Our rental shop near gondola allowed us to check our skis and poles overnight for free. Put sneakers in small backpack and we were off.

Owners were very responsive (email and phone) and concerned our rental experience was first rate. If you have internet provider phone service in the states, you can use the townhouse Wi-Fi to make free calls (through provider's cell phone app) with your cell phone in airplane mode (cellular turned off) and Wi-Fi turned on. The towels and linens as well as furniture and everything in general was in very good condition. No loud noises in townhouse complex.

Stayed in this condo for 1 week with a total of 3 adults. Plenty of space for three with comfortable room for a few more. Very clean and well stocked in the kitchen for cooking in. The BBQ and private hot tub were great bonuses. Being right outside of the main village means you get no noise at night and are just a few minutes walk from restaurants/shops/lifts. Couldn't ask for a better location. Mark and April are quick to respond to any questions are issues that come up. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were as stated in the 'Description'. We were a family group of two seniors, four adults and one baby who all agreed we would stay there again. The well-stocked kitchen was appreciated. We all enjoyed the private hot tub. The proximity to the Village and lifts made the location ideal. Better than expected - 1 issue

We were pleased with the condo. My group has been renting vacation places in Whistler and other ski vacation locals for more than 20 years. The Meeks condo in the Lagoons development at Whistler is a good value. The layout is perfect for 4 adults. We had no trouble following the detailed instructions to arrive, get parked, and move in. We appreciated that the kitchen was nicely set up - plenty of pots and pans, quality knives, etc. The presence of a good assortment of spices and some staples like canola oil was very helpful. The member of my party that chose to sleep on the sofa bed reported that it was by far the most comfortable he had ever slept on - no bar in his back! The bed I slept in was just about perfect - many places have skimpy bedclothes that can be a bit cool unless you overheat the room. We didn't have any trouble staying warm with the room set to a nice cool sleeping temperature. And there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows for lounging in front of the cozy fire and TV.

The location is just about ideal. Easy to find, but quiet due to being on the outskirts of the main village. It is a very short walk (basically across the street) from the free shuttle bus to the gondola base. And only about 2 city blocks from the grocery store and the north end of the main village.

The one issue we had was the hot-tub. Due to no fault of the owners, the hot tub company didn't ensure that the hot tub was ready for use. The Meeks did what they could and made it right. You can't ask for more than that. I can recommend this place without any hesitation.

Stayed in this apartment for 10 glorious days. Very clean and comfortable. Great location opposite Whistler Village. While we dined out frequently, the well equipped kitchen allowed us to easily prepare meals. We were travelling with a 20 month old toddler so the highchair was a bonus. Communication with the owners leading up to our arrival was much appreciated and provided us with all relevant information about our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

When arriving to the rental unit I was amazed by how detailed Mark and aprils instructions were. From where to park to where the unit was located, they left no detail out. The unit was clean and completely what we needed. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the lifts but was only a minute walk away from the shuttle that would take you there. I am definitely going to book this unit (or attempt to, as they seem pretty popular) for a few trips this next ski season.

Mark and april are wonderful hosts! They were quick to respond to inquiries and sent very thorough instructions on all details of the condo. This condo was extremely comfortable for our family to relax in after a full day of ski/snowboarding - felt like being at home. Location was terrific with a shuttle bus literally right across the street so I didn't have to walk very far in awkward ski boots. The grocery store across the street was also very convenient for picking up daily dinner supplies. Close to everything in the village for walking around as well - we never drove our vehicle the whole time we were there. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the amazing Whistler/Blackcomb resort!

You simply could not ask for more. I have been to Whistler a few times and Mark/April's place is as good or better than most places we have stayed. This is your place if you want to be within walking distance of convenient shopping for groceries, restaurants, wine, whistler village and the base of the mountain. I parked the SUV upon arrival and did not use it again for a week. Their place is very well equipped and is exactly as they advertised. We had a few minor problems with the hot tub and the service to repair was outstanding including Mark and april monitoring the progress. It is a short walk to the gondola however we used the shuttle which is literally across the road and runs every 15 minutes and is only a 5 minute ride. The shuttle drops you off literally feet away from the base gondolas. The price/value is excellent. I travel extensively and the next time I am at Whistler I will stay here again for sure.

The condo is the perfect distance from the lifts, you are basically in Whistler Village without the traffic and noise. Plus the private hot tub was a necessity after a few days of skiing.

We had a geat stay at this condo it was roomy, clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. Great location, close to all amenities by walking and yet very quiet. Loved the hot tub, BBQ and free secure parking for our vehicles. Our only down side and a very small one is a sharpe knife, when I notified the owner he was right on it to correct it for the next renter. We would definitely stay there again!

This well equipped unit is in a great location in Whistler. Not right up at the noisy end of the village but very very close to groceries, restaurants, free bus shuttle stop, shopping along the Village Stroll. This two bedroom condo is well decorated and nicely laid out. Free wifi and a new private hot tub make it perfect!

This was a great place to stay and so close to the village.

We would stay again. It is nice to have a washer and dryer at your convenience. It also had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and lots of clean towels in the bathroom.

We already contacted the Meeks directly by email to provide 7 suggestions for items to provide or repair. All in all our stay was very relaxing and the location of the unit was convenient. It was nice having a unit on the ground floor with all rooms in the condo on the same level since my 86 year old mother was with us and finds it difficult to climb stairs. Liked least: TV instructions were difficult to follow. Our main problem was that the Telus box was switched off and nothing worked until we discovered this by trial & error. Liked most: nicely equipped unit and kitchen

My friend and I stayed at the property for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. Both rooms are comfortable with real queen size beds and 2 separate bathrooms/showers. There is ample space in the nicely decorated living room and an easy-to-use fireplace. The unit comes with every amenity - 2 tvs, phones, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and an outside private jacuzzi. Best of all the property is located in the absolute gem of a spot - you are 6 min walk from the base gondolas, 2 minutes from nearest shopping center/coffee house/chiropractor and 5 mins from the bars, clubs and restaurants. If you plan to take advantage of the village's nightlife and restaurants this location beats any ski in/ski out hands down. The hosts (Mark and april) are very nice and responded very quickly with any questions that I had.

My friends and I only had a 2 night stay here, but it was everything we could have hoped for. The apartment was warm and welcoming upon arrival. A fully equiped kitchen and cupboards stocked with towels, blankets and games. The owners have provided almost everything you would need, a definite home from home. The apartment is in a fantastic location for getting about in Whistler and was pretty easy to find. Would definitely recommend this apartment and I know my friends will be going back there!

We had two 2 toddlers and a one year old with 4 adults in this condo. It worked out okay but almost too small. The second bedroom is pretty small so luckily we stayed there with our one child who slept with us. There was everything we needed at the condo which was awesome in terms of cooking and daily living. Having a washer and dryer was a Godsend. The only "complaint" is that it is on the bottom level and the people upstairs were partying and stomping around. We could have complained via the phone number given to us but we just waited it out. The location was amazing. Right across the street from everything. Internet access was a great benefit as we would have been roaming on our smart phones. The owner called to check in and when we arrived there was a box of chocolates waiting for us. Would def recommend!

We have been to whistler numerous times and always stayed in the village. This condo is a 5 minute walk. It was in the perfect location as far as I was concerned and more reasonably priced than the village. It was well layed out and the owners were very thorough in making sure we enjoyed our time there. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pot and pan you may need (even to make an early Christmas dinner, like we did). I would go back in a heartbeat and was devastated to leave. Mark and april are wonderful, helpful and gracious hosts! And the location is perfect!

My family had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long ski day. Great Parking and close enough to the hill and Village. Shopping is nearby. The unit was spotless and well cared for. A big plus for some is that the kitchen has all the pots and pans and dishes you would need for a longer stay.

We had such a good time in Whistler! This condo is perfectly located to the village without being in the village. We had four adults and two teenagers with us and we weren't stepping all over each other. The kitchen has just about every spice you could need and all the essentials for whipping up a dandy meal. And having a washer and dryer in the unit sure saves a lot of extra packing. I've saved the owners information for a possible future trip.
