Welcome to Whistler! Voted #1 Ski Destination in North America year after year and host of the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is in North Star, a complex that has a fabulous location away from the noise of the village but is only a short walk to the lifts, walking street and all the resort amenities. It is a 2 level end unit with extra windows and unparallel views of Whistler and Blackcomb from every window. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably; Max 4 Adults + 2 Children.  There is in suite laundry, gas fireplace & BBQ, Free Wi Fi, LCD Flat Screen TV's, balcony, free parking, a large heated year round pool and hot tub.

Whistler is a winter and summer resort. Once you arrive at our condo there is no need to use your car, keep it parked as nearby activities include golf, tennis, swimming, the Valley Trail System, hiking, biking, XC Skiing, downhill skiing/boarding, sledding/tubing, and fishing.  As well across the street from the complex is the Free Village Shuttle, groceries, pharmacy, fine dining and all the amenities that you would need.

 Property Description

This 1000 square feet townhouse has it's own entrance, it is a corner end unit with extra windows looking straight up to Whistler Blackcomb.  Check the mountain conditions before you leave for skiing!

It features high ceilings on two levels, plus a balcony with a gas BBQ. On the main level there is a spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with shower and laundry facilities.

The second level has the master bedroom with queen bed and a large bathroom with jetted tub and shower.  The second bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a King.

Location

North Star in Village North is one of the best locations in Whistler!  Our condo is situated in a park-like setting, quiet, but conveniently located acrross the street from the Free Ski/Village Shuttle and all the amenities of the Village Market Place; restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, liquor store, Ski & Bike shops, cafes and more.  It is an eight minute walk through the village to the lifts or take the Free Ski Shuttle that comes every ten minutes all day long.  Theres no need to use your car, leave it parked in the underground garage.

Non-Smokers Only ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY. There will be an extra $200 cleaning cost if there is any smoking in the unit.

Young Adult Groups 17-24 With Accompanying Age-Eligible Adult(s) We welcome young adults age 17-24 only when accompanied by adults who meet our minimum age requirement of 26 years.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Arrival Days We accept arrivals on any day of the week.
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees; if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking and refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights & rebooked rate + a 5% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals We are not responsible for late arrivals. There are no refunds for late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed to guest when balance of payment is made. Please print it off and bring it with you in your hand luggage.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. No refund given.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage To be stored in secured bike storage in underground parking. There will be a charge for extra cleaning if bikes are brought into the unit of $200

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Housekeeping Complimentary. Cleaned on arrival and after departure. There will be a cleaning charge for stays of 4 nights or less. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contact provided with check - in package.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity MAXIMUM 6 PERSONS. 4 Adults + 2 Children. Excess guests will result in eviction
Missing Items There will be a charge on your credit card for missing or damaged items as per our stated damage deposit policies. There will be a $30 charge for missing or lost keys.
Property Damage Guest is responsible for property damage, beyond normal wear & tear. Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Resort Information Provided in condo.
Terms of Eviction 24 Hour Security will evict you for failure to follow the rules set out in the policies. No late night parties and no loud noise after 10:30 pm. If you are evicted there are no refunds.
