"My husband and I came up to Whistler with our two boys (ages 6 and 2) for a much needed getaway and we were so happy with this condo. The location to the village combined with the fantastic free shuttle service were perfect. There's a bus stop right out front of the complex and the bus comes by every 10 mins or so. It's a very short ride down into the village and, in all honesty, could easily be walked but with little ones the bus option was preferable. The condo itself is ideal! It's an end unit so there are lots of windows and it's very quiet. The layout worked really well for the 4 of us and we found everything we needed to feel the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, the movie selection was superb and we were able to light a fire and cozy up on the sofa for movie night. It's a definite 8 thumbs up from the 4 of us!"

"We stayed at this condo in April of 2011. We immediately began planning to come back. Everything was thought of, well supplied. The condo is super convenient. YYou could ski / walk to the lifts but we have small children so the shuttle was perfect. The free Whistler Blackcome shuttle is just steps from your front door. The Owners are very thoughtful. The skiing is wonderful. Walk to the village. It is really a great place. Thanks so much for the wonderful time."

There is a selection of games for the entire family, including a large movie selection for the entire family's entertainment.
The kitchen overlooks the spacious dining room.

The Master Bedroom has comfortable linens and has an ensuite.
The 2nd bedroom (den) has a bunk bed, the bottom of which folds down into a double, or can remain as a couch. This bedroom (den) also has a TV which makes it possible to watch movies in bed! There is also a fold down couch opposite the bunk beds.

The Villas Wintergreen Complex is ideally situated on the lower base of the Blackcomb Benchlands, one of Whistler's most desireable neighbourhoods.
Our unit is an end unit offering wall to wall windows, and a very large private patio off the family room.
The Master Bedroom is cozy and warm and has beautiful linens. Dim lighting from the stand-up lamp provides a relaxing ambience to this room.
The Wintergreen Villas is nestled in the Blackcomb Benchlands and is surround by beautiful nature.
The trails around the complex are perfect for a short stroll. It is a quiet family oriented complex that you will certainly appreciate.
A desk and bookcase is installed to the right of the patio door, and offers a very comfortable working space. The book case holds books, cookbooks, games and a very impressive selection of movies for the entire family.
Alta Lake is a short drive from the Village and offers an excellent summer beach with kayaks and canoes for rent. There is also a dock that the kids can jump off and is a family oriented park.
Brandywine Falls is approximately 10 to 15 minutes South of Whistler. This waterfall is beautiful and worth the hike. It is safe for the entire family and the forest trails are beautiful.
Lost Lake is a very short walk from our complex. There are bike trails around this lake which is great for the whole family. The lake itself has a wonderful park, perfect for a family picnic. Pack a lunch, and enjoy this beautiful lake in the Summer.
Nairn Falls is a 20 minute drive North on Highway 99 towards Pemberton. This Provincial Park is gorgeous. The forest trails to the falls takes about 15 minutes. Keep your kids close (by the hand) and enjoy this beautiful site. Bring your camera for some incredible family pictures on the rock surface and of the falls.
Shannon Falls is South of Squamish. When driving to Whistler, take a short break to visit this beautiful waterfall. It is a short hike up (15 minutes) but you will not regret this spectacular site!
White Cliff Park is a hidden gem at Horeshoe Bay near the Ferrys. It is gorgeous and has some amazing views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. This is one of our favourite spots for a family picnic. If you have the time, it is a beautiful place to visit.

Custom log furniture accompany this home which adds to the unique environment you will be in. There is a log burning fireplace with a 46" Sony flatscreen TV for your movie nights, with a selection of over 175 movies to choose from. There is a desk and bookcase in the family room which offers an optional work space for business. A patio door off your living room takes you to one of the largest and private outdoor patios in this complex. It is set up perfectly for outdoor entertaining and barbeques. Our kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, and is very well stocked, and is meant to make your stay feel like a home away from home. We are fully stocked with plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glasses, utensils, bowls, salad bowl, cheese grater, can opener, crock pot for slow cooking, which comes in handy often, baking dishes, etc. etc. We also supply coffee, sugar, olive oil, some spices, salt, and a very nice selection of organic and non-organic teas, including decaffinated tea. There is just too much to list. Your family will certainly be pleased with all the little items available that will ensure your stay enjoyable and comfortable, and as hassle free as possible.
The family room has a huge custom made log couch which comfortably seats up to 10 people!! Perfect to cuddle and watch the 46" flatscreen Sony Bravia TV and enjoy movies while the fireplace is on. The heat radiating from the fireplace warms this living room perfectly. The decor and new paint is very inviting and stunning.
The dining room is directly in front of the kitchen with a table on top of a beautiful modern carpet.
The large patio off this corner end unit is amazing. It is perfect for a family holiday in the summer. The mud room entry is incredible with enough room for the whole family to gear up or gear down with your ski equipment. There are sufficient ski racks and hooks for all your equipment needs, including a closet for your ski wear. This unit also comes with underground secured parking, and one guest visitor pass. Display of Vehicle Permit Parking Pass must be displayed or vehicles may be towed.

|Arrival Days||Your suite is guaranteed ready by 4 pm on the date of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. There is no guarantee, however, that special requests can be accommodated.|
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposit is non-refundable. Balance of payment is only refundable if we are able to replace the booking, subject to a 5% chargeback.|

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Should our cleaning company require extra fees for cleaning due to spillages or the necessity of extra cleaning, these charges will be allocated to you. It is recommended that the Unit is left in a tidy state in order to avoid excessive cleaning costs. These charges are not in our control. It is the cleaning company that implements the charges.|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive noise is not permitted and you must comply with our policy of no noise after 10 pm in order to respect owners in this complex.|
|Garbage Removal||We require all garbage to please be taken with you and placed in the garbage bins near the garage parkade.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary before arrival and after departure.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for guests or their guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler, BC.|
|Locking Door||Please ensure the patio door, and all windows are secured and locked when you leave our Unit. Please also ensure that you press the "lock" button on the key pad of the main door. This will ensure your personal items are safe, and that our Unit is also safe. The Owners of this Unit are not responsible for any missing or stolen items belonging to the Guest or the Guests' Guests.|

|Missing Items||Any missing or broken items will be charged to you upon departure. Valid identification is required prior to accessing the Suite. A driver's license and/or passport is required. Must be emailed or faxed to Owner directly.|
|Parking & Ticketing||There is one underground secured parking spot and one guest spot. A parking permit for Guest and Visitor is available and must be returned to the Unit upon departure. Please be aware that there will be a $150.00 charge for any lost or Permit Parking Pass that is not returned to the Unit. This fee is required for the Owner to repurchase a new pass.|
|Policy Updates||Policies should be reviewed 24 hours prior to your arrival to ensure you are well informed of these policies.|
|Property Damage||Guests will pay for all damage incurred by themselves or their guests while staying in the property . |Best place for breakfast/brunch||The Tennis Club has a fantastic restaurant. They serve the best Eggs Bennie around and their prices are great. The Tennis Club is off of Northlands Boulevard (dead end street) behind the Glaciers Reach complex.|

The little details that we appreciated other than the obvious were the comfortable bedding, no shortage of hot water, water pressure when taking a shower and the ability to park the car outside just by the condo rather than the garage. Our stay at The Villas Wintergreen Vacation rental was nothing short of a very comfortable experienced and the price was very reasonable. To make a long story short of how we ended staying at The Villas Wintergreen vacation rental all began earlier this year when I was notified that my Nephew Sandy is getting marry this second week of July 2015. Like most people my boyfriend and I didn't really start looking for accommodation until the date got closer. Well as the date of the Wedding got closer we knew we have to find something quickly and we knew Whistler is a world class vacation spot and accommodation could be quite costly at one of their local Hotels.
So we quickly look for deals on Trip Advisor where we found the Villas Wintergreen vacation rental. The price was very reasonable and owner of the property was very friendly and prompt with our message to her. When we got into the suite, we both look at each other and felt we made a very good choice. Our suite made us feel like this a home away from home, the suite was clean and has a nice patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
We said to ourselves this is far better then staying at some hotel with a lobby and room service, as I said before this place made us feel this is home away from home. We reserved the suite for three days but ended up staying an extra day because we like our suite so much and beside, the wedding and the excitement kind of drain our energy quite a bit and an extra day of restfulness in this suite would help us recharge and get back to the daily grind of the lower mainland.

Home from Home in the Mountains

We booked this ground floor apartment at very short notice, the owner was very helpful and managed to get her cleaners in very quickly, communicating was easy with a few friendly e mails. The wintergreen development is very well maintained and welcoming, we had parking for our rental car in a secure garage . The apartment was clean and very well equipped with a full kitchen , laundry facilities and very pleasant decor, the master bedroom had a good size bed and lots of storage room, the other bedroom was an open area at the side of the kitchen, with a double and single bunk ideal for kids - possibly not as good for an adult couple. The lounge area has lovely wrap around seating including settee,facing a stone fireplace made for log burning on cool evenings,a real bonus is the owners DVD collection - nearly 200 films etc which we were invited to use - and enjoyed. There was a outside patio accessed from the lounge, ideal for breakfast on a sunny morning. The walk to the centre of Whistler Village was just 15 minutes , my son used the gym there each morning, eating out there was equally easy, although we found a visit to nearby Nesters Supermarket ( car made life easier) provided lots of options for eating in. Overall we had a lovely time, settling into this home from home took no effort and we would certainly come again.

Great place, well equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for 3 people to stay. Easy to find, very close to Blackcomb base and free bus stops right outside for easy access to Whistler village. Village is also only 10 mins walk if you'd not take the bus. No real complaints, only minor thing was that we went on a particularly cold weekend and it took a long time for the condo to heat up since the thermostats are left low when th condo is left empty.

We spent three nights here, and had a great time. The owner contacted us in advance to make sure we'd have everything we needed, and although we had no special needs it's clear that the property is very accommodating. There was tons of space, with comfortable beds and a decently large kitchen and dining area. It was an easy walk to the village, although free buses came by about every fifteen minutes.

The place had just the right amount of space for us, and we like to over pack. Priscilla was awesome and easy to communicate with. She even let us in early, which was a huge help. The condo was perfect for walking up post skiing directly into mud room for easy ski drop off. Make friends with someone who has a hot tub at another lodge and your set for a good time. Likes- easy and responsive owners -very clean -lots of storage -quiet -easy access -fire place with starter logs provided -parking garage Would not recommend- for blended families - for disabled people - for party animals - if looking to be "close" village in Winter - if you don't have your own speakers for music

Owners were very responsive in all communications. The home was great. Clean. Nice sleeping quarters, living room, dining area, etc. Kitchen had everything we could need. Enjoyed a fabulous three four days in Whistler for 2013 Crankworx. Our accommodations were ideal for my husband and I and two teenage boys. We were comfortable and felt very relaxed in the low maintenance and fully equipped home. The boys had plenty of storage for the four bikes we brought along and that was comforting. The accommodations were clean and very well maintained and the beds were super comfy. The location was superb and was only a short walk from the village and was very quiet even in the busy evenings of Whistler. Things went very smoothly and Ms Cicek was always available and easy to contact via email when the plans were being made. Thanks for the awesome stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights and found that the apartment had everything we needed so we could relax comfortably after a day on the slopes. The walk to the Blackcomb lifts was a very pleasant 5 minutes and it was easy to get to the Village. Priscilla was very helpful and friendly with any questions we had and we really enjoyed our stay. Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this cozy, conveniently located condo. We particularly liked the proximity to the lifts (handy trails through the trees) or shuttle practically at your doorstep. Underground parking was appreciated, particularly after a large snowfall. The condo itself has everything you need, including internet, lots of board games and numerous movies (great for our teenager.)while cozying up in the evenings.

We stayed at this rental in February for a week and could not have asked for anything more. The condo was fully stocked with anything you needed. The decor and setup makes you feel at home after a day on the slopes. The location makes it easy to get to and from both mountains and the village. You can either take a short walk to the Blackcomb lifts or hop on the bus at the bus stop right out front to access both mountains. I would highly suggest this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay at a very reasonable rate! The owners are friendly and extremely helpful with arrangements for your stay.

Priscilla is always great to deal with. We have stayed here twice now and the experience has been flawless. The condo is well stocked and the master bed is very comfy. The beds in the den are not quite as comfy and the fridge is a bit noisy if you are sleeping in the living room, but I am a bit oversensitive to noise so it probably won't bother most people. Overall, a good place to stay at a good price and with great communication from the owner.
A fun time in Whistler

We rented this unit as we were meeting up with a larger group of friends who were staying in the same complex and overall we were very happy there. It's close to the temporary parking lot so unloading the car is fairly easy and there aren't a lot of stairs. This unit is very comfortable and decorated in a homey style. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils so preparing meals is very easy. We were generally happy with the beds especially the queen bed in the master bedroom which is nice and firm the way we like it. We also enjoyed watching the Olympics on the big screen TV in the living room. We didn't use the patio much but it is a nice space to relax in and has a BBQ as well. This unit is well situated and a pleasant 15 minute walk away from Lost Lake which we really liked. You can also walk to the end of Spearhead Drive to the aspens complex and take the walkway through there to the ski hill and then follow the path down as a shortcut to the Upper Village. The price of this unit is a great deal compared to other units we have rented in Whistler. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Stay - Whistler (March 2012)

We are a family of 4 (2 adults / 2 young children) currently on a 5-month RTW trip (career break). Out first stop was Whistler, a resort we'd been to before and which we absolutely love. We stayed in Priscilla and Joe's condo for 3 weeks in March 2012. The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Priscilla is the perfect host, from enthusiastically answering all pre-trip questions (offering clear / practical advice along the way), organising weekly cleans / bedding changes, to those little touches that make a difference (being there to welcome us on our arrival, presents for our 2 boys, cupboards filled with essential groceries, beer in the fridge etc). The condo itself is very well described on both TA and The Allura Direct website (this is how we found it / booked it). All descriptions are 100% accurate - the property is very well located (free resort bus stops directly outside), very well presented and spotless. Only comment would be that the dishwasher wasn't functioning properly (dishes not fully clean) during our stay but I understand that the owners are planning to replace soon (not really a massive issue for us in any case). We found the condo very suitable for our young family - secure, within a quiet and family-oriented development etc - and felt very much at home returning to it after a full day on the mountain with 2 very tired (in a nice way) children. We had an absolute blast in Whistler (snow was just awesome) and will definitely return in the not too distant future - we will unreservedly book this condo again and will definitely recommend it to all our friends back in the UK.

I booked this condo based on other reviews, I can happily report that they were all accurate. The place is actually nicer than you'd expect. The owners have taken great care of their place despite renting it out, it feels like your just staying a friends place while they're out of town. Very well equipped. Soap at every sink, paper towels/tp, nice new towels, clean quality linens, extra snuggle blankets (didn't need, warm enough with heater), easy start logs for fireplace, mud room for outdoor gear. *Ladies-bring your own blow dryer if you have somewhat thick hair, the baby travel one on the property won't cut it. Tip:make sure to open chimney flue if you make a fire. Excellent rental, probably best you'll find at this price. I would book again. Whistler was incredible!

The condo unit is a great fit for a family of four. We had just arrived from Victoria and stayed in a Hotel and immediately was surprised at the size of this condo. The full kitchen and good size family room was fantastic to get us good start and end to our days. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it very much. Being close to the Four Seasons resort and easy access to Bus and Trail routes was a great help. We hardly used our rental car the whole week. I would lease from Priscilla again and recommend her to our friends when they visit Whistler.

You could ski / walk to the lifts but we have small children so the shuttle was perfect. The free Whistler Blackcomb shuttle is just steps from your front door. The owners are very thoughtful. My husband and I came up to Whistler with our two boys (ages 6 and 2) for a much needed getaway and we were so happy with this condo. The location to the village combined with the fantastic free shuttle service were perfect. There's a bus stop right out front of the complex and the bus comes by every 10 mins or so. It's a very short ride down into the village and, in all honesty, could easily be walked but with little ones the bus option was preferable. The condo itself is ideal! It's an end unit so there are lots of windows and it's very quiet. The layout worked really well for the 4 of us and we found everything we needed to feel the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, the movie selection was superb and we were able to light a fire and cozy up on the sofa for movie night. It's a definite 8 thumbs up from the 4 of us!
