Welcome to our home in Whistler! 

Our goal is to help you create a most memorable Whistler vacation.  We are centrally located near Whistler Village North with its shops, restaurants & nightlife, and only a stone's throw from the ski lifts! Check out our Rates table for competitive & reasonable accomodation prices. Our beautiful 3-bedroom home at Montebello is set in a quiet neighborhood, with dramatic views of Blackcomb & Whistler. Our two-storey townhome is brand new, spacious, & the ultimate in comfort. The main floor is an open concept design with a vaulted ceiling, leading to three bedrooms upstairs.

  • Private entrance into heated boot room, carrying on to a full bathroom and laundry room, and opening up into the living area with a chef's kitchen, dining area, and living room with fireplace, cable TV, VCR, & CD stereo. The private patio and hot tub is off the dining area.

  • Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom, and third bedroom with queen bed. Balcony off of third bedroom.

    Living Area

    This is the area to relax with your family and friends. Elegant furnishings, a river rock fireplace, heated slate floors, and a vaulted hemlock ceiling create a warm and cozy atmosphere. For your entertainment there is a large TV which pulls out of the armoire, a VCR, and CD stereo.

    Dining Area

    The dining area shares an open space with the living room and kitchen. A solid maple dining table seating eight is lit by a chandelier. This room opens onto the private patio and hot tub, from which you can enjoy a view of Rainbow Mountain and the greenspace extending from our yard.

    One of the most breath taking features that our home offers is the view. We have incredible, unobstructed views of Blackcomb, Whistler & Rainbow Mountains. On the inside, our home is a luxurious haven after an energetic day on the slopes.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non-refundable. We will refund your money if we can replace your booking; there is a 4% fee on cancellation refunds
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We cannot be responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Upon receipt of final payment
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Plenty of room for bikes in the garage.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will be evicted by our management company without a refund!.
Garbage Removal Regarding kitchen garbage. Please remove all garbage before checking out and leave at the garbage disposal hut in the Montebello complex to avoid extra housekeeping charges.
Housekeeping Arranged through Whistler Chalets management company. During your stay, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee. Housekeeping at end of stay is included. Just please load and turn on the dishwasher!
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to or from, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour contact. Complete emergency contacts provided through Whistler Chalets
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people overnight. Strictly enforced; parties of 9 people or more will be evicted!
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 11 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The hot tub area can be used, but please engage only in quiet conversation out of respect for our neighbouring families.
Parking & Ticketing There is ample free parking. There is a deep single garage, the driveway, as well as 3 guest spots adjacent to our home. Please do not park on the street or you risk being towed!

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to $1000 CAD on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, private or common property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.

Best place for breakfast/brunch Wild Wood Pacific Bistro - a new, casual restaurant found in the Whistler Golf and Racquet Club - only a 3 minute walk from our home! Fantastic eggs benedict, large portions, and great prices. Perfect for families when you don"t feel like cooking. Also open for lunch and dinner.
Favorite ethnic restaurants Pasta Lupino - Fresh noodles, fresh sauces, and bargain prices. Perfect for take-out, with a terrific range of Italian groceries to take home.
Favorite family restaurant Crepe Montagne - a tiny French creperie, but unbelievable prices - the seafood crepes are the best! Also highly recommended are Caramba and Zeuski"s - also in Village North.
Favorite up-scale restaurant Quattro in Village North - impeccable service and an outstanding chef and wine menu
Most traditional Whistler eatery Rimrock Cafe - a woodsy, cozy atmosphere makes this Whistler classic a long-time favourite with locals. Known for fish and game.

Getting Check-in Information

How will I get the information I need to check-in? Upon receipt of your final payment, you will be sent a package of resort information, directions to Whistler Chalets management company & key access, and who to contact in case of an emergency.

About Check-in

Is it possible to check-in earlier than 4:00 pm? Check with Whistler Chalets a few hours ahead of time, and they will let you know if housekeeping has finished their cleaning.
If I arrive early in Whistler, is it possible to leave my luggage with Whistler Chalets? Yes, it is possible. If it is not possible to check in earlier than 4:00 pm, it may be possible to leave your luggage with them for a few hours.
What happens if I need to check-in past normal business hours? Whistler Chalets is open 24 hours a day for key pick-up. Just give them a call ahead of time to let them know approximately what time you will be arriving, if it is past 10:00 pm.

About Check-Out

Is it possible to check-out later than 10:00 am? Whistler Chalets management company is responsible for the housekeeping. In order for them to do a thorough and professional job, it is important that guests leave as close to 10:00 am as possible. If you are delayed in leaving, a courtesy call to Whistler Chalets would help them work around the flexibility required in some situations.
What do I do with the keys when I leave your home? Just drop them off at Whistler Chalets where you picked them up.

Emergencies

Who do I contact in case of an emergency (eg. plugged toilet, lost key, etc.)? When we receive your final payment we send the contact numbers needed at Whistler Chalets to resolve any problems, 24 hours a day.

Resort Information

Where do I get information about Whistler and the activities in which I am interested? When you book your reservation with us, we send information and contact numbers to suit your interests. AlluraDirect.com is an excellent resource as well.

Guest Services

Where can I get discount lift tickets? Order them directly through AlluraDirect.com and receive the full discount. Tickets can be picked up ahead of time so you can avoid the line-ups!
Where can I get good equipment rentals? Order equipment rentals through AlluraDirect.com and receive 20% DISCOUNT, preferred customer service, FREE ski storage, and early pick-up to avoid the line-ups!
How do I get information about ski school or kids' camps? How do I book? AlluraDirect has a Level IV instructor on staff to personally help design your ski program. Contact her directly through the website.

 About Us

David and Elise look forward to having you as our guests in Whistler, as we have had years of first-hand experience at how much fun Whistler can be! We live in Coquitlam, just outside of Vancouver, and love to ski, snowboard, golf, hike, kayak, and rollerblade our way through the seasons. Our four-year-old son, Colton, will no doubt be keen to join us on the slopes this year! Thanks to a backpack, our one-year-old daughter, Samara, will also enjoy the outdoor festivities this winter! See you on the slopes!
