Located in Blueberry Hill, just outside the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. Enjoy peace and quiet around the Whistler Golf Course, or take a quick walk or drive to the Village for fun filled ski days. 

The Ironwood complex offers an underground parking stall at no additional cost, common outdoor BBQ and shared outdoor pool and hot tub.

Rates

 Rates are quoted in Canadian currency and are subject to the 5% GST tax.  The customary Hotel Tax is not applicable since this is an owner-direct booking. We accept payment by VISA or Mastercard through the secure AlluraDirect on-line website. Please be aware that our rates are non-negotiable.

Please note that we do not ask for a damage deposit via the Allura site, however we do require guests to provoide a credit card damage deposit on arrival, at the front desk prior to giving access to the suite. The card holder must be the same as the booking name and be present to sign in with that card. We are not able to use a credit card when the card holder is not there to sign in.

 Located in the Blueberry subdivision of Whistler the Ironwood complex sits along side the Whistler golf course. Close to the Valley trail and bus stop for easy access to Whistler Village.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Arrival day can be any day of the week. On arrival guests will need to provide a $500 credit card deposit
Cancellations Made by Guests Loss of deposit.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for delays.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided via e-mail once booking has been made.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
Check-In Time 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time 10:00 a.m.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests are required to start the dishwasher and remove trash on departure. Fines can be occurred if departure policies are not followed
Excessive Noise Not tolerated.
Housekeeping Provided before and after your stay at no charge. Any additional housekeeping can be arranged prior to arrival at the cost of the guest.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 Emergency service provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6.
Property Damage Upon Check-in with our front desk staff you will be asked for a $ 500 Credit Card imprint Damage Deposit! Guests will compensate the Owner financially for all property damage caused by the Guest's party. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Guests who do not meet these policies or who are disturbing other building tennants will be evicted by security without refunds for unused nights.

We had a great stay in the Ironwood condo (again). Every time we have stayed in this condo it has been awesome. The shower in the second bathroom now has cold and hot water and is super to shower in. We were there in July so used the pool and hot tub everyday and they were very clean and lovely to swim in.

While we were there they started to put air-conditioning in to every suite, which is a bonus as the this condo can get very hot in the summer. And my boys love the 70 inch TV in the living room. I highly recommend this condo.

Had a great stay. Very comfortable, roomy condo with beautiful views of golf course and mountains. Kitchen is well equipped and nicely updated. King size bed in master is amazingly comfortable. Would recommend and would return. Thank you!!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and loved the views from both the living room and bedrooms. The outside of the complex isn't much to look at, but the condo itself is beautiful and has everything you need to cook with and be comfortable during your stay.

The beds were super comfortable and we loved the sunken living room with the giant tv screen and fireplace. We can't wait to bring our boys with us next year!

Cozy and inviting place to stay at Ironwood

Nice unit.
The elevator in the building is in need of an upgrade as it's really slow.
Gorgeous view from all rooms.
Kitchen was reasonably well stocked, except for the coffee beans and no grinder, but that's ok because the location is so close to the Village that there was not need to brew coffee in the unit.
Very clean and the rooms were very comfortable and it was quiet.
A great living room to hang out and chill after any outdoor adventure.
Loved the showers.
Overall a nice place to stay and would definitely stay there again.
The check in location was a bit hard to find as the office is kind of small and the sign was blocked from the street view by the bushes out front.

The accommodations were fantastic, the renovations gave us lots of ideas for our place. They were very well done and the layout was perfect. The development is a little tired and needed some cosmetic repairs to some of the common areas and air conditioning.

Pool, and hot tub were good, the views were fantastic. Great family accommodations we enjoyed by everyone. Would love to keep it to myself.lol

We had a wonderful stay at Ironwood. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We loved looking out at the picturesque view of Blackcomb Mountain. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the village, especially over Christmas and New Years. It was only a 5 minute ($7-$8) taxi ride into the village or the number 6 bus picks passengers up regularly from just across the road @ $$2.50/pax. Our hosts arranged a beautifully decorated Christmas tree to adorn the apartment which added to our 'White Christmas' experience. The kitchen was stocked with many basics (sugar/salt/pepper/herbs and spices etc) which made it very easy to eat in using the modern kitchen facilities to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, the lounge area was very spacious. I really can't fault this accommodation and compliment the hosts on helping to make our stay in Whistler such a lovely family experience. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at the Ironwood! We've stayed at this unit many times and enjoy it every time, especially the quietness and the pool/hottub. The new appliances are all high-end and easy to use (except there is no cold water plumbed into the second shower). Thanks for a relaxing visit and we'll be back.
