Welcome to our beautiful home away from home in Whistler. Our home has been lovingly renovated with beautful touches. Slate floors, grantite counters, fireplace and more. Very cozy quiet end unit. Soak in the year round hot tub and swimming pool (summer use only). We are positive you will have a fabulous vacation in our home.

Location

Located on the Blackcomb Mountain Benchlands just above the village. The free village shuttle stops right at the driveway to the condo. For skiing in the morning you simply have to walk across the road and put your ski's on and down a short trail right out onto the hill. In the afternoon you exit slightly higher than the condo building and have a short 5 minute walk downhill to the condo.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit Payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking
Delayed Arrivals no refunds given for late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Via email upon fully paid booking.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of first deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged

Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
BBQ Not Permitted Building strata does not permit BBQ's.
Bike Storage No bikes allowed in condo's or on decks. Common bike room in building. Not recommended for valuable mountain bikes. Please ask us about alternative on mountain secure storage.
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Please respect quiet time in this complex
Forgotten Items by Guest If you have forgotten an item we will gladly post it back to you at your expense.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary high speed wireless internet.
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Automatically locks on exit.
Maintenance Emergencies Maintenance numbers provided in condo and with check in instructions.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. Strictly enforced
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions 10pm-8am.
Parking & Ticketing parking is on a first come first serve basis.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage No equipment in condo's. Secure equipment room is provided. We provide locks in the condo so that equipment can be secured

Our party of four had a lovely stay at this condo during for the Ironman event in late July 2015. The unit was clean, well-appointed and spacious. We also used the hot tub and laundry facilities that are available in the building, as well as the bike lock-up in the garage. We will be back!

Family Getaway Weekend

My family and I enjoyed our family wedding weekend in Whistler and our stay at the Wildwood Lodge was convenient and comfortable. The booking process was smooth and uncomplicated. However, I would like to mention a couple of minor points which might improve the experience for future guests.

1) Not sure when the unit was previously occupied, but the air inside was quite stuffy when we arrived - perhaps a quick freshen-up after a lengthy vacancy might rectify this? 2) Also, the iron should be inspected - we sustained a damaged garment due to rusty water leakage.

Otherwise the unit was clean and quiet, and perfect for our needs, as we had expected. Thank you for your hospitality, and sharing your home with us.

Great stay for families!

We took my parents & sisters family here for a big family vacation in Vancouver and stayed 2 nights. 6 adults, 2 one-year olds and it was still comfortable! The loft was great for the grandparents and the rooms were page enough to accommodate the cots. Very clean, great location & Kim answered all our questions well in advance of our arrival! Would definitely come again!

I visited whistler with my extended family in tow (6 adults, 2 1-year olds!) and this place was still comfortable to accommodate us all! Very clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay! Anyone travelling with small babies will feel good knowing the rooms can accommodate pack n plays. If we visited again, we would definitely come back - it was a great way to end our visit to Vancouver!

Our family rated this vacation at this resort in this unit a resounding 'best ever Christmas"... and the snow was not even what one would hope for this year. The unit itself was perfect for us, and well represented in the description, no disappointments - had everything one could hope for and more. Facilities great, proximity to the hill what we expected - a short walk - little ones might take some time to walk to the hill - if not enough snow, walk or bus is what you'll do. Desk staff friendly and helpful. The 'turkey to go' complete turkey Christmas dinner we ordered and picked up from the Chateau Fairmont was way beyond expectations, just superb! First Tracks Dec 25 early am buffet and ski, skiied all day and picked up Christmas Dinner, what a dream!!

Our family had a great time in Whistler, and part of the reason was the relaxful accomodation. It had all the amenities we were looking for, and it was close to everything. We could walk out the door and head to the Lost Lake trail.

We really enjoyed staying in the condo. It had everything we needed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. We would definitely return (probably in the winter to enjoy the fire). The location is good (10 min walk to centre of village). Only downside that if you forget an item there are no shops really near by.

We would highly recommend this modern condo in a good location. We stayed here for 10 days in February whilst Skiing on Whistler/Blackcomb. The apartment is well placed for Blackcomb which I would say is the better of the two as it has less people and the awesome Glacier run!

We stayed three nights during ski season. The condo was well equipted, nicely decorated and very clean. The living room is perfect for four. It's a bit small for a group of six, but managable if you're not hanging out all day. Checkin/out, ski locker, and parking were all great. I would definitley rent the unit again.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The check in and check out were seamless and easy. The place was very clean and modern with enough space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The base of Blackcomb was just a short 5 minute walk. Given the opportunity I would defiantly stay here again.
