Experience the wonderful atmosphere that is Silver Star in the SUITE to our Holiday home. 'ALPENGLOW'. We are located in the elite Knoll area and surrounded by beautiful homes. The ski trail runs along the rear of our property for easy ski-in and Ski-out .The Villiage is 3 mins walk away. Relax and enjoy our fully furnished and equipped 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom SUITE. The Suite is comfortable and close to everything. We have just installed a new hot water heater 2011. Parking is available  for 1 car at the front of the home. The SUITE has its own seperate private front and rear entrance doors.

 Property Description

Parking is at the front of Alpenglow then down stairs and past the storage shed and you enter the Suite via a front door located next to the front door to the Main Home you enter a small FOYER and then down a short flight of stairs which opens into the KITCHEN and LIVING ROOM and there is a section for your coats etc  then opposite the Kitchen is BEDROOM No.2 you climb up into this Queen size bed the kids would absolutely love this room then next door is the BATHROOM with shower over the bath,vanity and toilet and a washing machine and clothes dryer then BEDROOM 1 is next door which is a good size room with sleeping for 2 then it's out to the rear yard from there you can walk straight onto the snow and down to the ski trail and you can follow the ski trail to the villiage 3 minute walk.

We have parking for 3 cars.The Suite is entitled to 1 of these car spaces. The Main Home is entitled to 2 car spaces.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non refundable within 45 days of arrival date. if cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a 10%cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Povided after full payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests are responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property,or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is prohibited.
Housekeeping Guests will be provided with enough towels,clean linen and supplies for the duration of your stay. Guests are expected to clean the kitchen including loading and starting the dishwasher upon leaving. IF YOU STAY 8 NIGHTS we will provide Cleaning Service (1/2 way throughout stay). which would include change all bed linens and tidy the bedroom and vaccuum if needed (we will not move suitcases,excessive clothing,toys etc to vaccuum) clean sinks,tub,,toilets and mirrors in the bathroom,replace all used bathroom linens with fresh ones.Fully clean kitchen clean sinks and counter top sweep/vacuumm and wash floors.Replenish all kitchen supplies and tidy the living area and vaccuum if needed Remove all garbage from wastebaskets and put in new liners.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury while in our home or while in transit or while on the property.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.

Noise Restrictions Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
Parking & Ticketing The suite is entitled to 1 car parking space the other 2 are for the Main house residents.
Property Damage Guests will pay for all damages incurred while the Guest is staying in the property,even if the offender is being hosted by the Guest.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short or long term rental accommodation use.
Terms of Eviction Eviction for excessive noise,property damage and disturbing the peace. Rent will be forefitted.

We hope you have a wonderful stay at Silver Star Resort and hopefully at our Suite and remember there is a lot more to do in Silver Star then just Skiing and Snowboarding.Why not plan a visit to Tube Town or go Ice Skating...Youngsters would love the Mini Sled area (suitable for ages 7-12) or there is always our favourite a Horse drawn sleigh ride or Dinner Tours where you can be picked up in a 12 passenger snow-cat and taken to an enchanting cabin setting and feasting on delicious offerings of sumptuous food and wine and return transportation to the villiage is by Horse drawn sleigh.There is also Nature Tours specially designed for you and depending on the season ofcourse Bears and Berries Tours and Ghosts of Silver Star Tours, Mountain Wildlife Tours, Mushrom safaris and Snowshoe Tours. If skiing or Snowboarding is your main interest maybe you could learn to do professional Big Air Jumps in the new aerial training site (that's if your game) or there is Dual Moguls Race Course site of 2004 Jr National Freestle Championships offering 902ft of excitement complete with wireless timing this FIS certified course ensures fast paced adventures for those who accept the challenge. There is also 16 acres of Terrain Park (with amazing boxes,rails and spines), or why not have a go at Cross-Country skiing and there is also a Rock-Climbing wall and a wonderful Spa.So come and enjoy and let Silver Star work it's charm on you.
