Welcome to Bridge Gate 13, a luxurious end unit. Bridge Gate is the newest and most prestigous town home complex in Sun Peaks. Excellent location, quality construction, and great design, make our's a home you will want to return to every year.

Max 10 people are able to stay, incuding any children in that 10.

 Property Description

Enter up a short flight of stairs to the main floor. Our home has a seperate family/TV room away from the living area, but close enough to the kitchen for snacks. The living room faces south so you can enjoy the winter sunshine. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. There is a convenient powder room between the kitchen and family room. Just off the kitchen is the large front deck covered by the huge beamed roof.

Head up the stairs to the master bedroom with its unbelievable ensuite complete with huge two person shower, and deep luxurious tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the upper floor as well, as is the main bathroom.

On the lower level you will find the 4th bedroom and a den ( queen size pullout sofa), the laundry room, and the entrance to the two vehicle garage,which is a ski mudroom only. Two vehicles may park right in front of the garage doors outside, but not in it. This  is an end unit so there is plenty of parking right beside the unit, if you have more than 2 vehicle. A boot dryer and  plenty of ski, board, and bike storage in the heated garage is also provided.

The private hot tub is easily accessed off the main floor.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless booking can be replaced. any cancellation refunds are subject to processing and/or penalty fees incurred by the Property Owner.
Courtesy Hold Reservations we cannot hold courtesy reservations.
Delayed Arrivals no refunds. we are not responsible for delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage please store bikes in garage only. do NOT bring bikes inside the home
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am. check out time strictly adhered to as cleaners must access right at 10am
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests are responsible for all cleaning costs over and above those of normal use. Guests will be responsible for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, etc.
Excessive Noise this is a family complex, please do not disturb our neighbours. Quiet time is 11 pm.
Garbage Removal Please take Garbage to the Transfer Station located on Industrial Way (western entrance to the resort).
Housekeeping provided by us after your departure. Guest are responsible for : leaving no dishes dirty, and dishwasher loaded, and cycle complete before departing the unit. Washer and Dryer : Brand new units and are the "HE" models ( High Efficiency ), please use and follow soap diections or the machine will shut down if too much soap is added. If warranty is void the guest will be responsible for cost incurred.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort. Hotub rules: We are not responsible for any injuries, or incidents leading to loss of life while in or around hotub or the rental unit itself. Please shower prior to going into tub. Use only the plastic tumblers provided in kitchen cupboard for drinks. Any alcohol /or other beverages/ food or any other foriegn matter introduced into hotub may cause need for a water change and chemical rebalance after use, if this happens guest will be charged for this.
Locking Door please ensure doors and windows are locked anytime you are away from our home.

Missing Items Guests will be deducted, from there damage deposit if any items are missing from the unit. If it exceeds the $1000.00 put down then that will be persued with the persons who's name was on the rental agreement.
Parking & Ticketing ABSOLUTELY NO INSIDE PARKING PLEASE . The garage is a, ski dressingroom. Two vehicles may park outside the door . Also this being an end unit there is 4 complex spots right next to unit for anyone in the unit or complex to use. If you park in the garage there will be extra $300.00 charge deducted from your damage deposit. Please respect the signage around the resorts for no road parking.
Policy Updates we reserve the right to update and/or changes our policies from time to time.
Property Damage A damage deposit of $1000.00 CDN is collected with balance of Booking payment. Please note: liability for damage and/or theft pertaining to the rental of this property shall not be limited to the $1000.00 damage deposit collected. The refund of the Damage Deposit, or any portion thereof, is in Canadian Currency with no consideration to currency fluctuations.

The house was truly amazing. Everything was in perfect condition. All of the appliances were top end appliances that worked perfectly. All of the rooms were spacious, and the master bedroom was especially nice. All of the stone flooring was heated, which was really nice. There was even a boot warmer in the garage.

We had a great holiday at Sun Peaks this year. The house at Bridge Gate #13 worked out just great for the three couple we had. The house was clean, well equiped and very comfortable for the three adult couples. It was so great that we never went out once for dinner!! And actually decided to ski through the day and return mid afternoon for leftovers for lunch. We all love to cook so the kitchen was well used and very functional. The only missing things were alarm clocks in the bedrooms and an outdoor thermometer.

We had a great time. This unit is spacious with 10 individuals . Seculed as it is an end unit and has a great few of the mountain through the front windows. It was just like being home . The kitchen facilities are great with two sinks and is complete with decor that is appealing , and fully furnished with matching kitchen ware. The mountain was close and yet it was secluded. I would Highly recommend this unit.

Fun in the Snow

We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were beautiful but found it too far to ski to the chair lifts from the house and too far of a walk for the kids to the village. Walking to the Village at night was very dangerous in the dark as well. One thing that turned us off as well is the oven wasn't working before we arrived and nobody relayed this info to us. We had to call Don and ask what is going on with the oven. We had no oven the whole time we were there. Also, there needs to be clock radios in the bedrooms. That would be nice. Another thing check out time is way too early - 11am would be better.

Beautifully appointed, comfortable home

We have rented ski homes in Whistler for the past 5 years and have yet to find a home within our price range that could equal this one. Being brand new is a hugh plus, also this home is very large with room for everyone to spread out over 3 floors, it is comfortable, has high end furniture, appliances and lots of cooking and eating utensils to make each meal a joy to prepare and eat. We did not require any additional services but Don was very helpful and offered assistance if required. Ski in/out - my only foot notes would be to ski out you can not reach the village, and so you need to purchase your lift ticket the night before as the base lift does not sell tickets. Shuttle bus does not take you home, it is a bit of a hike up hill from parking lot 5. I would return and I would highly recommend this home.
