The Aspens is a true ski in-ski out location. By skis, you can reach the Wizard chairlift at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in less than a minute or two. Whistler Village, with all the shops and restaurants, are all within 5 to 10 minute walking distance. This can also be said for the bike trails/parks and Lost Lake.


All property title and ownership are verified independently by at the time that the property is listed.
AlluraDirect takes no further measures to confirm property ownership beyond this initial action.
Owners who participate in the online credit card processing system have undergone additional screening through their payment processing application.
All owners must agree to's Terms of Service Agreement, which outlines minimum mandatory standards, terms of account termination, and the formal guest complaints process.
All customer complaints against owners are tracked and kept on record. Owners with more than 2 complaints spanning a subscription period are automatically terminated. Owner accounts are now immediately terminated under a subset of zero tolerance clauses in the Terms of Service Agreement. Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. If reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival, then refunds will be limited to the amount paid, less a 10% cancellation fee or $200 (whichever is more). If reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival, all payments will be non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals The building is open 24 hours.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information ll necessary information (ie. door codes, directions, maps, etc.) will be e-mailed to guests approximately a week in advance of their arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage here is a bike storage area at the entrance of the underground parking entrance. Make sure you bring your own bike locks.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Property management reserves the right to evict guests due to excessive noise.
Garbage Removal here is a garbage and recycling facility located in a shed just outside the main entrance.
Housekeeping he suite is cleaned after each departure.
Internet Availability & Usage Free wireless Internet is available. Broadband ethernet connection is also available.
Liability he guest making the booking is responsible for all damages, and for ensuring that these policies are known and followed.

Property Damage Guests are responsible for all property damage they or any of their party members have caused. Refunds will not be issued in the event of an eviction.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Nightly rentals (Phase 1).

About Us

Our family lives in Maple Ridge, BC ( a municipality that is approx. 50 minutes east of Vancouver, BC). We have thoroughly enjoyed the summer months at Whistler, biking, hiking, shopping and trying out the different restaurants. We look forward to the winter months at Whistler so that our kids can ski and snowboard.

We absolutely loved this condo! Open concept, large patio with bbq, upper village access in less than 2 mins by foot and the bed is ridiculously comfortable. Condo is super quiet even though it is a family friendly resort. We visit Whistler several times a year and now that we found this gem, we have a new favourite rental.

It's a great place and I will go again. I can't say as much for the previous guest. The dishes in the kitchen were not clean. They were put away, and appeared to have been run through the dishwasher, but there was food stuck to every plate, cup, fork, and spoon. I felt it necessary to wash every piece before I ate or drank from it.

Beautiful Condo and Excellent All Around

We stayed in the Aspens for 4 days and it was fantastic. Terry was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions through email. The check-in process was easy and efficient. Once in the room, it was stocked accordingly and very clean. Although we didn't use the BBQ on the deck, it is a very nice touch and a good size. Wifi internet was fast and easy to connect to. There are TV's in the bedroom and in the living room with Shaw digital boxes. You can park underground for $16 a day or for free on Spearhead Drive. There are few places to park on the road and you will be towed if you're not within the signs. Parking on Spearhead Drive will leave you with a 3-5 minute walk to the Aspens.

The Aspens is located just off of the base of Blackcomb Mountain. The walk to the village is 10-15 minutes away. The location of the Aspens is great and I wouldn't stay any further away than here.

We had a great time and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The condo itself is beautiful and very modern, I think it's one of the nicest ones we looked at staying in.

My husband & I had a quick mid-week escape May 10-13 2016. We live in Coquitlam

We were happy with the unit. It was great with AC & a gas BQ. The unit looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. It was a quite location. Aspens had great hot tubs and we were within walking distance to restaurants and shops. 10 Minutes walking to lower village. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit.

Audrey & Terry provided very detailed information about the unit and the check-in procedure so everything turned out to be exactly as expected. Great location. The condo is recently decorated and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for vacation. The main bed was big and very comfortable and the sofa bad was OK as well. Ski valet service could be better, some mornings there was a line-up for getting your equipment.

Lovely condo

This is our third time staying at the Aspens. We like the location and the property amenities. The condo was very nice and we were very thankful for the good quality air conditioner.

Our only complaint would be that the pool area is easily accessed by non-guests. The last time we stayed we witnessed people walking in off the mountain trail, using the pool and facilities, then leaving with their backpack. This time we believe there was one young guest/resort employee who invited about 12 others to come to the pool area to party. Drinking, swearing, inappropriate conversations, taking over the entire pool, made it very awkward and uncomfortable for us and other families with children.

Other than this, great stay!

Very nice unit, recently decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony was great for relaxing. Recommend paying extra for the underground parking, as the free street parking was usually not available. The employees were great, provided lots of good information.

Bring all the provisions you need for cooking, as there was not even salt and pepper in the unit. Great grocery (IGA) nearby for shopping. Very close to the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, for hiking. Owner provided very detailed information about the unit, which was appreciated. I will definitely book this condo on my next visit, if it is available.

The Best Time Ever!

This unit at the Aspens was a great choice for us a family of 3! We did not get the poolside view but the view up Blackcomb slope side and to the front traffic circle was still very nice. We enjoyed our morning breakfast out on the sunny patio. The king bed was " to lie for" lol.... had a very good sleep. Thank goodness for the air conditioning this weekend as Whistler broke record temperatures! It would have been nice if the air conditioning was throughout the unit but the unit was equipped with a stand up fan so we made good use of it while we were in the livingroom . The pool area was nice but quite crowded on this long weekend. The Jacuzzis came in handy at the end of a long hot day of hiking all over the place! The staff at the front desk were very kind and the Australian lad even remembered our name and unit number by the end of the 3rd day. There was no parking available on the street so we had to add the $15/day parking fee on to our stay which is a bit steep..but at least we knew our car was safe and parked out of the heat. The unit was clean and suited our every need. We found however that the fridge did not get that cold even when the dial was at the highest setting so we put our freezer packs into the fridge to keep our meat a bit colder. I would recommend a blender for the hot summer months so that we can blend drinks and smoothies! We loved the new little Webber barb b q! Good choice. We hope to be returning to Whistler again in the not too distant future and will be keeping the Aspens in mind..:)
