Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided via email upon final payment of reservation. Please ensure you do not leave home without this as you will need it once you arrive in Whistler
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
Bike Storage Common Bike Room provided. Not recommended for Expensive Mountain Bikes. Absolutely no bikes to be stored in the condo. Please ask us about alternative on mountain storage options.
Check-In Time 4 PM.
Check-Out Time 10 AM.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs A $75 cleaning charge will be applied should we feel that cleaning upon your departure is excessive beyond normal use.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise allowed after 10pm in this building. Strictly enforced.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more.
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed wireless internet. The internet is provided by the phone company, if they have an interruption is service we are not responsible.
Liability Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises.
Locking Door Door does not lock on its own upon exit. Please make sure you lock door upon exit
Maintenance Emergencies 24-hour cell. Complete emergency information will be provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 persons, strictly enforced.
Noise Restrictions Noise restrictions in effect after 10pm in this building. Zero tolerance for partying and loud music. Security will be called should this occur and empowered to evict. BY BOOKING WITH US YOU AGREE TO PAY FOR ANY STRATA / BYLAW FINES LEVIED AGAINST YOU.
Parking & Ticketing $16/day payable upon arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage inured by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur
Rental Accommodation Zoning Phase 1 Nightly rentals allowed.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Secure individual ski lockers provided. Please do not store equipment in condo under any circumstances. Damage from equipment storage in condo will be at guest expense to repair.

Stayed in this apartment for 5 nights leading up to Christmas. Lovely apartment, very comfortable and warm. Quiet area being located just outside whistler village but a regular free bus from directly outside meant there was no problem staying on the edge of the village. Very clean.

We had such a lovely experience staying at this unit in the Marquise. It is perfectly located to be away from traffic, yet a short walk to anything. The kitchen is well equipped and the unit is well decorated and perfectly clean and tidy. We will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great. The room was as expected. comfortable, clean, functional, nice. The hottub, pool and games area was under construction, but still accessible. It's an easy walk to Whistler village. The parking is expensive ($16 per day) but that was clearly advertised, and if you don't use it, then it helps keep the room rates down. There are many places away from the hotel you can park for free, so it wasn't a big deal. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. Thank you.

Certainly met expectations. Very fully equipped and comfortable. Beds were superb. Excellent spa. No in house reception but this was not a problem. Ski access to Blackcombe chair, and bus stop for free shuttle to Whistler Village loop at the door. Had a problem accessing internet and access to full range of TV channels but this could presumably be fixed. Excellent value as rate very competitive with anything else available.

Great value, great location - 2 minute trail to the slopes.

Nothing fancy, just a clean, cozy, comfortable place to stay while vacationing in Whistler. A short walk to the slopes (We ride) and you could make it all the way back out to the road if you were on skis. There was a couple of items missing (Cork screw which we traded for a glass of wine from a very nice neighbor, and a colander for our pasta) which I'm sure was replaced after our stay. We can't say anything negative about the place - we got a great rate and had a great time.

Hello, we stayed in appartment in january 2012. We really liked the place, it was clean, nice and big enough for 4 of us. Thank you very much for the possibility of staying there. The liked the location very much, because it was next to the lifts for Blackcomb mountain. If the time allow us we will be back.

Dear owners, thank you! We had a great week of skiing in Whistler. The apartment was exactly as advertized, well maintained, clean, fully equipped, and ready on time. We did not have any issues other than the fact that water was shut down for a few hours due to some sort of problem with the pipes, but this was not a big deal, and can happen anywhere. Paid parking and coin laundry facility are easily available and well maintained. The building is clean and quiet with easy access to Blackcomb wizard chairlift. I would stay there again.

This place was great! Had everything we needed and just a short trail walk to the Blackholm chairlift and a little further of a walk to Whistler village. The building had a great outdoor heated pool, hottub, and sauna to relax after a long day. Nice and quiet at night.
