Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for a week during early august. The unit is extremely private and quiet, and also very well-maintained and clean. The owner is friendly, and thought we thought it might be awkward sleeping in an apartment directly below the owner, it wasn't at all uncomfortable. It was like we owned the place - we felt very comfortable and relaxed. I walked to the nearby beach daily, and easily drove the 15 minutes to hike Grouse Grind while we were there. It's a unique property because it's secluded and next to everything at the same time. We recommend this property to anyone visiting the Vancouver area! The only suggestion we had was to include a lighter comforter and portable fan in the unit - even with the windows open, we got a bit warm at night. But other than that, everything was perfect!

We felt right at home, Darren has it furnished with all the comforts plus... Location is ideal, quiet, private, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and beach. We highly recommend to a couple or single person.

This was a fantastic stay! The owners are very nice and helpful, the place is quiet, modern and clean with a nice view on the little creek. All within easy reach of the town centre by the bus.
