| Cancellations Made by Guests | Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable,less 6% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. Deposits and Balance payments for reservations occuring in February 2010, are non refundable with the exception of the Olympics being cancelled. |
