 Welcome!

 We want to welcome guests to our home in the mountains.  This spectacular chalet offers peace and quiet, along with unparalleled views of the valley mountains.

Come and enjoy the huge deck, have a relaxing soak in the on-deck completely private hot tub after an exhilarating day of skiing, or use the large gas BBQ to enjoy a gourmet meal.  

Sit and relax in the front reading area with your cup of coffee/tea and enjoy the views of Armchair and Wedge mountains, or snuggle by the fireplace in the grand room with a good book or watch our 52" flat screen TV.  Time absolutely stands still when enjoying the tranquility of our home.

Our home will offer guests a wonderful memory and we would hope that guests will look after our home as if it were their own.

 Property Description

Parking is right outside the front door.  There is ground floor entry with clothes closet and stairs up to main level.  

The main level is an open floor plan which includes a large kitchen, 3 piece bathroom, Grand room with attached dining area, large covered deck with hot tub and patio set (in summer).  

There are two large bedrooms upstairs with a 3 piece bathroom. One can view the main level and outside snow ladened trees (in winter) from the upstairs as well.

Dining table and 6 chairs is an extension of kitchen and living areas.

The dining area and into the living area is surrounded by windows and oversize french doors leading to a large covered deck.  This area provides a bright yet cozy area to sit around the table and chat for hours.  You can also view Whistler and Blackcomb mountains from the dining area, or you can go to the front reading area and have a private morning coffee and enjoy the view of Wedge and Armchair mountains.

 We offer a private sun deck with a huge hot tub.  Because part of the deck is covered the hot tub can be used all  year round with no worry of moisture from the outside elements.  There is a gas BBQ and in the summer a lovely patio suite.

Our home is located in Alpine Meadows subdivision.  

Turn left from Highway 99 onto Alpine Drive.  Proceed to stop sign at corner of Alpine Drive and Rainbow Drive.

Turn left onto Rainbow Drive continue driving past the next stop sign for approximately one kilometer.  

Turn left onto Buckhorn Drive, then left onto Buckhorn Place.  You have arrived! We are the first property on your right hand side on the corner

It is a short walk to Meadow Park Sports Complex (hockey arena, swimming pool, squash courts, exercise gym).  Or walk (cross country ski) beside the River of Golden Dreams.

The Valley Trail is groomed with a free cross country path in winter.  For walking enthusiasts... It is a 45 min walk to the village or a 20 minute bike ride along the Valley Trail.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Residential area. No parties/rowdy behaviour acceptable
Garbage Removal Any household garbage generated by guests must be taken to recycle centre close to Nesters.
Housekeeping before arrival and after departure. If booking is longer than 7 days premises will be cleaned after 7 days.
Liability guest making booking is responsible for all damages and ensures group compliance with policies.

Murray and I have been long time skiiers of Whistler Mountain first before Blackcomb Mountain was built and we now love to ski Blackcomb Mountain as well.  

We have worked tirelessly for many years to build and develop our home in Whistler.   We are happy that our children also love the winter/summer sports that Whistler has to offer.

Our home is near and dear to us and because we love it so much it is our desire to share our little bit of paradise with others.   Please enjoy and look after our home as you would your own.
