Welcome to our beautiful, comfortable, ground floor, turret-style condo nestled under giant maples on le domaine du Geant golf course. Perfect for relaxing on the quiet deck or strolling 10 minutes (free, year-round shuttle) to the pedestrian base village for skiing, fun, 4 season village activities, restaurants, shopping, bars and nightlife. There is always something to do. Les Manoirs' 3-tiered swimming pool and hot tub open June - Sept, with beach and water activities a short step away. Visit the new Mont Tremblant casino via cable car or short drive and Le Skandinave Spa for the ultimate in relaxation.  Free internet access. New flights via Porter Air and Continental Airlines from Boston, Chicago, Montreal, NY Newark, Thunder Bay and Toronto make Mont Tremblant an easy destination.

Living Area

Large ceiling fan in the circular turret style living area sits above the leather sofa and chair. A queen size sofa bed opposite the stone fireplace completes the living area comfortably seating 7. A 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD player is placed for your enjoyment. Bring your favourite DVDs or watch one of the selection we have in the condo.

Dining Area

The dining area looks out onto the deck via patio doors. Open concept living. The sheltered deck has a gas fired BBQ and large table and seating for six.

Special Features

Our condo features a turret style living area which enhances the ambience of your stay. In summer the deck is kept cool by the dappled shade of the maple and birch trees; catch the evening sun by the patio at the front door or the fireworks on Canada day from the deck. Look out for the deer as they graze in the early morning. In winter take a 5 minute walk to the Porte du soleil ski lift, or catch the free shuttle to the base village. Les Manoirs is surrounded by le domaine du Geant golf course many walking trails both in summer and cross-country skiing in winter. The beach is just minutes away as are the water activities on Lac Tremblant.

Our condo is a ground floor end unit and is located in Les Manoirs complex adjacent to Chemin des Quatre Sommets, a quiet road only used to access other homes in the area. Les Manoirs is surrounded by le domaine du Geant golf course. Close enough to the pedestrian village to enjoy all the fun, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a truly relaxing holiday.

Please enjoy our condo and treat it kindly. No pets and no smoking inside the condo. Please take your refuse out to the garbage and recycling bins in the parking lot prior to your leaving and set the dishwasher running if you have not already done so. We hope you enjoy your holiday.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests No cancellations prior to 45 days prior to check in. Full refund available if cancellation made prior to 45 days of arrival
Delayed Arrivals No refund or part refund.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Driving instructions and door access will be supplied via email a few days prior to your arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4pm. Earlier check in may be available. Please check with owner
Check-Out Time 11am. Please respect check-out time as condo will need to be made ready for the next guests who may arrive same-day.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs $100. When the required houskeeping is above the normal expected.
Excessive Noise Please respect others in the complex and keep noise to a minimum.
Garbage Removal Remove garbage/recyclables upon departure. Place garbage/recyclables in wooden bin in parking lot near to condo.
Housekeeping Provided before and after your stay. No daily housekeeping
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to our guests or their guests while they are on our property or at any locations in the Mont Tremblant resort.
Locking Door Please keep door locked when not in the condo. The door access code will be supplied prior to your stay
Maintenance Emergencies Please call owner in the first instance. If not available please phone local contact number supplied with check-in information. Names and phone numbers are supplied with check-in information
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from noise complaints.

 About Us

Our family lives in Ottawa and we find the 4 season activities and quiet times in Tremblant a wonderful boon. We can join in the fun or just relax as the fancy takes us. The 2 hour drive from our home is very easy, the ferry at Cumberland and the new roading from Montebello is just great in all weathers.
