Our home has a PERSONAL HOT TUB on its back patio, a gas fireplace, CD/stereo, jacuzzi and soaker tubs, and TV, VCR and DVD player. We have a private entrance, both front and back, and are the closest to the garage entrance. Our unit has no stairs to climb, which makes for efficiency and ease of moving luggage and supplies, and getting to the free shuttle (right across the street) in ski boots! We also will accept well behaved, clean, vaccinated, and parasite free pets with the right assurances.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 11 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages reulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 11pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation out of respect for neighboring guests.|
|Housekeeping||Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||24 hour pager service. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests|
