Our 2 bedroom condo is furnished with 1 king size bed and the other bedroom a queen size bed. For an additional person a fold out couch.
The condo features: Kitchen with European style cabinets, granite countertops, s/s appliances and wine cooler. The dining room and living room is open to views of the city. The den is an office with access to a computer wired for high-speed internet. The unit is about 980 square feet and faces North, viewing the North Shore mountains, city and ocean.
In addition, our unit is 1/2 block away from the Canada-Line Skytrain Station, 20 minutes direct from the airport and 7 minutes on Skytrain to the Vancouver Convention Centre.We offer free secured parking and early check in upon availability.

A newly built gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and fully equipped kitchen with dishes, utilities, pots and pans. Dishwasher and microwave. A small wine cooler installed. 2 Bar stools and sitting counter area to serve smaller meals.
The living area features a new wool area rug with coffee table. Cream colored couches facing north view of the city, brown leather couch that folds out to a bed. The view sees the North Shore mountains and ocean. For your entertainment a 46" flat screen tv, with Blu-ray disc player, stereo system.
The dining area faces views of the city, North Shore mountains, ocean and False Creek and Science World. Open, large windows to see from with blinds. Seats 4 comfortably.
Vacation condo in the centre of downtown Vancouver, in the International Village district. Fully furnished and nicely decorated, open layout condo. We have a security guard in the evening and a concierage during the day. There is secured underground parking. The balcony off our condo, serves tourists to take in the lovely views of the Espana water gardens, the city, mountains, ocean and False Creek. Two people may sit, while sipping Starbucks coffee, located right across the street.
The dining area in the condo provides a beautiful view of the mountains, ocean and False Creek.
Our building is less than 2 years old and provides a large swimming pool, fitness facility and hot tub.
Movie theatres and many Japanese and Asian restaurants located right in Tinsletown mall and the surrounding areas.
Travelling is made simple without a car, as Skytrain station is around the corner of the building.

Our condo is located in downtown Vancouver, the International Village district. We are the Espana building in the phase 2 tower. Our condo is on the 23rd floor. We are located right across from Rogers Arena, and around the corner is Costco Foods and the SkyTrain Station.
Tinsletown is located right across the street. There is an Asian style mall with movie theatres, shops and restaurants. T&T Market is a large grocery food store, conveniently located around the corner from building. Also, the famous Vancouver Chinatown is only 5 blocks away on Keefer Street.
Our location is convenient and centrally located for easy viewing, the city of Vancouver. It is located close to Andy Livingstone Park, Edgewater Casino and Science World. It is only a 5 min. walk to the Seawall. An easy walk to a water taxi, to visit Granville Island. Should you want to see shows, we are within 10 minutes walking to The Center of Performing Arts and Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Only 3 stops on the Skytrain brings you to the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre. 1 stop from the Skytrain station and you are on Granville Street, the food and entertaiment area. Visit the old Gastown clock and see the neat shops and quaint restaurants, a mere 3 block walk. Or just lounge in our Olympic sized pool, with large hot tub, watch a movie in the movie room or play pool in the games room. Whatever your desires, our location and building unit offers a traveller many conveniences.

This unit is non-smoking and no pets allowed. The doors are locked by a key with fob, that also gives access to elevators, entrances and parking attached. We are husband and wife both born and raised in Vancouver. We love this city! It is a fantastic place to visit anytime of the year. If you are a winter person, you can enjoy our famous ski mountains. Also walk to Canada Place and see the beautiful christmas tree displays> Also at all the famous brand name hotels. Or if you enjoy the fall, come to visit the wine festival or enjoy strolling along Stanley Park and walking around the seawall. If you like warm weather, then rent bikes or a boat and discover many beautiful areas of the city. We recommend you take a water taxi and visit Granville Island. There's so much to do and see! We know you will enjoy the convenience our location will offer a visitor, any time of the year. We guarantee you will leave your vacation content, wanting to come back and stay again!
Great location, beautiful views, easy to be there. Even the little things that can be inconveniences were taken care of... Shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, bath soap and dishwasher/laundry detergent were available. We would absolutely stay at this property again! Great restaurants and lots of sights and shopping in walking distance.
Just returned from 5 days in Vancouver and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Espana. Apartment was great and suited our two couples very well. Conveniently located between Yaletown and Gastown, at the edge of Chinatown. Especially appreciated the flexibility shown by the owners during our planning and during our stay. highly recommended.
Landlord was attentive to detail. Many amenities that were beyond expected. Greeting was beyond expected. Directed to dining, transportation and many desirable attractions. Great condo, beautiful views of downtown and harbor, condo fully furnished beyond expectation and responsive to all
requests. This is definitely a 2 bedroom/2bath that you want to consider when looking for a classy place to stay when enjoying Vancouver.

In a spectacular city with much to offer the visitor, "Espana Beauty in Vancouver!" proved for us to be one of Vancouver's highlights. Ideally located (adjacent to a SkyTrain station), in easy walking distance of Gastown, Yaletown, and Downtown, the apartment lacked nothing. For the visitor to Vancouver, the breathtaking 23rd floor views lend a sense of space and drama to bedrooms and living areas alike. Thoughtfulness and attention to detail are the hallmark of Carmela and Lionel Wardrop's well-organised condo and you would be hard-pressed to find a better equipped holiday apartment anywhere. On our next visit to Vancouver, choosing where to stay will be the easiest aspect of the travel arrangements!

We stayed in this condo with our daughters and it was a great family vacation. The unit is sleek and modern, and the view is amazing. It is located near Costco, the Skytrain, and bike rentals. Chinatown was an easy walk. There was always plenty to keep all of us busy! The owners provided great communication, overall a great experience.
We really enjoyed our 5-night stay in Espana. The expansive views are hard to drag yourself away from, day and night. Great location next to Stadium Skytrain station and an easy 10-minute walk to the water taxi stop at Plaza of Nations. Appreciated the generous basket of snacks and bottle of wine supplied by our friendly, professional hosts as well as all the condiments in the fridge and other extras. Fun shopping for provisions at the great asian supermarket just up the road; a liquor store is just as handy. Wonderfully comfy bed and couches.
We stayed 13 nights over Christmas and New Year and it quickly felt like our luxury home, , great view over the harbour and mountains, so easy to get around downtown and beyond walking or the skytrain and foodshop at the amazing T&T; opposite. Vancouver restaurants for choice , quality and service must be among the best cities in the world the sushi was amazing in particular at alfa. Stanley Park is fantastic , park doesn't do it justice the forest area is primeval once you get off the track, great aquarium too. We skied one day at Grouse which was 60 minutes door to door by public transport and you get to ski looking / falling down over the city! Spent New Year at the Fan Club (blues), great atmosphere for an older crowd. Our 2 children 20/19 had a great time and had their own key and loved the food too especially breakfast at Save on Meats nearby and at Steam Rock and the skiing of course. Only downside was the predictably poor weather in December , the grey days can be oppressive but the apartment with its pool was a sanctuary to chill in and we rented a car to drive up to Whistler up the Sea to Sky highway just 90 minutes away! Stopping on route there and back for amazing views and waterfalls. Other highlights - Lynn Canyon, polite friendly Canadian people! ( was given a lift by an autospares company when I lost my way one day), brewery tours and the pale ale. Dealing with Lionel and his mum was very easy and we would come again definitely.
Our family (husband, daughters (8 & 12), and I) stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. The condo is well appointed and has lovely views. It is also very clean. Our girls enjoyed swimming in the pool, too. Lionel was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We appreciated the basket of snacks, especially after a long travel day. We highly recommend this condo!
We loved Vancouver, and we especially loved our 'home' at Espana! Everything we needed to cook at home was in the kitchen, and the views while we had dinner were amazing... The location is perfect for accessing the city transit system, walking to Yaletown, and popping into the casino to try out your luck! The condo was very comfortable, and we loved the asian market next door. We found more fresh seafood there than we had seen anywhere in our travels around BC. We'll definitely be back the next time our journey ends in Vancouver!
We've just returned from a wonderful vacation stay!!! We are actually missing the apartment and especially the view!!! Carmela met us in the front and made the check in easy. She was so nice and and welcoming!! The pictures do not do this apartment justice. It is truly amazing!! We felt comfortable right away. They even had a basket full of delicious treats and soda pop in the fridge!! The location was great and had easy access to the city attractions. The building is very secure and everyone was very pleasant. We loved Vancouver and we loved Espana!! We definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future. Very efficient and easy rental process from start to finish. Service was very good. Met us on arrival and showed us the condo and the amenities. Owners only a phone call away and very helpful. Refund check for the damage deposit returned promptly. The condo is very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped. WiFi is easy to access and very fast. Washer and drier easy to use and quiet. The location on the edge of China town is about 8 blocks from downtown, but because its right next to a subway station transportation is easy. There is a supermarket and a Cosco within one block. Starbucks one block, sandwich shop and pizza half a block, good restaurants and bars about 4 blocks - easy walking. Access to the walking/jogging/bicycling path around the harbor and Stanley Island is about two blocks. All-in-all a very nice place.
My wife, my two year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed out stay in Vancouver. The condo/apartment was perfect for us - two bedrooms, two baths; the owners put many basics in place so we did not need to go shopping for soap etc. at all and we stayed for 12 days; this was a wonderful touch to a beautifully appointed home. It was perfect for us; we went to see the Confacaf women's soccer Olympic Qualifying and were able to walk to the arena. In addition, the rapid transit and a Costco were right outside the back parking lot. In addition to the soccer, we went to the shaky bridge and Whistler. Also, the condo is right near China town and Chinese New Year occurred while we were there - we walked to the celebration and then were able to retire to the condo and watch the parade from the excellent view on the 23rd floor. Our stay could not have been better - very awesome.
I absolutley love this location! This was my 3rd stay here, and I never tire of it. The condo is modern, clean, tastefully decorated, well appointed with everything you need, and the beds are super comfy.Best of all though are the amazing views and the location!! Everything you need/want is a stone's throw away..all kinds of cuisine from fine dining to takeout, movies, concerts, hockey games, shopping, spa, nightlife, Chinatown, Gastown, biking, sightseeing, boating, even a meditation garden...I could go on. Even on the rare occasion I decided to stay in, I had access to groceries, fine wine, gourmet desserts, a swim in the pool and a sauna and hottub. This place really left me wanting for nothing. The hosts are very pleasant and considerate also, so I really appreciate that...cant wait to return!!
Espana is the perfect place to stay when we are doing business in Vancouver. We can easily combine business and pleasure during after hours. The close access to meetings,restaurants and entertainment allows us to walk or take sky train anywhere in the downtown core.
Mostly we like to walk. The scenery is spectacular, especially from the balcony of the 23rd floor which faces the water and mountains directly.

The condo was spotless and so comfortable. We rented it because of the views promised on the website and we weren't disappointed! The views of the mountains and of False Creek were incredible. The location also couldn't be beat. We were only steps from the SkyTrain. The building was quiet and peaceful - perfect for a vacation. I loved everything about the property and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The owners even gave us a great welcome basket with lots of snacks and goodies. They were wonderful hosts!

Lionel and Carmella were great hosts for this condo. It was clean, secure, convenient, comfortable and, overall, a great place to stay! I don't think you could stay closer to the sky train; I highly recommend buying a day ticket and getting your money's worth - we did the same for the water taxi. If you're a Costco member, the market is right around the corner. If not, there is a great Chinese market. We couldn't possibly see everything this trip and hope to return someday. If so, we'll be looking for Espana again.
