Location & Map
Our ski-in / ski-out property is located on the mountain with direct access from our private deck or the frontdoor to 5 ski lifts including Night Skiing. The TELUS Terrain Park Chair for freestyle adventures, The Mogul track will take you down to the Snow Ghost Express and the Ridge Rocket Express, Highway 33 will lead you to the Bullet Express (which is also open for NIGHT SKIING) or to the Black Forest Express. You can cruise down Easy Street and you will be at the village center within 2 minutes on ski/board or around 5-10 minutes walking. Alternatively take the free shuttle bus from inside the compound - it does not come more convenient than this !!! Enjoy.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Guest Stay Contract||When you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses|
|Late Reservation Payments||ALL payments must be cleared 45 days prior to the booking. Failure will result in cancelled reservation. No refunds. Guest can re-book dates if they still are available; deposits will not be recharged.|
|Privacy||The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. |Reservation Changes||If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calcutated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similar non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.|
Guest Stay Policies
|Check-In Time||The check-in time is 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.|
|Check-Out Time||The check-out time is 10 a.m. on the day of departure. May be flexible upon request and will be confirmed before your arrival.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||C$ 20 per hour.|
|Excessive Noise||Guest are requested to be considerate between the times of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. at all time. Excessive noise outside of the stated hours will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rental and deposit payments.|
|Housekeeping||The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and after your departure. However we request that the property will be left in an orderly state and all kitchen utensils will be washed. A midstay clean is complimentary offered for bookings over 8 nights. If emergencies happens, a complete set of clean linens are accessible within the property.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Unlimited free ADSL internet use. Computer is not supplied|
|Liability||The owners or their agents of the property accept no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. The property booked has its own private hot tub. The owners and their agents cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever and howsoever caused as a result of the use of the hot tub or its surrounding area which may be icy and slippery due to weather conditions. No diving is permitted and guests are specifically required to supervise children at all times.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Emergency contacts will be given upon final payment. We will do our best to resolve all issues immediately. Though some maintenances will not be possible to rectified during your stay and we shall not be liable.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||7 people. Will be evicted if more than 7 overnight occupants|
|Missing Items||All missing/damaged items will be charged to the guests. In the event of missing/damaged items the Guest authorize a CAD 500 charge on their credit card upon their departure. Further cost, if applicable, will be billed to the Guests..|

|Reservation Guarantee||Property sale/damage-We will relocate you to a comparable property. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation related products.|
|Snow Guarantee||We hope you will get an unforgetable snow adventure but we cannot guarantee the weather conditions.|
|Fill up your gas tank before you get to Big White||For you who are travelling by car we recommend you do your shopping before you come to Big White. Big White do offer shopping opportunities but has a limit selection. You can also contact Vacation Food Service on www.vacationfoods.com and they will do the shopping and delivery for you.|

|Are there any banks/ATMs/Currency Exchange facilities on the mountain?||5 ATM machines are conveniently located at Reakel's Pub, Snowshoe Sams, The Village Centre Mall, at the Mountain Mart and near the ticket office at Happy Valley day lodge. You can exchange foreign currency at Big White lift-ticket Condos Office located in the Village Centre Hall.|
TRANSPORT FROM KELOWNA AIRPORT TO BIG WHITE
|How do you get from Kelowna Airport to Big White?||You can drive to Big White from Kelowna in approximately 50 minutes. Following Options are available: Shuttle Bus Service is running from Kelowna Airport to Big White approximately every 2 hours. Please make prior reservation at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival through +1 250 765 1377. Taxi Services are available with either fixed fee or meter. Please call Kelowna Caps on +1 250 762 2222 Car Rental services are available through Budget, Avis, Hertz, National, Discount Cars and Enterprise.|

Welcome to our Oasis in Big White. We are a sports loving family of 4, originally from Denmark but have lived abroad since 1992 mainly in Asia but recently moved to Netherlands.
We love to travel and have active holidays - our boys cannot wait until our next trip to Big White. We have travelled the world and been fortunate to have the chance to visit many great places, but when we experienced Big White with some of our good friends, we instantly fell in love with the place and had the best family holiday ever. We love the mountain, the snow ghosts, the champagne powder snow, the many different runs, the fantastic ski school with great instructors. We love the abundence of activities for the kids (...and the more grown-up ´kids´), and the many options for dinner and drinks or the cosy nights in front of the fireplace.
We are pleased that we have the opportunity to share our home away from home with you and we look forward to welcoming you. We are traveling more than 15 hours to get here from Shanghai and we have therefore done our utmost to make the place fully equipped with all we could think of to have an unforgettable time in this fantastic place.

The best location at Big White

I think this is the best location at Big White. Above all others on the hill (elevation). You ski down to the chair lift and down to the center of the town. True ski-in ski-out. Very nice condo, clean well kept. Had a minor problems with the whirlpool and they fixed right away. This would be the first place I look at, at Big White.
