Our unit is on the quiet side of Whistler village, next to Village Stroll. 

Guests will find everything they might need with a large grocery store that  has complete take out meals, Starbucks, Rogers Video Rental shop, McDonald's,  a  pharmacy, a liquor store,  small  restaurants, great  kitchen/ gift store, emergency medical, and sport shops right there at Marketplace Centre.

  Our one bedroom unit has a queen size bed with an additional TV in the bedroom.  A comfortable queen pull-out sofa is in the living room.  We maintain and keep our condo extremely clean.

 We, as owners, live right in Whistler , very close to our unit, and can arrive quickly for any emergency call. We take  pride in providing our guests with dependable guest service and a home at a competitive rate.

Comfortable  and spacious one bedroom, one bathroom condo on the second

floor of Marketplace Lodge.. The couch in the living room folds out to a queen -

size bed.The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a window

seat area for great viewing of Whistler Village.

We offer 24 hour emergency help with renting our condo. We live close by and  can be available  quickly. We work in Whistler and are able to check on our home often to make sure our guests' needs are responded to quickly and efficiently.

Location

Free bus shuttle is right there, but it is only about  a six minute walk over to the lifts. At the end of the ski day, you can decide whether you want to walk back to the condo or ride the free shuttle bus.

Shops and  the large IGA grocery store  are at your doorstep. Very easy to get your groceries or snack foods and step right back over to our home.

 Marketplace Centre has everything you will need for your stay.

Starbuck's is right there for that leisurely cup of coffee.

  And a great children's playground is just outside our unit and it will keep the children happy in the summertime.

********* MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT of 24 years of age for adults.***********NO BIKES ARE TO BE BROUGHT INSIDE OUR UNIT, WITHOUT EMAIL PLANS ACCEPTED FOR PROPER CARE OF OUR PROPERTY ONCE THE BIKES ARE BEING BROUGHT IN.******

One parking space is available for your use  and is free during your stay . WE ASK THAT YOU DO MOVE YOUR CAR BY 1O A.M.  on your last day...  or please plan to pay $15 to stay beyond the 10 A.M. time. You can also  move your car  over to the free day lots # 4 and #5 for all  visitors.

        Following your departure, we will inspect and clean our unit.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non-refundable. Minimum cancellation fee of $30. Refunds will be returned to you based on the number of nights rebooked and the rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 8% cancellation fee.
Check-In Time 4 P.M. If you are paying for an extra half day be there, please check with us to see if we have a reservation that would interfere with staying longer. Across from Marketplace area, day lots #4 and 5 are free parking. Day lots #1-3 will be changed to pay parking in June 2010.
Check-Out Time By 10 A.M. PLEASE MOVE YOUR CAR BY 10 A.M. OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AHEAD OF TIME TO PAY AN EXTRA $15 TO LEAVE YOUR CAR THERE BEYOND THE NORMAL CHECK OUT TIME. We need to clean our unit and have it ready for the next set of guests.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed to you when balance of payment is made
Excessive Noise No noise after 8 P.M. until 8 A.M. You will be evicted without a refund.
Garbage Removal Please carry out ALL garbage before you check out. Please no left over food sitting in the fridge.
Graduation & Stag/ette Parties Absolutely NO graduation or party groups. Violation of this policy will result in eviction with no refund.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract In order to enable the reservation all guests must agree to abide by these policy terms and conditions.
Housekeeping Clean on arrival For stays of more than 7 nights, additional light cleaning will be provided at no extra charge.
Ineligible Guests & Refusal of Business: 48-Hour Reservation Cancellation The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Internet Availability & Usage Password will be provided for you.
Late Reservation Payments Will result in cancellation without a refund. The booking company does not automatically charge your credit card for your final payment. You will be reminded by our booking company and by us if you are late with your final payment and then your reservation can be cancelled after being late 48 hours when your final payment was due.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on the property.

Property Damage The guest agrees to incur all expenses relating to our property damage while staying in our unit caused by either him/herself or anyone with them.

Smoking Please smoke outside of the building. Guests have allergies and we cannot allow anyone to smoke inside our unit.
Terms of Eviction No refund given by owner and or by 24 hour security company evicted for not meeting age requirement 24 years of age, excessive noise, bringing a pet inside the unit, property damage and/ or excedding the number of allowed guests in our unit.
Travel Reseller Bookings We accept 3rd party bookings. We do not pay a commission on the posted rate.
