Whistlerkids ski-school, restaurants, bars and shops are also nearby. Property Description

The property is located on the 3th floor. Walk in through the front door - the kitchen is on the right, it is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, large oven/range, large microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. The kitchen faces on to the dining area which has a dining table with seating for six.  Next to this is the lounge area with a large comfortable feature couch, 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, BOSE stereo system, feature fireplace and gas fire.  A great place to relax.  To the left of the kitchen is the master bedroom with king-size bed and plenty of storage. It has an ensuite bathroom (bath and shower). To the right of the kitchen is the second bedroom which has single bunks, seperate double bed and plenty of storage. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink, storeage and a large shower and is located next to this room.  All rooms have large windows with views of the slopes, hot-tubs, pool and mountains. There is a sliding door leading to the deck which has a large BBQ for your use and enjoyment or simply relax in the chairs outside and admire the view.  It is brilliantly located, very comfortable and a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price if we can replace your booking 90 days in advance and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred due to by-law violations.
Bike Storage Bike storage during your stay is in the parking garage bike storage area. Bikes are stored at the owners risk.
Check-In Time 4:00 PM. Check in advance for possible early arrivals.
Check-Out Time 11:00 AM. Please honour this to give our cleaner enough time to prepare for the next guest.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Charged at cost.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel with no refund. All associated costs and/or by-law violations will be the responsibility of the Guest.
Garbage Removal The Aspens garbage and recycling area is located in a separate shed close to the reception area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted, charged for damages and the appropriate authorities notified.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler, BC. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 guests. Strictly enforced.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items which will be charged at cost.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Property Damage Guests will pay for all damage incurred while staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest. You accept our guest stay contract by making a reservation, and therefore agree to pay us for all damages incurred during your stay. This includes any damage or charges related to by-law violations.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Resort Information Provided in check-in and arrival instructions email, upon balance payment. Local resort information is located in reception.
Terms of Eviction By 24 hour Security Company. Occupants will be evicted with no refund for excessive noise, common or private property damage, disturbing the peace and all associated charges will be the responsibility of the Guest.

We are a family of six and welcome you to our holiday home in Whistler!  Our kids love it here and we continuously upgrade the condo based on our changing needs and guest feedback.  Families will especially enjoy this unit as it is kid friendly and parents can relax in the condo while watching over the slopes, pool and hot tubs. The kitchen has been upgraded to include oversized appliances to enhance the convenience and enjoyment of our guests.  We trust you`ll enjoy your time here at our condo in Aspens - it`s hard not to!

Great stay at Whistler

Condo was great, it is not as modern/up to date in terms of decor as other units I have stayed in, if you want that, but it is certainly adequate. The TV unit in the master is very small and wasn't working when we arrived. The owner was contacted, I am not sure if it ever got fixed (possibly a cable company issue). Owner is responsive, but this is not a unit managed by The Aspens, so if anything does happen, you call the owner's local contact, not the front desk. Certainly location cannot be beat! Also the pool was shut down the whole time we were there, which was too bad, but this was obviously not owner's doing or fault.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again as it worked great for our family! Having two bathrooms was great and it was a lifesaver to have enough a/c to cool the place off on the hot days we were there. The location is wonderful and it's so nice to have a pool and three hot tubs to choose from! The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware but do be prepared to come with your own food and paper/plastic staples.

Great stay! The property is perfectly located for skiing (ski in/out) and James the owner was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and has a view of the slopes. The place has a ski valet and hot tubs overlooking the slopes. Friendly staff. My sister rented skis on site). It is more difficult if you have a stroller and need to walk into whistler as the paths were covered in snow and we had to walk on the roads (only an extra 10 mins).

True ski inn was awesome couple little problems like fireplace not working and missing light bulbs no propane for Bbq .. had propane in minutes and fixed fireplace next day and brought us light bulb same day as well. Had all the kitchen utensils we needed and saved so much eating in the room.

The pools and tub cleaned daily and where hot and every thing in gym worked fine.The staff at the rental place where the very best as was front desk for towels or fobs for pools.will defiantly stay in aspens again and this room was fine.Thanks again we had an excellent time here.

The entire complex is in need of an update. This unit is desperately in need of an update, and a good cleaning. Many items were not working properly or were broken including light switches, toilets and hooks. WiFi is spotty at best, so if connectivity is a necessity - look elsewhere or plan to spend $15/day and go The Fairmont at the bottom of the hill. Location of property is great - and that was the redeeming part of the rental.

Weekend Getaway

The ease of working with James was great as he usually replied to my questions in a couple of hours and the room was quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed and great to have stainless steel appliances and a nice working bbq grill that we used once. There are some furniture pieces that could use a fix or update, some change of sheets with stains and window blinds that need repair.

The beds are comfortable and extra blankets are provided. We used the pool and my daughter had fun but a credit card is needed to obtain a fob for access to the pool and towels. Parking is $17/day and the best elevator to use to go up to the room is the north/south. It is a good 10 minute walk to the Village using the path by the side of the pool.

James was a great host. We were impressed by the size and presentation of the suite. We always enjoy staying at the Aspens and will add James' suite to our list of good suites to stay in. It was an easy walk down to the hot tubs.

The kitchen had lots of great dishes and the appliances were lovely. I found the sound/tv system a ltitle confusing but figured it out. And there was tons of extra bedding. The only suggestion I have is that the carpets need to be cleaned.

Summer stay at Aspens

Location in the Aspens is great, so you can see the top of the mountains, part of the hot tub, but there is some tree coverage so balcony feels private. Second bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably. There is air conditioning in master bedroom which really helped because it was so hot outside.

We also love the location of the Aspens with the free bus shuttle available but also an easy walk and bike ride to get to. Would definitely try and book this unit again.
