Welcome to our home and! Our wonderful townhome awaits you! If you are looking for a spacious, well-appointed townhome with a great view, you should stop looking now!! Our townhome is in a quiet location about 1 kilometre away from the village. It is an easy 15 - 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to the village. Our townhome can be reserved by clicking on Reserve Now above. Your booking will be secured by paying a 25% deposit within 24 hours of us accepting your reservation request. The balance needs to be paid 45 days before your arrival date. Payment is easy to make through the credit card facility available on the Allura website! A few clicks and you are ready to enjoy Whistler!! This is a great and quiet place to enjoy all that Whistler has to offer. Relax and enjoy!!

Property Description

We have a very spacious townhome that even looks larger because of its high ceilings. In the front entrance, you will find a large closet where you can put your coats, boots and shoes. Through a french door, a right turn takes you into the large living room and kitchen. The heated floors in the kitchen are wonderful after a day of skiing. A turn through the french door to the left leads you down a hall to the master bedroom on your right, (with a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom), a second bathroom on your left and a bedroom at the end of the hall. The living room, kitchen and dining areas have wonderful views of the Valley and the runs on Blackcomb Mountain.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds after that time will only be made if replacement bookings are found. All refunds are subject to a 4% charge for credit card transaction fees.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Details will be delivered to you by e-mail approximately 10 days prior to your arrival date. If you require information earlier than that please let us know.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Complimentary upon departure. Mid-stay cleaning for stays longer than 7 days also are included at no additional charge.

About Us

We live in Vancouver and love coming up to Whistler for a restful break from the City. We are a teacher and accountant with two great kids, and have been enjoying Whistler for several years now, but not often enough! We selected all of the furnishings for our townhome with comfort and warmth in mind, and just love the serenity that comes from walking along the Valley Trail, or just gazing up at the runs on Blackcomb Mountain from our dining room table.

What a great location and wonderful place. The property was very well looked after and was spotless when we arrived. All the information was at our fingertips and the owners were easy to get in touch with when we needed them. The furniture in the living room has been replaced so the pictures on the website don't do it justice (hence the rating on "Accuracy & Descriptive Quality..." survey question).

The unit is on the ground floor in close proximity to the parking garage which made packing and unpacking really easy. The unit was very quiet during our stay with no noise coming from other units within the complex. Bathrooms were roomy and clean and the beds were super comfy. We were a family of 4 (Dad, Mom, 14 year old son and 11 year old daughter) and there was plenty of room. My daughter slept on the pull out couch in the living room which was very comfortable she said.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Whistler as the location is great and the accommodations were wonderful.

Clean, spacious, quiet and well-priced - what else could one ask for in a vacation rental property. The bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and toilet paper; the kitchen, with dishes and cutlery. Heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen were lovely on the feet. An eclectic music collection was enjoyed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would welcome the chance to stay there again.

The townhome was perfect for a relaxing weekend in Whistler. It was very clean, very quiet and had everything we needed (except for some kitchen utensils that we were expecting to find there e.g. scissors).
