 Our beautiful, well-appointed 1 bedroom unit is located in one of the most ideal locations in Whistler.  A perfect place for family and friends to relax after a long day on the slopes.

 

A great top floor corner location with only one neighbour. Enjoy picturesque 180 degree mountain views from Marketplace Lodges' largest patio. No vehicle required at our unit. You are steps away from shopping, restaurants and everything Whistler has to offer. It is an easy walk into Whistler village, and access to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains, or catch the free ski shuttle bus that passes by the complex regularly. Whistlers' largest grocery and liquor store are conveniently located just outside of the complex, as well as a video store, retail outlets and many restaurants.

Property Description

Our 1 bedroom property is a spacious 549 square feet, not including the large patio with 180 degree views of the surrounding mountains.  We have an open concept with the kitchen/living/dining areas located as you enter the property. Plenty of storage available, and a washer/dryer provided for laundry during your stay.  The unit has1 full bathroom.  Access to the bathroom is from the bedroom and hallway.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Cancellations Made by Guests 30 days notice required. First night is NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the balance will be refunded only if a replacement booking is made.
Delayed Arrivals Non-refundable. Sorry, we are not responsible for circumstances that may cause you to be delayed arriving to the unit.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Delivered via e-mail prior to your departure. Please contact Mountain Hideaways if you have not received information prior to departure.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Secured bike storage located in underground parking. You will need to provide your own lock
Check-In Time 4 pm. We try to accomodate for early arrivals. Please contact Mountain Hideaways.
Check-Out Time 11am. We try to accomodate for late departures. Please contact Mountain Hideaways.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs End of stay clean provided by Mountain Hideaways. If the unit is left in unsatisfactory condition, guest will incur a cleaning charge to their credit card.
Excessive Noise NOT TOLERATED. If noise complaint is received..this could result in immediate eviction.
Garbage Removal Guest responsibility. Garbage and Recycling room is located in the underground parking area.
Housekeeping A cleaning crew will prepare the unit before and after your stay. For stays of 7 days or more, we will arrange a mid-week clean and change of towels and linens if needed (no charge). Daily cleaning is not provided.
Internet Availability & Usage Free wireless internet. Instructions and passwords provided inside the unit.
Liability No liability is implied or offered in our unit. We will not be held or take responsibility for any injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our home or anywhere in Whistler resort.

Very nice view and great deck. Generally ok amenities. Mattress is pretty cheap, though. Note that it above a busy road, noisy during the day.
