Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. |Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest are required to start the dishwasher and remove trash on departure. Failure to do so can result in addtional cleaning costs|
|Excessive Noise||Not tolerated. Police, Security, and/or management will attend and there will be a minimum $200 fee. We reserve right to refuse or interrupt service to any client.|
|Housekeeping||Suite is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. Addtional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee|
|Liability||We are excluded from liability for personal, bodily injury to guests and guests of guests while they are on our property, while in transit to our home, and or while on resort property.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||24 service available. We will include phone numbers to booked guests in the delivery of instructions and access information.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||6. Exceeding the maximum capacity will result in fines and/or eviction without refund|

|Property Damage||Guests are responsible for all property damage even if offender is being hosted by the guest. A credit card deposit of $500 will be taken on check-in.|

I am a local Vancouver resident and long term Whistler-Blackcomb skier, having first skied Whistler way back in the early 70's - and, yes, I am still skiing and still loving it!
