On the balcony . . . enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and poolside.  Look just beyond the pool and hot tubs, and you will see the Wizard chairlifts moving along.

In the kitchen . . . cook up a tasty creation using the new stainless steel appliances. A good selection of utensils are readily available. You will enjoy eating at the granite counterop bar area.

In the dining area . . . dim the lights and enjoy the meal in the company of family and friends.  There is enough room for 4 or 5 guests.

In the family room . . . after a day of skiing or walking the trails, warm up by the fireplace.  Whether you are playing a game of Monopoly, reading a good book, or watching a high definition show on the 42 inch flat screen television, you will enjoy your time here.

In the washroom . . . wind down the day with a nice hot bath in the soaker bathtub.

In this unit, you will enjoy warming up by the fireplace after a day of skiing.  On the balcony, you will have a great view of the poolside and mountains.  The family may appreciate the 42" flat screen television in the living room and the 32" flat screen television in the bedroom.  The newly renovated kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.  Free Wireless Internet access is available.


At The Aspens, our guests enjoy access to the complex's three hot tubs, heated outdoor swimming pool, and huge common room with big screen TV.  During the winter season, a ski valet service is available to store your skis for the night.

Outstanding Location!

The Aspens is a true ski in-ski out location.  By skis, you can reach the Wizard chairlift at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in less than a minute or two.  Whistler Village, with all the shops and restaurants, are all within 5 to 10 minute walking distance.  This can also be said for the bike trails/parks and Lost Lake.


All property title and ownership are verified independently by at the time that the property is listed.
AlluraDirect takes no further measures to confirm property ownership beyond this initial action.
Owners who participate in the online credit card processing system have undergone additional screening through their payment processing application.
All owners must agree to's Terms of Service Agreement, which outlines minimum mandatory standards, terms of account termination, and the formal guest complaints process.
All customer complaints against owners are tracked and kept on record. Owners with more than 2 complaints spanning a subscription period are automatically terminated. Owner accounts are now immediately terminated under a subset of zero tolerance clauses in the Terms of Service Agreement. You are free to contact to get independent owner verification from our office.
Your credit card information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Guests may arrive on any day of the week. Check in at front desk to obtain electronic swipe card.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. If reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival, then refunds will be limited to the amount paid, less a 10% cancellation fee or $200 (whichever is more). If reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals The building is open 24 hours. Front desk is available for assistance if needed.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information All necessary information (ie. door codes, directions, maps, etc.) will be e-mailed to guests approximately a week in advance of their arrival. Assistance is available at the front desk upon checking in.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Late payment will result in cancellation without refund.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage There is a bike storage area at the entrance of the underground parking entrance. Make sure you bring your own bike locks.
Check-In Time 4:00 PM.
Check-Out Time 10:00 AM. Allows time for cleaners to prepare for the arrival of our next guests.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Property management reserves the right to evict guests due to excessive noise.
Garbage Removal There is a garbage and recycling facility located in a shed just outside the main entrance. Front desk will be able to direct you to this area.
Housekeeping The suite is cleaned after each departure.
Internet Availability & Usage Free wireless Internet is available. Broadband ethernet connection is also available.
Liability The guest making the booking is responsible for all damages, and for ensuring that these policies are known and followed.

Noise Restrictions Quiet hours (10PM to 9AM).
Parking & Ticketing Secured underground parking is available for $14 per night (which does not have anything to do with us). Use the ticket dispensor by the lobby entrance to purchase parking pass. See the front desk for assistance if needed.
Property Damage Guests are responsible for all property damage they or any of their party members have caused. This includes physical damage, excessive cleaning, missing items/theft, and defacing property. Guest agrees to pay for all private or common property damage caused by the guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of an eviction.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Nightly rentals (Phase 1).
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Skis and snowboards are not permitted in the suite. Please use the complimentary ski and snowboard storage located on the main level. Complimentary ski and snowboard storage is provided for all Aspens guests.
Terms of Eviction Evictions will result for excess noise, property damage, or violation of any policy applied to this rental unit/agreement. Evicted guests will NOT be entitled to any sort of refund.

About Us

Our family lives in Maple Ridge, BC ( a municipality that is approx. 50 minutes east of Vancouver, BC).  We have had this unit for about a year.  We have thoroughly enjoyed the summer months at Whistler, biking, hiking, shopping and trying out the different restaurants.  We look forward to the winter months at Whistler so that our kids can ski and snowboard.

Our stay in The Aspens was delightful. We we're very pleased with the condo! A couple of recommendations would be 1) new towels are needed and 2) a good, sharp knife. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The location is a plus as it is located moments from Blackcomb and Whistler Village.

We look forward to our next visit and most certainly will be booking this same unit!

Terry was very helpful and extremely responsive while we were booking our stay. He was very easy to work with and the condo, property, etc. was accurate to his descriptions. Their condo is updated and very clean....a place we would love to stay in again.

The property location is great for getting away from the village when desired, but a short, nice walk to Whistler Village.

Labour Day Weekend 2015

My wife and I stayed here for our first time over Labour Day weekend. This property is in a perfect location for families or couples who like to be close to the village, but do not like noisy nights. This condo is a 2 minute walk from blackhome and a 10 minute walk from Whistler Village.

For families with young children there is a pool open daily from 10am-10pm and a outdoor family fun area at the bottom of blackhome (in summer season). The condo was above our expectations; had a nice view of the pool off the balcony, a extremely comfy king bed, and all the ammenities you need.

The only negative aspect was our check-in, the man at the front desk was not very helpful and wasted alot of our time (but we did not let this effect the quality of our stay).

We plan to stay here again!

Perfect place for the perfect week! My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it. The propane grill on the deck made for a great night in. The bed is clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is well stocked with pots, pans and the necessary appliances.

Only gripe would be there are no seasonings in the suite (not even salt and pepper). There are sugar packets for coffee but that's about it. We overcame our shortage of spices at the local grocery store and had a great time!

Highly recommend this place. My wife and I are considering coming back at the same time next year. We loved it!

Great unit, excellent location.

The unit was awesome, this is the second year we've stayed here and we love it. It was clean with modern amenities. It even had an Xbox for those down days. While we were here it was an extreme heat wave, +35 or so for the whole stay.

It sounds like the air conditioner might need a tune up it wasn't really able to keep the bedroom cool very well and it sounded like it could use some love. Other than that minor thing I strongly recommend staying in this unit. We will most likely be back next year hopefully for a longer period of time.

Excellent Location!

This apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and was located very close to the elevator/ski valet/entrance to the slopes. We were very comfortable during our 4 night stay, had plenty of space for our stuff, and rested well on the very comfortable bed. The only issue is that there are no condiments at all (this was mentioned in the posting, so it wasn't a surprise). The stores don't always sell 'small' versions of everything, so you end up having to leave stuff in the apt or throwing it out if you cant use it all during your stay. Check in/out was very friendly, the ski valet was super convenient, and it was about 5 minutes to Blackcomb base, 10 minutes to Whistler Village by foot. We rented a car, but didnt use it at all once we got to the apartment. I would absolutely stay here again, well worth it and made our trip extremely pleasurable.

The excelent and well equipped for a group of four, and only left two apartment really was a very pleasant stay of 15 nights I recommend that the towels and sheets were so used (mainly towels). There was no TV service without advertising like Neflix In the past the unit have left some details Christmas, and some basic things like coffee, sugar, salt, filter coffee machine etc etc. This was not the case which is unclear if it was rented in high season for 15 days
