Whether you are coming to Fernie to ski, board, fish, hike, cycle or just to escape to the mountains, we have it all and we welcome you, as our guests.

 

Located in the Rocky Mountains, just steps from the Elk River and minutes from the Fernie Alpine Resort, our recently upgraded townhome has what you need to ensure your getaway is a success.

 

Our pet-friendly townhome boasts upgraded bedding, linens and kitchen amenities.  With two living room areas, three floors, 3 TV's, stereo, and a gas BBQ on your personal patio area, there is room for all and space for those who want it.  

 

In the winter warm up with 2 fireplaces and in the hotter months - cool down with air conditioning.

 

So you have more time to enjoy yourself, the townhome has a dishwasher, in-house laundry and a crock-pot to have a warm meal cooking, while you go out and play.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non-refundable We will refund your money if we can replace your booking. Refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds We are not responsible for circumstances that delay our guests
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Will be sent on completion of reservation and receipt of funds
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest will be charged for additional labor and cleaning product charges
Excessive Noise Excessive noise which disturbs others in the building is prohibited. You will get evicted without a refund! There is also a $200 strata fine imposed for noise and anti-social behaviour.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Housekeeping Complimentary Before arrival and after departure
Ineligible Guests & Refusal of Business: 48-Hour Reservation Cancellation The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation with loss of deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.

Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest.
Rental Accommodation Zoning The property is legally zoned for short term rental accommodation use.
Smoking No smoking inside townhome Strictly enforced. Smoking allowed outside at a minimum distance of 20 yards from the buildings. Please clean up after yourself.
Terms of Eviction Eviction for excessive noise, property damage, and disturbing the peace.

Hi and welcome!!

My name is Barb and I am the proud owner of the townhome.  I reside in Calgary, but am a BC girl, born and raised and miss the mountains, water and trees.  I was lucky enough to be able to purchase this "piece of paradise" in Dec 08 and now have all what I was missing.

I enjoy sharing the townhome and hope that you enjoy it as much as my family does!
