Location

Yaletown is located on the False Creek's waters edge of downtown Vancouver, where once situated a rundown warehouse district of Vancouver. Its rebirth started in the late 1980's, and has gradually transformed into a trendy urban community comprising a mix of residential, office, restaurants, boutiques, cafes, and more. The elevated, brick-paved loading docks with their cantilever canopies now house sidewalk tables, providing shade and shelter for the patrons of the many dining and drinking establishments. Today's Yaletown covers a much wider area than before its rebirth, and is now considered to be the area bounded on the North by Georgia Street, to the West by Richards Street, to the South by False Creek and to the East by Cambie Street.

Originally Vancouver's garment district, Yaletown still retains its links through its fashionable boutiques and local designers. Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellation by Guest: All payments are non-refundable. if we are able to find new guests and replace your booking, we will refund your money at the re-booked rate minus a 10% cancellation fee

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4:00 PM-6PM. If for any reason you are unable to check-in during this time period, please contact us in advance for special arrangements.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Locking Door Guests are responsible for loss of keys/fob and will be charged up to $400 in replacement fees.
Bike Storage Keys and storage number will be provided upon request.
Garbage Removal Garbage must be removed before departure.
Missing Items Not the owners' responsibility to locate.
Excessive Cleaning Costs After inspection, excessive cleaning costs may result in loss of damage deposit.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in fines ($50 plus) or eviction by local police or security personnel. development. Modern condo, convenient location, great views - what more do yo

My friends I thought we'd rent a condo this trip instead of the usual boutique hotel, and we're very glad we did. The location of this condo is one of its selling features, along with spectacular views, a modern interior and some nice amenities. We were one block from a market - great for making breakfasts and the occasional dinner at home - and a short walk from Yaletown. As a matter of fact, other than using a rental car for driving to Grouse Mountain and Indian arm, we pretty much explored downtown Vancouver on foot (is there any other way?). The only downside (minor) was the 2nd bedroom doesn't have as much privacy as the master, with frosted glass sliding doors and no ensuite bathrrom. The owners were communicative and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for an alternative to Vancouver hotels.

2 couples shared this great condo. loved the location, the nicely appointed kitchen w/coffee,wifi connection and the washer dryer. everything was centrally located and easy to find. the views from the 29th floor were awesome. lack of communication between owner and renter as the trip neared/and arrived changed rating from excellent to very good.

My husband and I went with another couple to Vancouver and the 4 of us stayed in this great condo. Eric and his wife were very responsive and helpful. The views in this unit are amazing and the decor is fun. We also loved the location and could walk to great shopping, dining and sight seeing. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Vancouver.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric's condo. It was clean, well-maintained, stylishly decorated, and had every amenity we needed. It's located in Yaletown, a hip neighborhood with many downtown sights, restaurants, shopping and transit stops nearby. It was a great spot to come home to after enjoying the beautiful city of Vancouver. Would love to stay here again in the future!
